10 boy oh boy it has been an eventful morning obviously the lead story in 49ers land is regarding Trent Williams and his impending contract extension we know he's in the bay we know it's getting to that point where it's going to cross the finish line we just aren't there yet but we are very close this is also some very good news for 49er fans as week one approaches now obviously we understand Stand Christian mcaffrey has not participated in much of anything for the last month after dealing with a calf injury and the 49ers being precautious and keeping him out of training camp and pre-season well with it being officially game week the San Francisco 49ers will be getting back Christian McCaffrey in practice today so fantastic news and again I think it's worth mentioning that there was an interview that mcaffrey did it probably like two weeks ago on Sirius XM where he said man if I had to play today I would so I think that kind of puts into perspective the serious nature of the calf injury and more so I think just making sure Christian mcaffrey stays fresh for the upcoming season so phenomenal that he will be returning to practice this week with Brandon iuk and hopefully Trent Williams very very soon so this is really really phenomenal News man we we've had so many questions throughout this off season and just kind of ju just looking at how everything was was structured and at one point not knowing what the outcome was going to be with both Trent Williams with Brandon iuk Christian mcaffrey had a a bit of a minor hold out um in regards to mandatory mini camp OTAs I think it was OTAs it feels so long ago that that situation happened but the 49ers have got it done they've got it done with four players Jawan Jennings Christian mcaffrey uh Brandon iuk and Trent Williams so that's a pretty pretty positive sign and um again the fact that everyone's getting healthy at the right time and getting ready for for a huge matchup on prime time Monday night football against the Jets expect number 23 to be back in the backfield behind Brock pie toen the rock with hopefully Trent Williams blocking for him and Brandon iuk blocking for him because we do know Brandon iuk is a dow when it comes to blocking as a wide receiver so just absolutely love it good morning good good morning for 49er fans lots and lots of good news I even have some more news coming up that I'm going to make in another video so even turn on those post notifications and we're just going to keep bringing it to you and again we still we still don't have the deal finalized with Trent Williams so there's more news to come later today so stay tuned to the channel turn on those post notifications so you don't miss a thing and let me know what you guys think about chrishan mcaffrey returning to practice let me know in the comments below and as always make sure to like And subscribe for more updates
