oh yeah it was tough tough to uh play play almost M Stak three for three three and a half quarters and then uh to have that happen like you say I've seen it before it's never ever a good feeling but uh got something to watch and something to improve the defense kind of carried this this team throughout the game through the first three quarters what kind of happened to where they kind of kind of lost their momentum in the fourth quarter um you know fatigue is part of it pressing trying to make plays and uh you still at the end of the day though you got to do your job everybody's got to do their job and do it well and uh you know it was it was different tuck tight ball game uh being a uh a defensive player former defensive player a defensive coach it doesn't matter uh you know you got to play the type of game where if they don't score they don't win and uh you know we just got to continue to finish you got to be disappointed with special teams that led to the two touchdowns well I'm disappointed because we lost mhm um all three phases we we have to improve on we have to do something sure uh yeah that you know we talk about that you can you can win or lose more ball games uh via special teams because of the ways that you can score and uh we just got to we just got to lock in and focus and clean it up come back and get ready for next week could you see what happened on the field goal was it just not high enough I really I got to watch it on film cuz I I I couldn't tell you I I think it was a combination of things but we'll we'll watch watch it on filmm and and then we'll correct it and go from there how do you think the offense can kind of work out their King before next week practice practice and uh practice practice practice got to practice uh that's the thing about it you you get to uh now you find out what team what type of team we have because uh teams make improvements from from game one to game two as I said I thought uh M magnes had an opportunity playing last week had a chance to work out some Kinks those guys did a uh they did a a really good job of of hanging in there in the second half and and doing what they had to do to be victorious do you feel like players kind of gone to their heads after go no not at all not at all I just thought you know football games like that uh momentum you know I keep saying these this game is it's like life it's es and flows and you got to be able to uh withstand that and you got to stay with it and and fight through it and uh Unfortunately they were able to um stay focused and do what they need to do and we weren looked like Noah had some good moments but he didn't have enough yeah we we blew some opportunities we blew some opportunities but again you know he did some good things but you know when you're down in the red zone or the green zone as we call it we got to finish we can't turn the ball over uh but at the same token you know made some plays kept some things alive it was just a combination that we just got to we just got to get on the same page and just finish did you make the call to Ben NOA for T set or is that Frederick it don't matter who Mak calls I mean yeah coach coach wanted coach was trying to win we were trying to win the game so it really didn't matter you know when you trying to win uh you just do what you have to do to try to win I guess um is there going to be a decision throughout the week on who's going to start next weekend no I just think you know a lot of times when this situation happens then you you know you want to holler quarterback controversy no uh Noah Noah won the job you know he had a tough night we were trying to uh get a spot by bringing uh T set in uh but we going to go right back with him uh come come next week after seeing the the guys in game action how comfortable do you think they are in this new offensive system I think they very comfortable I just think we just got to work out the Kings uh there's some times where you see when we do things well and and plays that we have explosive plays and then uh you know then there's times where you know we still it looks like sometimes we still trying to work out work out the Kings but I mean we got to execute though we can't we can't drop passes we can't uh do some things we can't make cuts when we um got to come downhill stuff like that it's just just mental stuff you know guys's trying to make plays guys trying to make plays so uh the effort is there we just got to trust what we see uh you preach having a disciplined football team but you guys had some penalties some un Sports light conduct how frustrating is that for you as a head coach it's disappointing because I I am a disciplinarian and and we'll address that this week um regardless of how frustrated you get how hard the game is going or what you think they may call or may not call and and of course there were some things uh that I felt that were questionable but at the end of the day you got to play the game and then you got to keep it composed and so uh we we'll we'll address that and we'll fix that this week thanks for Grace thanks all right thank you all
