Jackson up T just walk us through that uh that crazy rushing touchdown there in the second quarter right before halftime what did you see and uh when you took off did you did you feel like you could get to the end zone did you know that was kind of going to be the end of the play um at first you know I looked at you know first my keys and what I have to do and the routes then I felt you know pressure to my right and escape the pocket and I knew it was a two minute and I was first was going to throw it away um but you know I decided to run and I told myself you know if I decide to run you know of course the clock keeps rolling if I get tackled so I was like I better score so you know I crossed the field and you know saw saw Green Grass and I just you know let my speed do the rest J quinon uh you know what do you think about your game tonight first time as a Razer back and more specifically maybe what you saw from the offensive line creating holes not only for you but all the running backs tonight uh I was just having fun having fun with the guys just flying around the field and uh my o line did great tonight uh had a 100 in the first half pess was nothing buil it t what was your reaction when you found out that what the first play was going to be you know taking a shot and then you know how how were you able to kind of bounce back from that you know after you know maybe underthrown it a little bit I love it you know this the aggressive nature you know coach patrino you know me and Ty and Z was talking about the play um leading up to it and and you know of course I under thre it and he was open you know I'm that's something I got to get better at um but you know it's an next play mentality know it's not always gonna be I'm not always gonna make the every I mean I hope so but um just it's it's all about just sticking to the next play and you know what coach pit says is Flushing it on to the next play could you walk us through the play two where you thre the touchdown to Tai Washington looked like that may have been one of your better throws of the night yeah that's that's straight drill work I mean we uh the quarterbacks coach M we work that every single day you know when when they're special teams we're always you know on the turd field working that you know exact look and that exact play and you know when we saw CH was like that's drill work and just the that just praise to you know Tai for you know U not stopping on the r and know you know caught it and scored a touchdown you know had a little celebration that we be practicing so it it was fun I guess for yeah we only got one Mike for for both you guys T Taylor maybe you can take a first you I know you weren't here last year running game struggled even against Western Carolina another FCS team and your first four touchdowns tonight were russan you had 101 yards on la cas what do you all think of the running game and how good was it to be that productive maybe T you could take it first and then quinon I mean I first that speaks volumes to you know our coaching staff and the schemes that they you know put in the game plan then he speaks volumes to you know the old line and the communication that they have because it's it's a lot that goes into it it's a lot of preparation and you know praise goes to line and you know how they handle in communication that they uh you know that they did today and you know praise to the running backs you know because it's different footwork and different looks and different you know schemes so I mean just having having them is you know it's a luxury and you know I I tell them all the time you know the end or whoever we're reading they they're wrong either way you know if they pick the running back you know I'm I'm a uh Ry if they pick me you saw you saw what uh JJ did with the spin move it was crazy I was like okay spin Mo was slow U can you ask the question again talking so long like it's the first it's the first hog win bro all right my bad bro running the ball was not a strength last year for Arkansas that's why you guys are here but um how good was it to be so productive so early now you know four rushing touchdowns the first quarter and I think 215 rushing yards in the first half just qu how how good was that to see and just what' you think why about the running game tonight uh it was exciting uh like you said it wasn't that good last year and uh we picking it up this year but uh it's it's a lot of stuff we have to work on as well to get better and get where we want to go but uh it it's exciting to see where we can what we headed and then if you both want to hit on this but Taylor maybe more for you but you know by patrino had a lot of big games here in Little Rock what sense did you get from him tonight like how he was on the sidelines you guys go 10 for 10 on touchdowns what what sense did you get from Bobby tonight and if J Quinn if you got a thought you want to weigh in after Taylor I mean even when you know we were up uh a lot he was still we were still watching film we was still you know learning he was still critiquing us on you know the different stuff that we can get better at you know so that's what you know I like you know it's always you know room for improvement T did you uh did you have any nerves starting off or anything I know you said you under through that first pass it looked like you just got stronger maybe you had the win behind you in the second in the second quarter um I would say a little bit I mean I would say you know just a really big focus of what we talked about on the sideline is just getting my feet going you know I felt like it was a little slow in the first two drives and you know that's what we you know honed in and um you know focused on in Fall Camp so he just translating that you know to the game and um that's something I got to improve on you know starting starting fast and it all starts with my feet you know and I we have a great opportunity next week okahoma State you know so just going have that opportunity to do it was there any moment where you just kind of clicked and you're like okay here we go I would say after that first throw you know I'm like okay like just breath and lock in you know and you know JJ was um on the sideline talking to me too like bro just go go do you you know and so you know he was a quarterback he was a quarterback so he he gets it and you know he knows the the looks and just the different things that I know quarterbacks have to do so you know he tells me sometimes you know if if I miss a throwing in practice bro your shoulder arm so he keeps me he keeps me uh accountable so I like that J Quin in your last run I believe it was a 14 Yer that put you over 100 did you know at the time that you have gone to 101 yards I never know my stats during the game I always see them after because I I don't never check my phone at halftime or nothing like that so I just be locked in on the game that was great job I just to quinon I know we talked about your injury history and how you had to play through an injury last year just for you to be able to kind of Run free a little bit tonight just how good did it feel oh it felt great I feel like me again just a little heavier but feel like me again
