Frank at Bobby and Lisa's part two 

at least going back in time um this is the dad one yeah and the only thing to pick up and appreciate for the camera people at home and Advance is that he had me when he was 52 years old magicians really yes Dad was born in 1921 actually raised the Great Depression uh when he was poor everybody was poor kind of like next week steal it steal that after the Great Depression my father hitched out to California became a bartender at the El Cortez Hotel in San Diego the haunted one he' serve a drink and get 50 cents the magician walked in a trick got $2 D said well guess what's about to stop you got to think $2 was a lot of money post Depression era inflation he put together his own show starting with the personality of the bartender the talent of the magician put the two together went to Chicago for a one night stand and stayed 21 years he also had a say talks cheapap it takes money to buy whiskey in other words if you like what you saw today this is where it all began take and grab a card and pull one out it's you get the two of spades I know we should have done Bobby on this got it that two of spades kind of starts the trick off that two of spades oh I love that look that two of spades is known as a bell hop Named Sam and no that's why I get the audience say first of all have you seen this trick before no neither of us so we're even I'm always doing it that's why I say that but in all reality this is the one that put my father on the map this is the one I like to say that put the butter back in popcorn for close-up magic Sam worked at a big hotel in Chicago got a call to go upstairs there were four high rollers in from Baton Rouge elevators broke so Sam had to walk he walked up a flight two flights three flights came in knocked on the door sound effects he said excuse me you the four boys at a order room service they said come on in here Sam we heard you might be able to help us out oh by the way Bobby do me a little favor you heard what Lisa said cut the cards cut the cards they said Sam work out a new and town don't know a soul we want to go out spend the night on the town could you find us some company tled pink Sam's down a flight out the door block two blocks three blocks he came back knocked on the door he said hey I went out looking best he could find you was two blondes and two brunetts guys says not bad she picked that but she got it he says not bad Sam where'd you find those girls Sam said right down the street at the 65 for Club he said you're a pretty good old B have a $2 tip remember Great Depression always point the tips are Great Depression inflation oh by the way here what Lisa said cut the cards now they went out and came back dinner was fabulous had a ball like the man said Las Vegas want to do a little gambling now could you find us some gamblers tickled pink Sam's down a flight out the door blocks Ticky cards came back said hey I found them watch out there kind of tricky I said what's kind of tricky Sam said two two of them only have one eye see the other is just cheap kind of weird but they're all named Jack they said Sam that's unreal he said don't he said where'd you get them Sam said right down the street at the 65 for Club said you're such a fabulous Bell hop Great Depression two I like they girl staring at the VM the other night said that's the 1920s that's the 2020s right oh you heard her for getting that part again everybody gets so concerned about that getting their cards and they're looking want to cut them too time's up I'm kidding go ahead cut them people always get so worried about that and I said you can go all day long you better just grab a hold of it we can go anyway from Sunday on these things it's not going to matter a hill beans and I gambled kind of late said listen Sam I lost the game and owe that guy some money all I have is a check for $40 would you get downstairs get me 220s that's Chicago would you get downstairs app it still works today always point that way in Key 654 Club said any big games there Sam said last out alone we had a pop over $1,000 in it the first guy turned over three sevens and a PA eyes said what he whenn Sam said when nothing that old boy wouldn't in the running Bobby New Orleans that him three Aces and a pair eight said he must have made a fortune Sam said to tell you the truth they both had to borrow a cat pair from this new girl named Lisa cuz she had just what it took and that is where it all began and when my father did pass away July 31st 2004 he died at 6 5:4 p.m. with the very trick that made him famous magic and Genie
