so when they round this corner they will see the Finish looking round well lenko knows he gets a sniff of the whitewash he knows exactly what he's got to do and they get to see the Finish Line Gantry that's what's in front of them George Bennett has the unloved role of leading them out pav COV in his wheel lurking waiting to go but knowing that he doesn't want to let Alexi lenko get on the pedals first lenko just inside the wheel of COV a dangerous place to be right now now but he almost feels like he's just waiting to launch Bennett moves at wide COV launches lenko doesn't quite have it and perhaps feels he ought not take it and it's pav COV that's going to go head-to-head with George Bennett for the stage honors today the uat Emirates Rider is going to get a second stage victory of the week for the team it's Pavo COV that gets his home stage one was your home stage what do you know about today's stage today's stage is really hard uh also this stage it's home stage because I have home in cast deont so I have uh people that encourage me all over the the stage your fourth on GC what's the goal top three or the win of course to win I mean you know when it's this close you always try and win and and if whatever happens after that is is your place but you you start the day trying to trying to win and um I think uh the difference between first and fifth is all very very close and maybe it will blow up but if I leave here with fourth on GC or sixth on GC it doesn't change my life but you know it's if I win it's it's really nice so definitely try and do that Marco is it special to start the last stage with a distinctive Jersey yeah of course it's a beautiful Jersey super simple white now I really like it and I look forward to the day think will be super hard day but I try to enjoy Adam you don't have the leader Jersey but it looks like you have the strongest team do you agree yeah for sure I mean we tried yesterday really uh to really set a hard pace and uh in the end the best guy won uh you know lucenko was super strong yesterday um so yeah even if you have the best team sometimes it's not uh not the easiest way to win so but today's another day um it looks like a hard day on paper um you know a lot of climbing and uh a lot of you know tricky twisty road so um hopefully we can use our numbers and uh hopefully by the end of today we can have the the leader Jersey Alex say usually when you have the leader Jersey you don't lose it are you confident today yeah but is it's a good question but it's difficult also is question for me yeah but today is not a easy stage like one day one classic uh yeah today's I think for my team is little bit difficult for control the race uh yeah but I I don't know but today's maybe one surprise for or some some guys for GC also for me is more uh objective for in the final but why yeah for sure you have some surprise for try maybe win stage or for try for win GC but I'm controlled for this race
