DORM TOUR | College Hall North | freshmen year at Howard University (c/o ‘28)

[Music] like a from the frame your [Music] dream hey guys it's your sty Kenya and welcome back to my Channel and this is my official um dorm tour so I guess I'm going to get a little bit into it where everything is and everything so I'm going just flip the camera around I still got a little bit of organizing do y'all most of it is done but I'm still about to probably organize some more and this is like for the most part like how our dorm is about to look we might get more um decoration later on but for right now this is how how it is so yeah I'm going just get right into the tour so you know this is the front door y'all just seen me enter um this is my roommate stuff but these top two cabinets I mean shelves are mine and in this bin in this bin I have like hair care supplies and stuff like you know products this is all like selfcare skincare all that all this is mostly like cleaning supplies like like laundry stuff this is just up here cuz it can't fit into my medicine cabinet that's my mouthwash the hand sanitizer in there myol you know all that dish so whatever and then this up here is like all my hair care um you know like brushes Combs accessories whatever um and this is like my shower caby that I don't need cuz I don't have a community shower but this is just all stuff I would use for my bathroom deal deodorant um body scrub lotion toothbrush replacement heads cuz I got electric toothbrush you know stuff like that um this is the bathroom let me see so yeah this is what our shower looks like we switched out the shower head when we got here cuz it was looking a little rusty but yeah this is sh we got a little matte down there towels I think these two are my my face towel my um Sponge exfoliated African n sponge whatever um got some bathroom mats garbage can I just emptied out the garbage so I'm going to put a bag back in there in a minute you know we got our toilet prer and brush um this is our little cart this side is mine this side is my roommates she didn't really put nothing here yet got you know all the um Sanitary products and we got like you know tissue refills Breeze Clorox wipes step stool this my towel on the door right now uh turn light I forgot to turn off the light this is my closet got my little umbrella right there there's no light in the closet this my mirror I'm not going to stand in front of it because um I don't need yall see it right now but yeah mirror um I got a few things hung up like dresses sweaters whatever let's it's not about to fit in my jewelry my robe whole bunch of other hangers I'm not using right now some storage containers extra towels dresses that I need to hang up extra towels a hat and I think my ironing board is back there that carboard box right there and then this is my steamer SL iron as y'all can see I got my shoe rack down here my broom in the corner my laundry hamper this is full of like winter clothes stuff I'm not about to wear right now then this is like a bag I brought down here to get all my stuff down here so it's just there in case like you know when I pack up or whatever that's my room's closet but I'm not going to show it right now um this is my medicine cabinet where the light at it's a little dark over here probably showed y myself in the camera medicine cabinet you know uh Kleenex I got bad allergies see I got my medicine I got benad over there zerch algra whatever toothbrush hydrogen peroxide alcohol vitamins hauls more alra skin care stuff uh Q-tips floss my oil drops and then bandaids and hand sanitizer our little soap dispenser and my roommates my roommate got the soap dispenser and the um toothbrush thing I don't need it cuz I got my electric toothbrush over here so um and then we got more cotton swabs cotton balls cotton rounds whatever over here uh this is my desk you know I'm trying to decorate it up a little bit I think I might leave it like this or I might move this plant later I don't know but yall see I got all my books in the back um this is not nearly all my books I was trying to make May more than this but it's okay I got my clock I got to figure out how to set the alarm oh this is all micro stuff it's just here right now I mean it fit the theme a little bit I guess uh my calendar I have my family leave notes before they left so you know words of inspiration I guess um this is a little plaque one my aunties got me and you know picture of me and my mom um let's see let's see my lamp this is a tiny humidifier that I'm not sure it works anymore my little desk van I got you know if you I hope y'all get the theme now it's like blue and gold and white like that's the overall theme so I got my gold tape dispenser and stapler um this spinning pencil holder more books what is right here okay whatever I'm spinning I mean yeah more books my phone stand that's my computer holder this drawer is just full of mess right now I'm going to organize this it was way organized like better organized before this but I'm going reorganize it it's just full of mess right now like batteries and lights and stuff this is I guess like my clean drawer this is um replacements for my um R filter Replacements and then we got like lint rollers garbage bags Ziplock bags this should be school supplies yep I got to figure out how to pin this cuz I don't got no thumb TXS right now but that's my you know my box notebooks school supplies markers pens Post-its you know all that calculated so and then in here more mess my MacBook and my iPad ha gun lip gloss um batteries back there Pandora bracelet back there whole punch right there I forgot what was called for a minute um got my little garbage bag right there I mean can garbage can and then some extra hair for when I do some hairstyles or whatever uh this is my air purifier like I said I got bad allergies I got to get all this pure air in my dorm some bags these are my dresses I'm not going open them but this is like undergarments and pajamas I think that's all my tops that's all my pants and that might be like business clothes and a few more tops and stuff whatever I so I couldn't fit in the draws this is my snack cart right here you know I got most of the stuff like for coffee got my cereal up here cuz it can't fit nowhere else but this is all like coffee I got my coffee mug and my coffee cup this a water bottle I got like my dishes and then just more plastic dishes I guess so I don't got to wash dishes all the time um cookies crackers chips pecans popcorn applesauce that's really all I got for snacks right now oh y'all this is my bed it really turned out exactly how I wanted it to you know like it's like cream gray blue gold like all that so yeah my bear Nova um under bed storage this is a vacuum I haven't opened yet but it's okay I put my nice stand under the bed because I put my refrigerator over there and it could not fit under the bed but what I got in here yarn and what is that oh bed suspenders in my tripod I guess I got tyer Weare under here this is gonna be there for right now fact let me just slide that over no can't I'll figure it out later uh this is my drawer cart whatever it's supposed to roll but I didn't put the wheels on cuz nobody got time for that but I got an extra box of popcorn y didn't know I Love Popcorn so I'm stocked up right now got an extra bag of chips some water cuz I like room temperature water and like the rest of my I got like three water cases at the back of my bed and I'm not about to be crawling back there to get water every day so I just put some in here got my blender that I did not set up yet but I'm about to be making some and some Frappuccinos once I get my coffee machine out here I got to ship it cuz it's too big um this is just like refill stuff for real like yeah qtips razor refills the wheels are supp to go on here more deodorant and then my other cleaning towel steps store um this is some of my yarn crochet stuff and then I think back there I got like extra bags and a big bag and then extra suitcase refrigerator let's see what's in here um oh a whole lot of fruit y'all before this I had a whole lot of fruit um yeah these peaches strawberries blueberries tomatoes for my sandwiches I got cheese this yeah M cheddar some water I really don't like cold water but I just put it in here I guess milk dressing just in case they don't got the type of dressing I want in the calf um sandwiches I mean you know sandwich meat more fruit um Chipotle and orange juice Miracle Whip and then I got some chocolate cookie dough ice cream and some fruit bars and ice tray I got another ice tray cuz I didn't know the refrigerator was coming with one but yeah my fan cuz I be getting hot like really hot um my BR water pitcher blueberry muffins bread for my sandwiches and some pickles and then we got um iced tea and F gra right there so um and we got a TV he y'all that pretty much concludes the tour if I get more stuff I'll let y'all know but that's how my dorm is looking right now and it's feeling real homey you know I really like how my dorm turned out like it's cool so you know I'm still adjusting to the fact that my family is gone they left me and I'm here by myself but I'm going to see them in like 3 weeks so I'll be okay but yeah that concludes the video maybe I give somebody some inso for their dorm I don't know um but yeah I'll see you guys later
