And we got to show you this a little more than 24 hours ago. You may have seen this on daybreak yesterday. The Spartans got on their bus and headed down to Atlanta, but that doesn't mean there aren't still rumbles of excitement on Norfolk State's campus. Casey Baylor joins us live from Dick Price Stadium. That's the field at the Spartans call home. Yeah, Casey, this is where, you know, the blood, sweat and tears really went into getting ready for tomorrow's big game. Yeah, and you can feel that energy here. I mean, all the lights are on here at the Price Stadium. It actually feels like the game is about to start or feels like I'm going to see a bunch of players just run out on to this field. But we know all of that excitement and energy takes place tomorrow. But this is a huge moment for Norfolk State University and, and use Ale Director Melody. We just knows how special this opportunity is for the team. Now we in her fourth year here at NSU, she's the first woman to ever lead the athletic department taking over for a long time athletic director Marty Miller. Now, when you look at the Mid Eastern athletic conference, she's one of five women serving as an ad, she calls it a sisterhood with the competition. Now, 15% of women make up the number of athletic directors in the country among division one schools, black women like Webb make up 4% any time that you can play a game of this magnitude and on live television. Um, and on the national stage and be the only one, the hot ticket in town, I think it's important. Now, this field is where everyone knows the name Norfolk State. But tomorrow night, everyone will get to know the name and they'll be able to share who they are. The Spartans on the national stage. Of course, all kicks off tomorrow a battle to behold in Atlanta at 730. But hey, I mean, it's 430 in the morning here gonna have a little bit of fun throughout the morning and be I'm going to try and take a little lap down the field, so I to it back over to you. Ok. Ok. I can see that. Now, our coverage of a battle to behold is just beginning. Oh, yeah, here on 13 news now we are counting down the minutes until kickoff. We'll have special coverage again all day long today. And then on game day, we'll begin our coverage of the game in Atlanta starting on 13 news now at six at 7 p.m. 13 news. Now we'll have special pregame coverage of a battle to behold up until kickoff at 730 then stick around right after the game for 13 news. Now at 11 followed by a battle to behold post game.
