Senators Jeff Merkley and Rod widen announced yesterday that Oregon as well as the clth Basin are receiving over $35 million to help restore Pacific and steel head salmon now the funding comes from Federal grant programs from the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and it's going to be divided between four organizations these organizations will use the money to improve the Region's water habitat and rebuild the salmon population
