Hi, my name is Jeanette Moy and I'm the  Commissioner of the Office of General Services.   Hi, my name is Bevin Collins and I'm the Capitol  architect with the Office of General Services. Today we had a rehearsal of the first new portrait  carving that we've added to the Great Western   stairs since it was finished in the late 1800s.  It's Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and we're really   excited. It is probably one of the most incredible  things to be a part of this moment in history and   be standing next to Bevin, the first woman to be  Capitol architect in the state and we've   had that position since the 1800s and especially  for me also as the first woman of color to lead   OGS. So to be a part of this moment, I'm bringing  her up where you can see the light shining the   roof, from the ceilings, from the windows, it's  beautiful, it's inspiring, it's something that   we're so happy to share with not just the  employees and the legislators but certainly   the visitors and the children and the students  who are going to be inspired by seeing her up   on these walls. It is a great memorial, a great memory  of her and to recognize the women in our state.
