Hey, everybody. So y'all know this face Georgia's own. Maria Taylor, also correspondent for NBC Olympics. You'll see her right here on 11, the live Maria. Thank you so much. And I got to put a shout out. She said she was seeing the commercials, y'all. I have been OK. I was like, Faith is Cheryl. They're gonna be in Paris. I better run into them and then I turn around after my first hit and here we are. I was so excited. I, I mean, it's hard to even uh maybe like absorb what's happening here with Eiffel Towers right here in the city looks spectacular. It's France is ready. It is. I was actually here for the French open a month ago and I can't tell you guys how much it's changed and how they built up all the stadiums. I see the beach volleyball here. I see they're gonna be bringing the champions and even this tower that we're standing on was not built a month ago. So to see how close we are to the Olympics opening is absolutely amazing. The city, the city is ready and being an athlete yourself. What athletes, what sport are you most excited about so many. Ok, I play volleyball and basketball at Georgia. Go dogs, of course. But, so volleyball, I always love, I want to see, um, women's basketball. You know, they are just on a tear, they always win gold, but I want to see them do it again here in Paris, uh, men's basketball, seeing lebron. Now he's a flag bearer. That will be amazing. And of course, I love track and field. I love gymnastics and I love swimming and I love the fact that Olympic athletes get like the spotlight during this moment because they train for four years for like one routine or 1 100 m run or a 50 m swim. And this is their moment and we all need to talk about it and bring it back home. I know I love that you get to cover all of our team usa phenomenal athletes. But the fact that you get to also root for so many Georgia athletes. 72 I think. And I'm gonna, I'm gonna try my hardest to get them on the show. Yes. If I could have all 72 of them, I most certainly would, but I will get a dog on our show. It's gonna happen. It's incredible. So many track and field, we have swimmers, we have everything, weightlifting, speed climbing, shooting. It's incredible. And you guys are bringing the stories that we need to hear back in Atlanta.
