Tonight, we are learning more about an investigation into the CEO of Norfolk Southern. The company has headquarters right here in Atlanta and right now the rail Corporation's board is looking into allegations of misconduct against Ceo Alan Shaw. That's according to a statement the company just released last night. According to the NBC news report, they are now specifically looking at an inappropriate workplace relationship. Right now. The company is working with outside legal advisers earlier this year, an activist investor wanted Shaw out of his role because of how the East Palestine derailment had been handled. Shaw has been CEO since 2022.
