all right welcome to my September 14th live item shop review video so I've heard that this item shop is not very good so let's first talk about the title of this video there's going to be a brand new icon series skin reveal tomorrow September 15th so the content creator in question is rubius who is a Spanish YouTuber with over 40 million subscribers that's insane so the official fortnite Twitter account tweeted out this morning did someone say lemons and if you weren't aware there were lemons scattered all around the map and people were confused as to why I remember there were some at Mount Olympus and you could interact with them and get XP but there were other locations as well so I personally had no idea what those lemons were for but apparently they were teasing rubius and someone fill me in because I don't know why lemons represent him or his brand so if there's anyone that follows him or is a big fan of rubius let me know so he eventually did announce that he's going to reveal his skin tomorrow and he also revealed a teaser trailer now I believe it's copyrighted because I recognize the song that plays in the background so let's just play it here and I'll walk you through it without the sound all right so we've got fish stick and little whip here little whip hands him a slurp juice and fish stick takes a sip and strolls along now watch a little whip in the background because all of a sudden he just drops dead right there and then we see peely on the left taking a drink and boom he goes down as well then drifts on the right looks around what the heck boom down mullet Marauder here boom down so fish tick turns around it's like wait a minute where did all this loot come from what's going on here so then he looks a little scared he looks up and you can see just a bit of a glare from a bush up there so someone has been sniping in this bush down at all the characters then it pans into the Bush which is kind of weird because it doesn't reveal anything obviously there's an extension to this trailer but that's all we get so far so what does that have to do with his skin reveal and what does that have to do with lemons I have no idea I'm so confused by everything but it's a fun little trailer so there you go tune in tomorrow to rubius and I guess we're going to see his skin reveal so with that out of the way let's take a look at the item shop real quick because again I heard it's not very good the Futurama stuff has returned this is the eenth time that this has returned it's a good bundle it is cell shaded with the anime effect we've got some great characters here and every skin has two different styles including fry and Bender here Bender's actually got the coolest secondary style the Gold version the Zoidberg Scuttle pretty sweet as well in addition we have three pickaxes none of them are that good but they're pretty interesting to say the least black cat came out yesterday which conveniently was Friday the 13th I did do a full gameplay and review on her it's a great bundle all around let me know in the comments if your lobbies have have been stacked with black cat skins I'm curious I didn't get to play today so I don't know you can buy her individually if you'd like the Chloe Kim icon series stuff is still here unfortunately it's not in bundle anymore wow that's a loud glider but pretty sweet for only 800 on the glider fortnite flow I covered all these in depth yesterday nothing new here they're all copyrighted by the way Deadpool and Wolverine of course still here to the end of September so a few more days on that surprisingly the fncs stuff chapter 5 season 3 is still here plus the champion Road skins these are all the same as they have been the past few days we got the championship 2024 skins still here a few more days on these as well plus the axe of Champions what do we got down here in the signature style etheria makes a return she's pretty good she's got a nice back bling this is like a final fantasy crystal that's why I like it but she also got recently an enchanting style which is this nice teal and then the inside of her Cape is like this orange yellow so I prefer this one but the original is kind of dark and nice purple as well sad that you do have to buy her pickaxe separately I kind of wish that was a bundle Infinity makes a return he used to come back all the time wait how much is he he's 1500 okay infectious is a great emote not too bad there Axiom is back let's see he kind of reminds me of a caterpillar is he the caterpillar skin no but there is a caterpillar skin it's not him though he's part of the third eyye set so he's like the fake X-Men rendition of Cyclops and then versus back I love the versus skin there's also Al a PlayStation version that's blue but in my opinion I think the red one looks better Sterling's back he's the polar opposite of the female version of this skin which is Lux so she likes gold and he likes silver as you can see right here everything's dripped out in silver and we got the daring duelist making a return was this a free skin I feel like this was free at one point maybe your back bling was free something about this skin was free I thought I don't know maybe I made that up wow the Galaxy Pack is still here this is like day five on that Jam tracks are still here as well of course we just got some new ones the other day gear for festival looks the same Carol G still here octane Nissan Z the accessories there you go so item shop not the best today so there you go that's all there is to it hopefully you guys enjoy this
