[Music] oh hello and welcome back to the ARL depth chart show I am Ryan mcke your lovely host and I am joined as always by David cyberon Tucker moss and Corey hanky are you guys pumped for today we've got some action to talk about actually let get it going let's do it baby yeah we got we've got a trade we've got a trade to discuss we've got we're going to look at the uh top five most changed NFL rosters for the 2024 season uh so I mean so much to talk about let's just get into it first off Johan doson uh did I say his name right Jan but I like Johan is Johan okay Jan doson sorry uh sorry Jan if you're watching this right now is traded from the commanders to the Eagles uh and this is you know not a big name but the most exciting trade we have to talk about right now as we await the Brandon auk uh trade news uh Tucker take us through this where where does uh Dodson fit into the ego scheme yeah so people have speculated for a while that they were going to try to trade for a receiver or pick one up because they haven't really had a third guy behind AJ Brown and Devonte Smith it's been like competition between their late round rookies you know Johnny Wilson uh anas Smith and then they had Johnny Wilson was getting some good Buzz right yeah I I still think he he'll still make the team and everything but I think he's more of like an outside receiver type and um they're kind of trying to find someone to play that slot role so it was going to be like Paris Campbell but I always felt weird putting him as a starter you know because like he barely played for the Giants and they didn't have a great receiver core um so it makes a lot of sense uh for the Eagles it's always weird to see in divisional trades though yeah no it's always interesting uh Dave what was your first reaction when you heard about this trade I mean this kid was a this kid was a first round pick two years ago 16th pick in the draft and he had a solid rookie year he led the commanders and touchdowns as a rookie on a team with Terry mclen on it on a team that was not good at passing the ball he did stand out in M on multiple occasions but we did see a step backwards in 2023 a very weird situation I don't know if there's something off the field or in the locker room going on there new coaching staff in Washington can uh anytime you see a regime change like that you do have to assume hey this is not one of their guys and lastly you know speaking of Brandon auk Ryan maybe this is something to clear a spot up for him uh to be traded to Washington because Washington is being run by a former San Francisco 49er front office member in Scott Peters or Adam Peters sorry so yeah we're not doing great job with the names right now but Peters the the GM for the commanders is from San Francisco so maybe something is going on there behind the scenes and maybe this is just step number one for Washington trying to make a move to bolster that room for jayen Daniels it' be pretty crazy maybe I start mispronouncing maybe I start mispronouncing your guys's names and then it'll just seem like we uh know what we're talking about was just intentionally doing it sorry Tucker what were you do say gonna say I I don't think this is very likely but it would be pretty cool to to see uh mcaffrey get traded to the 49er L Luke mcaffrey aay Goes to Washington Luke mcaffrey goes to 49ers yeah that's a conspiracy oh there you go mcaffrey Brothers on the same team I like that okay I'm seeing a lot of b a lot of highlights coming out of the Arizona State uh analoges analog backlogs whatever the Arizona State backlogs when Brandon iuk and Jaden Daniels were both on the sundevils uh I have fond memories of that team um not as fond as they should be for as great as these players are uh never really quite put it together in college but uh people saying hayuk and uh Daniel teaming up again uh any thoughts on that Dave that would be a fun move and it it's funny that you know jayen Daniels just entered the NFL and and Brandon auk I feel like you have been in the league for a long time uh but yeah it's fun to go back and watch some of those early tapes from Jaden's freshman year of Brandon iuk being on the receiving end of those deep bombs I mean it sounds like it's G to be San Francisco reigning him or he ends up in Pittsburgh but you know a lot a lot of these trades that do happen you don't see coming and the Niners have been a little weird with some of these discussions so I'm at this point I'm I'm not surprised by anything I do think it's a possibility it'd be fun yeah any okay so I am currently in Vegas as uh people can see behind me and I I do have a cash out ticket look at that $110 that I got last night playing blackjack no big deal I'm not gonna tell you how much I started off with though um but uh any Futures I should be throwing down uh on this trade like or or Brandon iuk trade any Brandon iuk Futures any thoughts Corey well you know it was a surprise to me that the the potentially going to Washington Redskins but uh you know I think I like IU coming out so whatever the over is I I don't I haven't seen the lines for him I think he I think he's got something to prove so I I go heavy on him you know he go heavy on all right all right well that sounds awesome all right anything else about this trade that we need to discuss Tucker well if if iuk doesn't get traded to the Washington or if they don't make another move then it's it's pretty much going to be um I mean mcaffrey could could be one of the starters but right now it's kind of been um Z along zakus and diami brown are I'm I'm guessing are going to be the first guys to start um I know mcaffrey I think today he was getting some first team reps so he's just a little raw still compared to the other guys um but yeah I I don't think that uh definitely a weak receiver room besides Terry though it's one of the worst for sure yeah absolutely I mean would that bump up Terry McLaren in your fantasy rankings if he does end up becoming uh if they don't end up getting auk yeah I mean he's the only guy he he's just gonna get fed like crazy I think yeah I I really like go ahead go ahead Ryan I'm sorry no I was just going to say I really like Terry McLaren in a lot of fantasy s this year what were you going to say Cory I just think it'd be a terrible rookie year to not have a marquee wide receiver to throw to I mean how do you know if it's good or bad you know yeah I mean McLaren could be that he has the talent he just has never had the quarterback right da yep yeah mclen has been one of the most underrated NFL wide receivers since he came to the league in 2019 he was underrated as a prospect and he's been underrated in the NFL and if you go through the list of quarterbacks that he's played with since 2019 I bet the Casual NFL fan would not recognize 90% of those names he's been playing with backup quarterbacks his entire career um but Zack GS has been getting a ton of play from Washington media um through training camp so you know he's on his last legs but you know if you're into fantasy and you're just into targets which at tight end that's really what you're going for is how many opportunities are they getting uh and especially in the Red Zone Zack her is a sneaky tight end play for fantasy late drafts uh oh interesting okay that is very interesting because I and I'm going to uh mispronounce the name again Ben son is it so or sinut sonat sonat Ben sonat uh is has been creeping up sleeper rankings actually in fantasy um just a talented rookie tight end that they drafted out of Kansas state am I getting that correct uh who lined up all over the field in Kansas State and a very interesting uh skill set um if if Z is getting so much play should we be staying off that sonat uh sleeper pick for dynasty I think Sonata is a great value grab at this point for if you're looking for the 2024 season only um I I think it's you're probably not going to get Rookie tight ends are really really tough to find Productive ones I know we saw Sam lorta do this last year and that will be fresh in a lot of people's minds but for for the rookie season you normally don't see rookie tight ends do a standout job but he was he was the number two tight end um on our board last year and it was kind of like a sneaky name absolutely tore up his workout numbers I mean this guy is a Bonafide NFL athlete a zero star recruit coming out of high school and he really morphed into one of the top players at that position in the draft only behind Brock Bowers he's the only tight end we had ahead of him last year so in terms of Dynasty Ryan I'd be all over this kid yeah and it's interesting that uh Dave brings up that a lot of tight ends their rookie year don't have great breakout fantasy Seasons That's not the norm leaport was definitely uh a uh outlier last year um whereas dton concade who was drafted above leapor had a a pretty good rookie season a good rookie season but didn't score a lot of points for Fantasy necessarily so this could be more what we're looking at from uh Ben zut yep absolutely just something to keep in mind uh moving on uh Cory brought this up in our uh pre-planning meeting have you thought about what the most changed rosters have been for the uh 2024 season from last season uh Tucker went through and did crunch some numbers what are the most changed rosters from last season Tucker well the top two we've discussed we've discussed previously when we've we've gone through rosters but they're not really surprising because of the regime changes they both had so number one was uh this is just looking at total like how much roster uh turnover they had so how how many returning players they have a total um Washington uh Was Won With 57% of their team returning so they're they're losing 33% or 4 that's a crazy number yeah and then they're all pretty close here around around that 60% Mark so Chargers are two which also has Harbaugh coming in obviously so th those two are the big ones um and then the next three are kind of interesting three is dolphins four is Texans and five is Steelers so wow I would have not guessed the Dolphins that's awesome yeah I think it's because they're still relatively young coaches I mean it's always kind of how the cap is up you know when they first enter you know so I know teams like the Texans they had tons of money to spend during this offseason they're trying to go in and win and I would probably say similar for the Dolphins as well they have a lot of injuries so bringing in a lot of guys um and then the Steelers is like their whole secondary and offense are all revamped so might not be a new regime but they're really overhauling a lot of things yeah I see we have a surprise guest in uh Dave's uh window there does he have a take on uh the Miami Dolphins this year do you have a favorite team this year FAL Falcons Falcons fan Falcons who Tucker he's all in on the team yep yep it's funny I was not on that pre-production meeting yesterday and I saw that on the outline so I was like you know what I'm just going to take a stab at my six most changed rosters and see if I get them and I had the bills Texans Chargers Dolphins Steelers Titans so it seemed like a lot of those teams and that was just kind of based on like I mean I did almost no research it was just kind of off the top of my head and you have what you know Tucker did volume right percentage of team that came off the roster but I was also trying to consider just like the personality of the team how much has and Chargers were on there I mean Harbaugh comes in and they are just like ground and pound old school very few teams are doing that the Dolphins lost nine starter starters and signed six starters um the Titans I think they had a really overlooked off season um you know Ridley sne Kush wozy Pard Murray Joseph day Boyd I mean almost I would say almost a third of their starting lineup is going to be started and then they drafted a couple starters Cedric gray might be wearing the green dot I mean that was that was a fun little exercise to do hey yeah it's interesting oh go ahead Cory what you and you might be just about to say this is is you were when you were saying the Texans going all in when I I kind of look at the list and I think to myself what team is is making the changes because they need Improvement what what teams are I know it's kind of a dumb statement what teams are making the changes to fill the need and I think I think those are two different scenarios and I and I really I really like what you said about the Texans I think they're going all in and and putting in some key players yeah whereas the commanders and chargers are kind of feeling for need right now because of the regime changes uh and I mean the Texans were PR we don't have that list in front of us but the Texans were probably one of the most changed rosters going into last season too right with as much youth as they brought in and a lot of people were predicting they wouldn't have a good season because of that uh and they ended up blowing the doors off mostly people's projections so it is interesting that they're also still one of the most changed teams I know what what's the number four why you putting up number four he thinks they're going to finish fourth in the AFC this year the Texans so he's he's not he's not getting on the Super Bowl bandwagon yet all right all right totally understand that um anything else we should talk about with these changed rosters I mean like does that give you pause when start throwing cold water when people are expecting the commanders and the Chargers to maybe have breakout Seasons with these regime changes that's a great Point Ry because you know from from the desk you know we look at the roster and we're not watching film and we're not considering team chemistry and how much part of the game chemistry is so this is where I think a lot of people fall into the trap with season over under win totals that hey the Personnel on this roster is so much better they're definitely going to be above what the the Vegas is projecting them to but I think Vegas does a really good job of project looking at their schedule especially early in the year if it's a tough schedule and you have a lot of new bodies in an era where practices are really tough to come by in terms of you know building chemistry and and Rapport uh I I do think a lot of these teams get overrated this time of year make big changes to uh to their rosters yeah yeah people uh have that fresh in their mind from the Texans last season just like they have the laporta season fresh in their mind when they're thinking of uh tight ends um but that's not the norm right usually teams with such turnover struggle that look more like the Carolina Panthers last year yeah especially early on in Seasons yeah especially even with returning like their Stars I mean they have to learn learn new schemes if there's new coaches which can take you know that could take a year to to get used to that whole the whole new new offense or defense um yeah it it's uh the Chargers is one I I think of specifically like where they have so much like on paper like their their team always looks really good you know but then it ends up you know like last year their defense was one of the worst but on paper it looks really good really cool good names there but the game isn't played on paper is the big thing so that's all always the most fun to see how it actually plays out yeah yeah absolutely that's uh one thing I was going to say is that yeah right now everybody gets excited on paper for these names but it is going to take a while for them to gel uh potentially uh the Texans were an outlier last season uh anything else anything on the Steelers uh since we haven't really talked we're going to talk more about them in uh upcoming segment but anything we should preview with their roster uh Tucker yeah I mean theirs is just largely I mean most of their defense is returning besides getting Queen uh Patrick Queen there as a linebacker but uh mainly it's their offense that's gone over a lot of change because it was so abysmal last year under under Canada they're bringing Arthur Smith so a lot of things are changing especially with the quarterback room is obviously under the biggest microscope right now yeah okay moving on we have uh we kind of listed the most most uh exciting starters that have been named uh recently and Bo Nicks is on that list Jaden Daniels obviously on that list um though I don't think we had much doubt that those two were going to start uh another and I'm in Vegas so I I can uh I can feel the the excitement of muu mania taking over here Gardener muu what do we think about him helming uh helming the Raiders Dave I are we excited I mean he did a pretty good job in Indianapolis last year yeah I mean that's been his career it's in Jacksonville I remember him rattling off a couple of really big upsets when he was when he was the guy in Jacksonville then he goes to Philadelphia and even played well in limited snaps there and in Indianapolis I mean this is why they call the backup quarterback often the most popular guy in a fan base especially with a losing team is because you always think he might be the guy that gets them over the hump he might be the Tony Roman that comes off the bench or the Tom Brady that comes off the bench and muu we we know by now he's never going to be that guy but I would not mind him as my quarterback I feel safe with him because he is capable he has a ton of armed Talent he's tough he brings players to a different level when he's on the field he's just not consistent but I do think the floor with him it's high enough that he could be a team could lead a team to a 500 record if not better if the rest of the roster does a good job and you remember Aiden oconnell I believe he went four- four last year or five- four I really did think he was going to be the guy but menu simply outplayed him um on a coaching staff that loved okon last year so he really did earn the job absolutely and it makes me think uh does that give us more hope for Devonte Adams uh Tucker in fantasy I'd say so yeah last season he disappointed he disappointed everybody last season yeah I I F I mean that that had a lot of stuff going on you know with the the coaching staff changing mid year and you know I I feel like Devonte is the type of guy who's gonna have a chip on his shoulder you know he wants to go out there and rack up the stats here so I think that that'll be a great connection um yeah I'm looking forward to it yeah uh any thoughts on muu or the Raiders Corey I mean you probably uh muu seems like a guy that you'd really Vibe with used to have the mullet you know it's just character yeah I never really had seems perfect for Vegas that's what I was gonna say if if if Bo Nicks is Shawn Payton's guy tell me that Garden muu is not Antonio Pierce's guy and is not a Vegas darling if you will I I I'm I'm excited to watch him play I think he deserves a chance to come out the gates as a starter and you know just his personality I think will will will do really well out there there that's just my personal opinion I I heard this after he was named star I thought it was an amazing comparison someone called him like the new Ryan Fitzpatrick and that's that's like such a good yeah yeah uh no I mean I think he is the new Ryan fif P that's that's a good way of put it uh I love that comparison he might play for as many teams as Ryan f p played for in his career uh the way he's moving about already um Tucker what is the uh next most exciting starter named that uh we should be paying attention to past the quarterbacks that we already mentioned yeah so we got some some fun trench trenches uh changes here so the 49ers their starter at right guardes uh Donn Feliciano um who Dave knows of course from the Giants uh he uh he's gonna start the season on IR like they're waiting till the the start of the year so that he can be he can come back if they placed him right now then he'd be out for the whole season so uh he's going to start on IR uh and then that makes me I'm pretty confident that their third round pick Dominic puny will start at uh Right Guard uh he's been really good at Camp it could be Spencer berford but I think that I think that he will start um and then there's a couple other battles like I think so the Buccaneers uh they rookie in the second in the first round Graham Barton uh he was named the starter at Center for them which was expected but it's it's nice to have confirmation uh and then I recently uh in Greg's interview um they were saying that uh Dax Hill is is probably favorite over DJ Turner to start and that's pretty interesting because he's kind of been like he was a first round pick back in 2022 not really used that much his first his first year and then last year was still a rotational guy so it's cool that he's going to get a shot here at at cornerback moving over from safety and then the last one is the the Giant um with I wanted to ask Dave about uh Ryder Anderson being cut and and how Elijah Chapman's been doing there yeah I mean definitely one of the cool stories I would even say in the NFL right now is undrafted free agent Elijah Chapman not only is pretty much a lock to make the 53 man roster he is probably favored to be the starter next to Dexter Lawrence or at least see the majority of the snaps he might actually not be on the field snap number one but he will see a ton of snaps this is a kid many people know this he had an undrafted free agent try out with Seattle after the draft that's where he started off at didn't make it and I mean there's there's a huge it's a crazy market for undrafted free agents immediately after the draft they say it's one of the most hectic times of draft draft weekend it's like the Wild Wild West you're just you have teams calling agents and players and saying hey you know when the draft's over can we sign you for this much money they get into bidding wars and nobody wanted Chapman he had to try out for Seattle then they get to try out for the Giants and the reason why he's 5 foot 11 280 pounds you don't see that at NFL defensive tackle you just don't it's such an outlier but what he does have and we we had this down in the report he has 33 inch arms and that is a really really long arm length for a guy that that size so now you know you can start to see why he does why he succeeds in pass R situations he's really hard to get a hold of but he has the length to keep lockers away from locking on to him and then you throw in the the upper tier athletic ability that put him on the Bruce Feldman freak list at this time last year you know he he is absolutely shined he's been their best defensive lineman uh this so far this preseason and if you saw that highlight he chased down JJ Taylor the Texans running back 30 yards down the field crazy that was unbelievable step for step yeah that was great that's horrifying like imagine being his dad's a lumberjack which is really cool I thought you know he's just guy that that country that is cool that sounds like he should be a football player he should be a bouncer because like he he'd be a very successful bouncer if if the NFL does not work out for him what's your favorite nightclub there in New York where should he go oh man don't you ask the wrong guy you know how if the arm length if he has such long arms what is the like negative of the height I I don't really understand is like a leverage thing or it's also just it it it's I would say lack of range in terms of uh wingspan but also at 5 foot 11 you just can't put more weight on that frame I mean he is maxed out and 280 pounds and this is where we'll see like I don't know if this guy's going to be a factor two years from now because once teams get a scouting report on him and know how to handle the quickness and the length you know it's he's going to be a 280 pound defensive tackle you don't see that you know unless you have something special about you athletically which he might have we'll see but remember all 32 teams pass on him in the draft all 32 teams pass on him an undrafted free agency signing period how'd he do against the Jets yesterday youo the the Jets have been crushing the Giants in practice two days in a row um but he there hasn't been anything stand out about the Giants defense I mean that they're saying that one report I did read is that I don't know if there's an agreement you know with what happened with Aaron Rogers but it seems like a lot of the pass rush for the Giants they're getting off the ball well and and trying hard but then they a lot of them are standing up and I think they are going overkill on hey you are not allowed to touch Aaron Rogers which in live action what can you do as a pass rusher so it sounds like there really isn't a fair shake at him really seeing what he could do there interesting okay we have to move on to our Premier matchup that we are going to be talking about and looking at their dep charge the Steelers versus the Lions we brought this up initially because I thought it was interesting that Russell Wilson is starting in this game however Mike tomman has come out and said that not only were Russell WR will be starting but the entire starters will be starting uh for the Steelers so let's take a look at that depth chart what is I think this is the only team that I've heard is starting their starters right Dave so far for the this preseason weekend it it's hard to say I don't think this will be the only team because and the reason I say that is we're used to the last preseason game being where nobody plays because the team hasn't game the next week right but they don't play for two weeks and in the past week three has always been the game where most Starters play the most so I think you're going to see a split crowd here I think a lot of teams should play their starters Wilson playing doesn't surprise me because he missed a lot of time with that calf strain so he still needs to develop a lot of this chemistry with the receivers in the line and Tomlin is old school he does it his way I mean you can even watch their practices he wants these guys to fight he wants these guys to play physical they still do tackling drills at full speed um you know he's he's an old ball football coach and this offensive line is probably going to be riding two rookies into the season and that's that's a really big deal for a quarterback to develop some chemistry communication wise up front so that that's going to be a key thing I'm watching Troy fanu and Zack Frasier um are they really ready for the Limelight yeah and the on the other side of the ball the Lions another old school coach and Dan Campbell but I have not seen if they are starting any starters uh this weekend have you seen that Tucker I I haven't seen anything yet I think uh Tomlin just just said that today a couple hours ago that that they're gonna play starters the only other team I know is the Jags said that they're going to play like a half against the Falcons so I I'm not it's really just up to the coach at this point like I don't know if the how many how many starters the Falcons will play I'm not sure but yeah no no clue on the Lions yet no clue on the Lions yet and that is uh mirrored by Vegas because there's currently no line out for this game uh because we don't know who is playing uh what are some other matchups on the Steeler side of the ball that we should be watching Tucker well one of the developments I I could have named this during the uh the starters the the new starters section but um Nate herbig was was probably the favorite to be their Center and he uh he I believe he's T his ACL he's out for the year and so that kind of just made it's it's gonna be Zack Frasier now they don't really have another option so he this is his shot here to uh to to show if he can be that that guy it's just uh you know they don't really have a fallback option now um so that's that's the big most important thing I think that they're going to be looking for is is that line play yeah what was your grade like on Frasier coming out of college Dave day two you know exactly where he went I think we had him as our number one Center most people did we had a round two early round three great on him unbelievable run bockler run run blocker sorry he was he had a crazy high school wrestling career I think he went something like 164 and 0 um I think 80% of his wins were pins under 30 seconds I mean it was and you like to hear that a lot of offensive line coaches are really drawn to that wrestling background because they understand leverage hand placement body control they have the mobility flexibility to fit in get to In and Out of tight windows with their body so everything about this guy screams Pittsburgh Steeler uh the question with him will be can he handle the speed and quickness that becomes that is becoming a trend in the NFL at defensive tackle and pass protection because he's not he's not the lightest moving athlete out there yeah we talked about the commanders potentially getting Brandon iuk but the Steelers are still in the mix according to everything that we're seeing um how badly do they need him in the receiving Court pretty similar to Washington I'd say where it's they have a clear cut kind of top guy I don't know if pickings is at McLaren's level just yet but the behind him is just it's it's not much I know Calvin Austin has done well this off season they've been liking what they see they drafted Roman Wilson in the third I don't know I don't think he's going to start from week one but down the road here he could contribute and then van Jefferson I'm not really a huge fan of like I think he's been getting the reps with the ones but it you he's much more of like a fourth or fifth option if if that so uh it would not be surprising if they're still trying to trying to get AOK here yeah absolutely um all right well let's take a look at the other side of the ball before we get out of here we have the Lions pulling up that depth chart now um where should we start Tucker on uh battles we should be watching for this like final preseason game with the Lions for them it's actually the same where their receivers are very they have Aman raw obviously and then they want Jameson Williams to take that next step to be a top top tier guy but as their third receiver they really don't have a guy yet they've been kind of trying those guys back I've I've moved these guys around so many times just today I was shuffling around um I've been hearing Isaiah Williams will probably make it as a return guy and as a like the backup behind Aman in the slot as an undrafted uh free agent um but besides that like at that X spot like I khif Raymond is there because he's kind of a lock make the team but besides him I've even seen like projections only say like they're going to keep four receivers like just those first three and Isaiah Williams um I I don't know if Donovan peoples Jones will make it or if Kaden Davis I moved up Kaden Davis recently he's an impressing I think he did well at the last preseason game um but yeah it's really anyone's guess when it comes to the kind of fifth and sixth option guys there yeah and we talked a little bit about this before on a show but uh also there is the battle for the backup quarterback behind Jared gof we've got Nate SFI versus henden hooker uh any way you're leaning on this Dave hooker I mean he he has looked pretty good in both preseason games so far especially with the mobility factor and that was the one question we had coming out of Tennessee with the torn ACL um you know his athletic ability is actually standing out it might be because he's coming in the game after Jared Goff and Nate seedfield who look like statues when they drop back but hooker does have he brings a different element to a team that loves to run the ball that should something happen to Jared Goff uh they they could easily morph their offense to kind of like that Baltimore Ravens Greg Roman type offense where that quarterback is really a part of that running game and it opens options up for Montgomery and Gibbs especially with that offensive line in front of them yeah uh on the defensive side of the ball uh Tucker you have DJ reader who's on the pup L currently uh as the starting nose tackle what what do we know about that uh yeah I don't I don't know too much about his his time table I I haven't read that he's going to miss any time but yeah it's it's kind of concerning they have quite a few guys there that have been hurt John Kaminsky as well is probably going to miss most of the Season they're just going to wait here until the season starts to put him on ir and he's kind of a rotational Edge and and interior guy for them um so they brought in a few guys Kyle Pico from from Tennessee I think he's been taking the Reps as the nose but they want Brodrick Martin to take the next step at nose tackle as well um I know uh Mitchell a good uh he's been doing super well I don't know how to say that name but he's ensuing super well at that third string left left defensive end spot um so I think that he'll make the team uh but yeah I mean reader is the guy they spent big money on this offseason to kind of uh Shore up that that spot next to El mcneel and that's just like a if those guys are all healthy Marcus Davenport included then that's a super threatening defensive line there yeah H and interesting that they spent two high draft picks on cornerbacks right Dave what do you what what can you tell us about their rookie quarterbacks I they've both been a little banged up I don't know if I I do think they're back I mean correct me if I'm wrong I think like there's no fear of them missing this the start of the Season yeah tuer but they have not been able to get these guys on the field as much as they wanted to in the preseason because of their own respective injuries but that was the weakness of this team this is one of the worst five pass defenses in the NFL last year and I mean you know you run into a San Francisco or a Green Bay in the postseason I mean they'll just run circles around these guys and um that's why I think they invested so much they also brought in Carlton Davis the quarterback from Tampa Bay um so there there's a lot of turnover in the secondary and again this is a good example we like to see the names on paper it gets us excited but it you know especially secondary communication is the chemistry going to be there with guys that did not play with each other last year have no history with each other and now some of these guys are not even getting on the field during practice and preseason so you could see these guys take a few few bumps early on but it was the right move for them in the draft well just it' be a matter of how quickly can they acclimate to a secondary that got burned last year yeah uh that's interesting okay uh I mean teron Arnold did he go was he the first quarterback that went he was the first was he the first that went man don't know no qu yeah the first corner to no was it Nate Wiggins did he go be him we should know this guys but we don't I shouldn't have I should have asked that question I'm gonna throw off my phone after this call wig is after them I don't know which one is first though uh all right well um people are yelling at their screens right now uh we just we can't hear you they were
