how's it going everyone I was kind of waiting to hear official word considering we had conflicting reports about the QB situation with the Green Bay Packers so initially Jay Glazer came out saying hey Malik Willis is going to be the starter and then 30 minutes later Diana Rini came out saying they reached out to Ryan Tanana Hill and that they were in talks with him and then a little bit later Tom pisero came out saying the Packers did not do that at all so Matt lefur is having his press conference and he's talking about Jordan love and clearing up the situation and so pretty much uh he stated that they courted no other free agent QBs uh despite the reports Malik Willis is on the roster and he will get the start job and Sean Clifford will be the backup if and a big if Jordan love is not clear to go now he did state that they are not going to mortgage the long-term future to try to rush him to get back onto the field just for some short-term results so they're going to be a little bit cautious and smart with him but did really take him out of the realm of possibility that he actually suits up and starts well next Sunday against the Colt so pretty encouraging to hear that even though it was a grade one grade two where he could be out 3 to six weeks they're not even taking him out of the realm a possibility to suit up and start this Sunday so apparently it's going pretty good thus far the tests were good um and there is potential he starts if he doesn't go then obviously Malik Willis will start and Sean Clifford would would get called up from the practice squad to be back up to Malik Willis this is probably the best kind of course to go with it cuz if you call up Sean Clifford you don't have to release a player since it's just a practice squad call up and luckily we didn't call him up for week one so he still has those three chances to get called up so an ideal situation call them up not waste a roster spot and release someone where we probably didn't want to release a player but just coming out with an update on the starting QB situation considering we had pretty conflicting report one person of high profile said one thing and another high profile said something else with someone else coming out being like no so finally getting the actual news from a credible source and that's Matt ller but let me know what you think down in the comments if you like the video hit the like button subscribe to the channel and as always go pack go
