The time I went to Rikers Island

what's going on guys so today what I want to talk about was the time I went to Riker's Island right I was on probation I I did a lot of bad things when I was using drugs I got on probation I ended up violating probation but I went on the run for a little bit got clean and just never dealt with that so it ended up coming back to bite me in the ass I end up doing 30 days on Rikers Island now the way that went was I went in front of the judge and he goes I'm offering you 30 days and I said no and he said remanded I didn't know what that meant I went in the back I'm thinking I'm about to get released and they tell me the bus is leaving in 30 minutes I said yo I maybe he didn't hear me I told him no I turned down Riker's Island I'm I'm going home like you're not going home so now I started crying I'm I'm I'm being honest with you I was I was very very scared I was I'm not I'm not a tough guy I never was I never portrayed myself to be I was a drug addict and I just I always had a big heart and I was always really scared deep down that's just who I was so when I went to Rikers at first I was sitting around people who were there for like drunk driving and and not not so much serious crimes and it was okay you know I met a couple people from Staten couple people I knew uh they looked out for me you know it was it was uh it was calm the first couple of weeks and then after two weeks they moved me to two lower and I was in obcc building I don't know if you're familiar then you know I got moved to a dorm that was mostly [ __ ] I went to I was on the phone and this guy walked up to me and he said who who'd you get to to get on the phone and I nobody I'm on the phone with my wife he go step in the bathroom so now I I always knew somebody challenge you to fight you fight there's no backing down so I walked into the bathroom right I put my hands up and this guy [ __ ] me up I'm not gonna lie D he [ __ ] me up right but as soon as I hit the floor he backed up he said go ahead go make your phone call and after that they left me alone it's like they kind of gave me a little bit of respect but I was only there for 30 days after I did my 30 days I went to court and I knew they were going to release me from court so uh I gave away all my [ __ ] and um that was really it I mean I had family that gave me money while I was in there so I was able to get commissary and uh because of the boot Tang tattoo on my leg I was called Shaolin the whole time in there which is cool one of the craziest things I saw though when I was in there one day we were sitting in uh we were in our dorm and the captain walked in with this guy right she walks in the middle of the dorm and she goes this man's here for touching a 9-year-old child do what you got to do and just walked out so I looked around everybody's getting ready to [ __ ] this guy up I was like holy [ __ ] they they just brought him in and told us it was just anyway they beat the [ __ ] out of this guy crazy that they told us that he was there for that cuz they just they wanted to get beat up which is good cuz you know I mean [ __ ] them but anyway that was uh that was really my story with Reicher Isen it was crazy I only the 30 days I don't portray myself to be this tough guy I didn't come out a gang member like most of the white kids from statam but it was pretty crazy in there but the the the terrible stuff that I dealt with mostly came from the conditions of being there and and the uh the way I was treated from the staff there you know it wasn't really so much the other side so I was getting beat up in the band but that was it you know you guys have a great day that was my story about rers Island follow for more videos like subscribe and uh check me out on other platforms shenge funny guy on Tik Tok Instagram I do comedy too it's not just a serious stuff you guys have a great day much love
