did you uh make up any drills I noticed there's different drills like is there do you go to clinics to figure those out do you like start brainstorming and say we need to drill here because I'm sure you were doing the same drills for your whole career and now you're doing these these different ones where do they come from that's a great question that's a great question I think that uh literally in the office like I'd be okay my assistant will Burnham okay here's the the swivel chair okay this is the block and we're just figuring out like what can really and kind of some creation going on but also like the rules of what you're trying to do and a run Lane here The Leverage points those aren't changing it's just how you get to them so um just trying to marry what maybe was in the past to what we're doing as we move forward in the future but there was some creation going on for sure and there was some drills that were a bag of uh they were not good during the Spring drills or training camp all right shelf those and we'll move on to the next one that works better
