Angie Voss the girlfriend of Raymond Moody has pleaded guilty to three counts of making false statements to federal agents Moody was convicted in October 2022 of kidnapping raping and murdering Brittney Drexel in April 2009 the case had gone cold for years but Moody turned himself in in 2022 Voss claimed to have picked up Drexel while she was walking alone but in a May 2022 interview she gave a different account she also claimed that had her cell phone on her while being assaulted and killed by Moody Voss admitted to having a cell phone with her when she was being assaulted and killed the guilty plea comes after months of back and forth over the case which has taken over a decade to be solved Voss faces up to 24 years behind bars
