[Music] hello everyone this is Trevor with te time reports thank you so much for tuning back in to another episode especially on the YouTube channel if you guys are liking commenting subscribing it's greatly appreciated all the support is um we're going to be bringing weekly NFL coverage to the channel uh every week we'll be doing our weekly Power Rankings uh as well as a week uh weekly Outlook as well predictions and Brandon's going to take Helm on a fantasy segment as well and don't forget Logan is going to be bringing back his tears for his power rankings from last year so there's some comedy relief as well there's some some funny names in there for sure but um we had an exciting week one an interesting fact about week one I don't know what the exact number is now but before the Monday Night Football game there was only 33 touchdowns thrown in this opening weekend which I think was the lowest in the last 30 years or something it was multiple decades it's not been this low in a long time so it's it's interesting to see that defenses are getting quicker getting tougher getting more adaptive in coverage uh in quarterback play is you know still stagnant just like last year there might be some more rotations of guys and I'll at some point we'll let Logan talk about Daniel Jones and we can all laugh at that but uh in terms of the opening game obviously I I think it was exciting but I real quick I think we're actually going to be doing our power rankings up front so that we have the the time and the Leisure to talk about these games that really caught our attention um but Brandon I'm gonna go ahead and let you take it away here with your power rankings start wherever you want brother uh take Helm awesome man pleasure to be here thank you all for tuning in week one was absolutely crazy we were in for a treat for sure I mean the way they started out for the Thursday night game the Friday night game the matchups and even lading into the Sunday night and the Monday night games it's a shame the m night one didn't really leave us with the best taste in our mouth um you know that was one I was really looking forward to but uh we're going to see some more from from the Jets and Aaron Rogers I feel like going forward I think the Niners has really established their dominance um however I do not have the ners at one I'm going to start right up there at the top um I'm going to start with the Kansas City Chiefs I got them still at one best team in the league and I think they showed it against the Ravens even though it looked a little bit like last year offense was a little bit static at some points um Travis Kelce wasn't the main focal point but we got to see Xavier worthy in his speed we got to see a Showcase from Ri Rice even guys like Justin Watson getting involved like always he's just always seems to get like two or three pivotal catches in these Chief games for some reason um then once again the Ravens fall just short and man oh man what a what an ending that was I'm sure we'll get into that but number three um just keep in mind a little preface here it's kind of hard to get solid rankings after so hard it's so hard there's probably like one of these teams that can be 10 spots lower and a team that can be 10 spots higher um there's like seven interchangeable teams within the top eight so just just bear with us okay but just know there's not going to be much reasoning behind this and there's a lot of overreaction it's it's gonna change drastically gonna change so number three I have the Dallas Cowboys I think on the road the dominance they showed just speeds for itself um and we all know deshun Watson's is terrible but um the the defense there on the road they they held Cleveland's defense in check too and just kind of lit them up 33 points and they didn't let miles gar wreck the game um number four I have Philly number five I have Detroit number six probably um a little bit High maybe maybe not um but I I do still have Baltimore here even though they had the loss I mean they were one toe away from pushing it to overtime maybe even winning it because Harbaugh said he was going for two um number seven I do have the Miami Dolphins in the top 10 I have the Buccaneers at number eight uh might even be a little bit higher come recent uh come some weeks ahead number nine um I have the Houston Texans and this probably is a little bit low for them they can easily be at seven where Miami is or six where Baltimore is um then rounding out the top 10 I think it's I think it's fair to put them in here based off the performance alone from their quarterback the Buffalo Bills um they got a one-score win against the Cardinals but they had to come back to do so and Josh Allen man wow if he plays like that all season and the bills made the play he's an MVP no doubt about it um number 11 I have the Indianapolis Colts tough loss against the Texans but they always play them close and you already know I'm high on the Colts this year number 12 Los Angeles Chargers I'm I'm high on them they looked a little bit mid at times but they played hard ball football ran the ball stopped the one run JK doin looked electric um lad makoni was their leading receiver yards and Target wise um had two little nice sidestep jukes In The End Zone there on his first touchdown 13 I have Seattle 14 I got the Bears coming down from 17 nothing one in at home no offensive touchdowns but that's okay it's weak one I can put them this high right now so I'm going to do it um then just out a spite I'm putting the patchers at 15 right behind them um they could probably be a little bit higher but they did lose Jordan love is going to be out for a few weeks so I think right there in the middle of the pack is just right for them right now um but they probably should be higher I just wanted to put them behind the Bears number 16 I have the New Orleans Saints number 17 a little bit High maybe but the Minnesota vs really did impressed me and they are trending upwards if Sam Donald continues to look like that but they did play the Giants um number 17 got the Los Angeles Rams another team that will probably be higher in coming weeks um and at 18 the Jacksonville Jaguars 20 Pittsburgh Steelers little low for this team but 21 the Cincinnati bangels I know they've come out with slow starts in recent years this one this one was rough man um number 22 another team that you think will be higher and come some um time from now the New York Jets but they just they looked rough last night man they got punched in the mouth there was that one drive and some moments where like okay this is this is going to be a game and we're going to see what we thought we were going to see but kind of just fizzled out and the ners are just the better team through and through number 23 Atlanta Falcons 24 Arizona Cardinals a team that would probably drop throughout the year but 25 New England Patriots 26 Cleveland Browns 27 Tennessee Titans 28 the Washington commanders Las Vegas Raiders at 29 Denver Broncos at 30 and I got the Giants at 31 don't worry Panthers at 32 the Panthers are just that bad man Bryce young is worse than Daniel Jones I will die on that Hill no but um he's playing worse than him he's at least trying to he's he's trying too I mean he really is first drive interception again do another pick later in that game um and the Giants have leak neighbors and Brian Burns and D Lawrence and Kayon Tibido the Panthers don't have any of that Derek Brown out for the year Toria yeah so it's possible the Panthers go winless this year um it really is and that would be hysterical and then bears would also get the first pick in the second round because of that so thank you crazy um but yeah that JC horn bro did you see that play where he just like stopped running where like he probably wasn't going to catch him but he definitely just it was like when you ground out the first base and you just stop running you don't show effort down the line dude that was that made me shake my head and that's why I'm like okay this is going to be the worst team in the league once again it was it was one of those moments Derek Carrs like he even told him straight to his face I have three touchdowns on you like that was crazy bro like it's DK car like it's not even like it's Josh out or something car was balling in New Orleans yesterday bro he was though like high key bro I mean that might be number two sneaky team the division sneaky sneaky team it really I mean they always kind of do this like they give those flashes but I know Derek Carr he was at he was at an MVP level at one point so it's not like he forgot how to playall and and I mean say what you want and the case is still out on him for sure but Dennis Allen he still has a job for a reason um they they've SE to see something with him and the the foundation that they've I guess built and maintaining this roster somehow some way same culture yeah and they were in purgatory for a little bit with their cap space and [ __ ] and um Michael Thomas that was a huge issue he's gone and out of there but they still have the defense Alvin Kamar is still going to be that Workhorse back man I almost like I think it was like 25 touches he had in this game man and um Elite re not Elite but Elite Speed at receiver with Shahed and an emerging um wide receiver one in a la man if they car can play like that I mean they can be one of those French teams man that they make the playoffs and they they're on a run they have a quarterback that's that's dicey but you know he's going to lower his shoulder and fight for yards and he just has that type of attitude with them you never gives it all he got for sure like that Baker typee of Moxy you know Baker is a little more of a dog but it's the same type of same type of aspect look a good comparison though in my opinion like maybe not in career paths but at least in like that competitiveness they both have that kind of a dad competitor in them now I don't know I just get perfectly hey Baker's a dad now you know we'll talk about Baker in a few here but before I pass it off to you Los I want to say one thing about the Saints um one thing I noticed last year was their o line was [ __ ] horrible like was horrible like no pass protection the Run game always worked because Camaro's Shifty Shifty but their o line seems to be like healthy so keep that solid old line in front of Derek Carr I mean hey man he can give you 4,000 passing yards on a on a really good season you never know they have a I think we talked about their schedule in their division recap they have a fairly like safe schedule too like and that division is honestly low-key wide open because we've seen Todd Bulls blow Seasons before you know that's happened but um go ahead and take it away with your power rank rankings Logan okay so with this first tier it's going to be the worst two teams in the NFL this tier is called the UFL know you guys would like that yeah number 32 my New York Giants I I saw this uh video on Twitter today so it was Emanuel AO who I know he's has some questionable takes I guess could say but what he said made perfect sense about the Giants so if you look at like our PFF grades you know perform everything like our team played well besides our secondary our team played well from the offensive line um from the receivers with the separation they created the uh not Kon Kon play like [ __ ] but um overall like the team played well but the way Emanuel AO described it is you go into your phone you hold a calculator and you type in 2 plus 2 plus 10 plus 8 times that by six and then times that by zero and what do you get zero what is Daniel Jones he's the zero it doesn't matter how good your offensive line plays if Daniel Jones runs into the sack it doesn't matter how good your receivers are if Daniel Jones sits there and just holds it and holds it and holds it and doesn't throw it and get sacked our offensive line Daniel Jones got sacked five times right our offensive line surrendered one of those sacks Daniel Jones Daniel Jones red the four sacks our receivers were number four in the NFL this week in separation yards per separation they were getting open they the offensive line was blocking what the [ __ ] going on um just so you know I don't want to Ramble On too much but I watch a lot of Daniel Jones I've seen the good I've seen the bad I've seen the ugly but Sunday against the Vikings was one of the worst performances I've ever seen of a quarterback ever in high school in college in the NFL it's one of the worst I I was I'm not one that gets like pissed off about like sports I know the Giants suck and I know what to expect but I was from about 2 p.m Sunday to about 2 pm Monday I was pissed off I was just like how how is this our quarterback how is a starting quarterback in the NFL for six years anyway I don't Ramble On too much um number 31 to close off the UFL tier the Panthers for every reason you already said Brandon just horrible um real real quick Logan before we wrap the UFL GE up I want to ask you a question realistically and and like objectively if skip Holtz trots his 53 man roster out on a field against the Panthers or the Giants I mean you named really good stats let's say the Panthers are they possibly winning that game no shot I think it's the trenches like it doesn't matter it doesn't matter how how bad a team is like the difference in the trenches is all that matters what about the lemman in the NFL are just bigger they're just stronger they're just F they're more they're just better I think it's just for for comedy sake yeah they'll beat the Giants but what if I throw a Twist in there Alex meoo is the St quarterback then they win they're beting any team in the NFL facts doesn't matter if it's the Chiefs does matter if it's the ners I was nervous there you know I was gonna just hang up you know like yeah anyway onto this next tier so this a 30 29 and 28 I didn't really know what to name this tier I just named it bad QB play uh number 30 the Raiders um number 29 the Titans number 28 the Broncos the Raiders I have one thing to say why the [ __ ] are you pting on fourth and one down six on on the your opponent's 40 yard line why the [ __ ] are you puning you're Antonio Pierce you know you got your job based on being gritty and you know being like the the Dan Campbell kind of type coach why the [ __ ] are you punting in week one week one against your division rival like it's not like it's the cheat it's it's it's the Chargers like come on dude like that might that might like set the tone for them for the season but Titans uh um will Lis threw that game away single-handedly Brandon you watched it happen um and then Broncos uh you know went about exactly as you expect for young rookie quarterback and beer drinking bow did not play well I think he'll he'll get better as season goes on hopefully um this next tier is another three teams 27 26 25 this tier is called better than this I think because they're teams that played horrible but I think they're better than this um 27's the Browns Deshawn Watson is the only quarterback in the NFL makes me feel better about Daniel Jones um good defense but just he's another time zero you get zero um the Falcons are 26 uh I think I don't know Kirk looked washed up honestly but I think they just need more jelen to do and 25 is the Bengals for every reason you already said Bren and they just how do you lose to the Patriots like they just look terrible um closing off that tier into this next tier we have a couple teams this tier is kind of just like the Purgatory TI these are teams that are going to win some games and look good and lose some games and look bad um number 2 fors the commanders I like I like what I saw of Jen Daniels um to me he look look like an RG3 clone I don't wish that fate on him career-wise but he looked like an RG3 clone especially in that Commander's uniform um 23 is the Patriots defense looked good under dra Mayo good win for them um 22 is the Jags they lost but they fought uh Trevor had an insane touchdown pass to uh Brian Thomas yeah that was nut uh 21 is the Bears I I think they are better than this um it's just that the offense did not look good but as we mentioned uh before I like I think it'll just with time and experience it'll get better as the season goes on as I know Rome has the injury but as as Caleb gets more comfortable you know trust his offensive line more trust his weapons more they they'll get better defense and special teams was phenomenal real quick within the last like four minutes to be honest an alert just came out saying that ad dun could play and suit up against the Texans Sunday night really so it's the MCL sprains a lot wow less of a problem than we were it's worried about which is good yeah I like what I saw the defense though they just lean on the defense lean on special teams for just just until Caleb Gets Ready they can win some games doing that um chargers at 20 uh good win for them but you know I see this is a Purgatory team literally like don't look good some games look bad some games um and then closing off this tier is a Seahawks you know they won but they didn't it wasn't pretty they didn't look good the defense looked good you know Mike McDaniels first game but Doo didn't look very good um I don't know what to expect I the seen the rest of the year um and then starting up this new tier got another was it five teams this year's called middle of the pack just kind of similar to you know I had to separated the two tiers but kind of similar to the last year teams are GNA you know look good some weeks look bad other weeks uh number 18 is the Jets didn't start how they wanted but you could tell Rogers was a little rusty you know his timing was a little bit off you know anticipation was a little bit off he just has to shake that off he'll be fine the arm is still there I'm not worried about him um 17 is the Cardinals a team that I I had fun watching them play um I think this is a team that's going to be competitive all year long I don't know how successful they'll be in the wind column um just because that defense did not look good at all um but they they're a fun team though they're going to punch you in the mouth that you can't sleep on the Cardinals they're they're the offense looked phenomenal Kyler played well James Conor played amazing just get the ball to Harrison Marvin Harrison Jr more please I have him in fantasy please um uh number six the Colts narrow loss but they looked good Anthony Richardson looked one of the best throws you'll ever see period falling down chucked at 65 yards two similar throws bro it was just insane this he's another one as soon as he gets more experience under his belt and just you know Tunes up a little bit of the mechanics and gets more comfortable he's gonna be a force to be reckon with espe with Jo Joe FL Joe flacko love Joe flacko I don't know why he's there tutoring them mentoring them so um number 15 is a Steelers just teach wat I wasn't watching the game like but it it seemed like every time I I turned around and looked at like that screen TJ W was sitting there doing a celebration it's like that man was was on something I think he had two strip sacks called back so that man was just on something he's I don't know fields looked okay um you know I want I he's apparently he's gonna start in week two but I want to see them with Russ for a week and or just sometime and compare the two and see how it is but fields did did what he had to do didn't turn the ball over played efficient this you know you you want a little bit more out of him um and to close up this tier is the Vikings you know they beat us but Sam Don played well but Brandon like you said it was against the Giants so I gota see it against a better team um San Fran this week oh boy so this next year I have a one two four teams these are these are your wild card hopefuls um number 13 is the Rams probably should have won this game it sucks that overtime rule is the way it is but um Matt Stafford probably the best QB performance the week he looked he looked on like he was a man with his pants on fire like he was I was I was in awe watching him play in that game just every single he had the one bad pick but he was just on something I don't know trying to tell yall man been watching his whole career with him in the Lions dude yeah he's maybe an MVP year I know PUK is out for a little bit but cups back to his his whatever he's you know Hall of Fame level um number 12 the Dolphins didn't look great the defense good offense was sluggish um but it's week one I think just with time and you know getting more comfortable they'll be okay um number 11 who I think I probably have a little too high especially because Jordan loves her but I have the Packers there um shoot dude I think uh I was watching that game I was in a bar and just watching I was like this is shaping up to be a Jordan love Hil Mary just like Rogers and then spring MCL happened I thought it was a tear I was so sad if you guys watched our you know other breakdowns Jordan low is my favorite quarterback in the NFL so watching him go down I thought it was an ACL I thought he was done for the year for sure but out for three to six weeks thank thankfully um but yeah they were they were close to winning that game um I was I was like I said I was for certain it was gonna be a Jordan love Hill Mary like but you know it is what it is and then closing off this tier is a team I I know is too high but I had to put him here just because the performance they put up it's the Saints um number 10 um like you said Brandon these These are going to change a lot you know week one so I think 10's a good spot for them right now based on that performance they had um start off this next tier this is from 9 to three these are your serious playoff contenders I know it's early but I mean the team's are gonna say I'm not going to say like it's your playoff contenders um number Nine's the Ravens lar Jackson did not look good passing the ball at least running the ball he had 126 yards I want to say um Derrick Henry we saw what what they can be um but just passing the ball lar Jackson he's he's got he's got to clean that up it did not good um as they likely Bal out you know number one fantasy or yeah W wire Target this week number eight the Houston Texans um could be higher than this but you know you're not number eight you're not you're not complaining about that um number seven's the Eagles who probably should be a little bit higher saquin I hate this I hate to see it but that man ball the [ __ ] out Jaylen Herz did not look good um that's that's that's a problem for them uh that man's making a lot of money you can't be doing that what what we saw out of him you can't be doing that it's it's the concerns that we talked about in our NFC East breakdown um but like I said it's week one so we'll see number six the Buffalo Bills went down early came back fought hard fought like hell Josh Allen is the man um you like it's fun looking at that team like the group around Josh Allen isn't the greatest like it's good but it's not the best but Josh Allen man like he just it doesn't matter like he's he's a good enough quarterback that it doesn't matter that they're he's gonna he's gonna rally them they're gon to win games they're gonna win a lot of games doing that number five is the Lions who maybe I could move a little bit higher um but it's number five they had a good good tough win in overtime um and number four it's kind of bold to put him here I got the bucks um they they freaking they dominated I know was the commander defense but Baker Mayfield probably next next to Stafford for best Q performance of the week um the offense looked better under Liam con I know I know it's been one week but looked better under Liam con than it did under canow so if if the Bucks can keep that up [ __ ] Liam con from the Giants nextx head coach please um and number three to close out this tier is the Cowboys just didn't didn't miss A Beat from last year last year regular season at least um yeah just kind of [ __ ] on DeShawn Watson Cleveland steamed them one would say um and and then closing off that tier into this next tier this is your cream of the cop cream cream of the crop number two 49ers number one Chiefs we all know it Chief number one no I you know I really think you guys both have really good lists here a little bit too long there sorry guys no dude you're you're fine I'll go through mine briefly that way we can do like our week one recap after Brandon takes Helm on a little fantasy segment and Logan feel free to pitch in on that you guys are way more familiar with that but real quick uh my post week one power rankings are going to be obviously number one the defending Super Bowl champions the Kansas City Chiefs number two San Francisco 49ers like you said Logan that explains itself the both very both the most consistent organizations from their respective conferences in the past couple years so and they definitely showed it in their wins as well number three I'm actually going to go with the Philadelphia Eagles uh I hold the Packers who have very high regard I think a lot of their young players stepped up and balled out and then I got the Cowboys at four I got the lions at five I got the bucks at six um bear with me and then I have I do have the Texans at seven I do have who else am I missing the Rams at eight I think they're even with their injuries I know they're battered up and I didn't mention the Buccaneers are also going through a lot of injuries in their secondary as well um but the Rams like you guys talked about like Logan was talking about MVP type of season for Matthew Stafford potentially this year um and then I guess respectively I would probably put the Dolphins at nine um their offense when firing on all cylinders is very deadly at 10 I would probably put the Packers um you know dealing with the injury with Jordan love that's going to be concerning but luckily it's not you know anything too detrimental to the season I just don't know I don't think they're going to lose I don't think they're going to win any games with M Willis though so I think they Ste one just win one game like made the Colts Titans and somebody else right I know Colts next week I think the Titans were in there too Titans is Revenge game win that game yeah yeah it is but by the time Jordan love gets back in what were they be one and five two and four like yeah it's like Colts Colts Titans Vikings Rams Cardinals so if they can beat the Titans and Vikings they're in business at least those games to steal those two they need Josh Jacobs to steal the show because Malik Willis is not winning those games um and then at 11 I would put the Saints they dominated although it was the Panthers their offense looked 100% you know um and then probably at 12 I would put the Buffalo Bills uh I think that's a respective spot for them just roster wise they're not the strongest team um but they clear are going to be parried by Josh Allen per usual and it looks like he's going to be doing it in Theatrical fashion this year I mean we saw what he did in week one um at number I think what was at 12 at number 13 I'm probably going to be going uh safely I'll go with the Chargers I think JK Dobbins looks good uh their o line looked really good Joe Al shut down Max Crosby um I mean we saw some really good things out of that team and harball is a great coach um I don't know if I even said the Ravens yet well I think I I think I got to put him at 13 then respectively I mean they tough loss tow like a tip of a toe away from winning essentially from Isaiah likely but you know I you said it earlier Logan um and it kind of just nailed that in the coffin a little bit like Lamar Jackson did not look good throwing the football um and Jaylen Herz either but their defense I I don't know the Eagles are so stacked bro but that's a different conversation um and then 14 I'll probably go with the Jets 15 the commanders um six pardon commanders yeah no I mean you know J Danel I got a ride I my prediction was he was the most Pro ready out of all the quarterbacks but outside of Caleb Williams and honestly I think he did have a better game than Caleb Williams week one so he did two touchdowns on the ground not saying much still you know way lesser team um in terms of just like assets around him but um and then 17 where would I put I'd probably go with the Jaguars I know they lost but um you know Trevor Lawrence hopefully will bounce back I'm I'm expecting him to after getting all that money um 18 probably go with the Colts there I still think they have a lot to clean up on defense but I really like AR he's my fantasy quarterback so let's go I mean let's [ __ ] go um he he did ball out he was making crazy throws but just got to be able to finish the game execute win um the Cardinals would probably go at 19 for me I think respectively they played really well uh and then I'll probably put probably put the Bears a 20 I they probably should be higher because they're special team Simone B's husband scored that touchdown Jonathan Owens I think his name is um shout out to him um but yeah know the fact that every other phase of the team played at 100% they just I mean imagine what the offense would look like firing at 100% on all cylinders with the rest of those units that's a completely different team than what we've seen in years past in 21 I'd go Pittsburgh um 22 I'll probably go I probably I mean I probably shouldn't but the Titans I still am going to hold them at a decent ENT regard will L us threw that game away like you said but um 23 I'll go I'll go with the Bengals I mean they looked rough but I mean I think that's a good spot to put them 24 I'll go Seattle uh Come Away with a you know decent win Gino Smith reached a top speed of like 22 miles per hour on that 34 yard touchdown so shout out to him I I know he didn't play 100% like a clean game but I don't know I I they did enough to win B knck looked really rough though too like he he looked really rough um which that's where Denver's at which is at 25 uh the Raiders I'll put at 26 the Browns 27 um the Jets I yeah I I love Aaron Rogers I mean [ __ ] based on what we saw yesterday I mean but I think Robert Salah needs to be fired I think he's one and 14 know answer yeah 0 and five in the last five in prime time I the he he he lost that game it wasn't Aaron Rogers when you're known for your defense and you worked in that building for four years with Shanahan and you get you make them punt on their first drive and then they score points on eight consecutive drives after that you failed Rush was non-existent and like get Hassan reic [ __ ] in the building bro get him a blank check after that game yes something um and then I think I'm at 30 31 and 32 right think so I'm not 29 30 31 29 30 and 31 32 um I'll go I mean Patriots I'll go a 29 just they won but still rough roster yeah um fair and then the only reason this is just after week one I probably should have them way higher just overreaction Falcons at 30 uh I mean they play like [ __ ] I saw this tweet actually and it showcased every dropback Kirk Cousins made in a in a video it was like three minutes long I was just like [ __ ] it bro I'm at work I'm bored I watch it and like I noticed something because I was reading the comments he has he put no pressure on his right foot and on any of his throws he does not trust that foot that's what I was saying dude like people wer that's what I was saying I don't know like he he's not 100% and someone even at all I don't think he's ready to like I don't think he's ready but someone that's what I'm thinking someone's like that's the real reason they drafted penck like I'm seeing the reason right here in front of me 10 points with this offense is pathetic yeah I saw this uh like Instagram post or tweet whatever it was and it said that the big biggest winner of the rookie quarterbacks was probably pennx and it's it's true honestly like the other four didn't play well and we saw what Kirk did so 31 um I'm gonna go with the Giants no won a 32 I I know you did because you want the number one overall pick and you have a very good chance of getting that but at some point I think we're going to see DeVito because Daniel Jones like he would be horrible in the UFL uh to the point is gone like he has no confidence I like and you see it like physically too on his fate like he's just done I think he's tapped out I don't think he gives a [ __ ] you know like um and then 32 I'm gonna go with the Panthers mainly because you know obviously recency bias I do think Bryce young is probably gonna go down as one of the biggest draft busts in history I see nothing there I know it's week one but I B him how do you bench him like how I it's just to the point where like and it's all we saw this too much last year with this team and you pay a guy exactly and you pay a new a new aspiring head coach all this money a four-year deal and I know it's I literally know it's game one of his 10 year actually but what six year deal for Canal oh [ __ ] oh my God okay that's long I I mean I guess you have to be patient at this point but he didn't even draft him bro I could see them moving off of him next no to him new GM too they have no ties to him and honestly the longer they keep him because it's he's in a similar situation as Robert Salah the longer you keep the draft bus you have that excuse of oh I need a really I need a true quarterback and I don't know that's it that that scenario is hidden so many mediocre coaches and Salah after his Monday night game I think definitely woke a lot of people up and realizing he may be the problem here as well maybe it wasn't just Zach Wilson it was a combo I mean clearly the defense was performing so I I don't I'm gonna get stuck on the Jets that was a horrible one I in my opinion but Brandon like like I said earlier we're going to do a little fantasy segment I'll let you take it away here give us give us your hot takes and your takeaways from week one yes sir well not the best week one but not the worst I went two and two in my four leagues um I was filled with some studs and filled with some Duds on both teams so just going to go over some of those performances I'm going to start with the Duds a guy we talked about a little bit earlier we need to see a lot more from going forward Marvin Harrison Jr one catch for four yards in my starting lineup it was the first receiver I took off the board in my main draft and man did he [ __ ] the bed for me I was kind of [ __ ] regardless um I was telling you guys off air I ended up going against a guy who had three of the top five scorers in the [ __ ] League this week with Jaden Daniels jayen Reed and saan Barkley so I was kind of screwed regardless then I had CMC going out before last night's game too but um another another DT on that list Trevor's boy the sun god Aman Ross St Brown 4.3 points in that Sunday night game against the Rams even Sam leor didn't really do that much he only had eight points but I didn't want to put him on the list another receiver this list is kind of flooded with with receivers and pass catchers man Chris alve only 3.1 points for the Saints in a game where they put up over points receivers were catching touchdowns left and right Derek Carr had three passing touchdowns a l eight didn't have [ __ ] it was it was tough I had him in the lead too um another receiver Drake London in that same division 3.5 points like we talked about Kurt Cousins that Atlanta offense we got to see better Kurt Cousins might not be the answer for these guys unfortunately we all know what happened there but Kyle Pitts got his touchdown obviously that's a Revelation in the fantasy world and in just the world of football in general so um we need to take a moment and appreciate him for that um then another pass catcher Mark Andrews tight end for the Baltimore Ravens got tackle for the Baltimore pretty much got absolutely outshine by Isaiah likely he was a stud I didn't put him on my list because I feel like he was a uh stereotypical pick for the studs this week but um yeah that rounds out my Duds how are you feeling about that Logan any guys in there you think I missed do you think I yeah you have any of those guys as well on your teams I did have Marvin Harrison I think he's the only one that I had um a dud for me big time was uh I mean I won't say Derek Kenny scored touchdown but 10 points out of my second round pick not ideal but yeah they just completely went away from the game Run game bro yeah and they kind of had to they were losing but uh yeah I mean Marvin Harrison Doon con Kade was a big dud For Me Tan McClaren was a big dud for me there's a lot of Duds this week like it was it was not a good week for fantasy like it's just week one everybody sucks right now passing specifically not a good week passing unless you were Jaden Reed um and that's a good one to start my fantasy studs off with jayen Reed had the second most points in all the fantasy in week one second behind saquon Barkley with 33.1 had two touchdowns I think was it three was it two or three it was two yeah I think it was two but one rushing one receiving I believe um big play after big play um just completely unlocked that Green Bay offense that night and Christian Watson got his touchdown as well Romeo dos led the team in targets so they were spreading the ball around and that offense was as fluid and looking as good as ever as much as I hate to say that moving on to my next fantasy stud a guy I almost bet his over on um before the game last night I wish I would have Allan Lazard 26.9 points three t two touchdowns from Aaron Rogers last night actually I think one was uh Tyrod oh yeah that's right um Aaron Rogers only had one touchdown and someone in our chat bet is over one and a half but yeah two touchdowns receiving for Alan Lazard last night out of nowhere like you said completely completely caught off guard by that but his over receiving yardage is like 17 and a half I almost added that to my parlay I wish I would have but it didn't hit anyways typical another one I know you're GNA like this one Trevor J Mo Jameson Williams my fantasy sleeper draft pick of the year I got him in every single lead this year and I started him in every single lead this year 26 I'm sorry 24.4 points for Jameson Williams got that 52 yard touchdown I was expecting a big play touchdown from him in this game and we got it had it um and that's something we're going to see a lot of this year on that offense um and the mon ra owners are going to be upset a lot this season at J Mo and understandably so um and I'll be laughing and enjoying 25 points from him um another one Cooper cup man he not SK a beat 32 I was waiting for you 24 targets 14 or 21 24 targets it was 21 targets 14 obviously puka AKA ended up going out but even when puka was still in the game Cooper cup was the guy and he was showing that he did not miss a beat at all his Hall of Fame career continues and he might be on his way to another [ __ ] Triple Crown type of year dude you never know then I'm going to round it out with some kickers and some defense love Jake Moody Brandon Aubrey shout out out to those two guys both with 25 plus points from the kicker position are you [ __ ] me um then two defense and Boswell Chris Boswell too yep two defenses the Chicago Bears defensive special teams and the Dallas Cowboys defense and special teams round out my fantasy studs for week one both of those defenses over 25 points in fantasy this week and there are some people in my league that had Aubrey or not some people but there's a guy in my leag that had Aubrey and Dallas Cowboys defense so 60 points from those two alone ended up winning his matchup piece of [ __ ] but um that rounds out my studs anybody you want to add in there Logan anyone you want to comment I got a couple yeah one person I want to mention for sure is Josh Allen just I have him in two leagues just they were Josh Allen does four touchdowns two passing two rushing um another one's Devon Anan Bal out for me in the league I know he has the injury now but I got him most right behind him so if you miss the time I got that guy next up and lastly the guy who didn't you know scor a lot of points but he showed a good performance that's George pickings he only had 13.5 points oh my six catches 85 yards but from what I saw out of him is he is wholeheartedly without a doubt than number one receiver in that offense and like I said maybe in fantasy it wasn't ligh up staty but like when I was saying about TJ wat and I would turn around and see TJ wat doing a celebration whenever I turn around and their on offense I see George Pickers making a crazy catch so didn't light it up on the stat sheet but I I just I like what I saw out of them yeah no that's for sure and that that pretty much rounds it up for me and my fantasy studs and Duds for week one Trevor you want to bring up the week one recab get into our week two predictions yeah absolutely um so I mean obviously I want to give you guys each your respective time to talk about your respective team's game so um Logan if you want to talk about the Giants game give a little recap talk about what your EXP expecting going into week two um I'll let you take it away I mean I kind of touched up on most of my you know bad stuff and in my when I rank up 32 but um I mean we started off strong uh Dexter Lawrence looked like Dexter Lawrence what he usually what he does we forced the fumble uh in in their and on like the 20 yard line which led to a field goal that's unacceptable um and then the offense just Daniel Jones kept being Daniel Jones uh single Terry had a couple good runs here and there but it doesn't matter when you have a quarterback that doesn't throw the ball when you have receivers open and runs into sacks it doesn't matter and it doesn't matter when you trade a second round pick and a fifth round pick and spent $30 million on Brian Burns and take Kavon Tibido fifth overall and they do nothing Brian Burns had like a pressure um he looked good at times but Kon Tibido I watched the all 22 on him like all his snaps he literally did nothing like I have his jersey so I hate to say but he sucks like he's I know Trevor you and I been you know we had the little thing with Hutch or Kayon the past you know couple years that you know we've been talking about his same draft and stuff Kon sucks dude like trade him like I'm I'm and then they asked him like Jordan ronon giant reporter asked him a good question about like the pass rushing this and that he was like hey can we ask a good question can we ask a real I'm like dude that's a valid question you got your ass kicked like you you he didn't have a single tackle a single pressure a single tackle nothing nothing and then like do you think that's the new defensive system do you think that's going to be like an adjustment period do you think that it was just because the offense kept them on the field so [ __ ] much that they were kind of I think it is because the offense was um was you know trash but pass rushing is pass rushing dude like he like I said I watched l22 he has no pass rush moves he has a bull rush that he literally just runs into them and that's it and against Christian daraw a top five left tackle in the NFL you're not going to win those reps you're not Brian O'Neal same thing other side just didn't didn't do anything like how are you in year three talk about oh I want to break Michael Shan's record dude you need more than one pass rush move to break break the [ __ ] sack record like and I Jersey like like I play some that I like but like dude like I have two questions like one that's going to be off topic but I forget who I think it was Jared verse he was he was asked like who was your idol he said Aaron Donald he said most guys try and perfect seven different moves but all you really need is three a power a speed and I think a yeah a finesse and if you can Master those three you're gonna be you're gonna be just fine you're gonna be a damn good defensive lineman um do you think that he's incapable of even getting one of those things you think we can hope to get maybe one or two and then my second question is I saw this clip on Instagram today a Giants radio show was like I love Malik neighbors as the player pick but I hated the overall I hated the draft pick we needed a [ __ ] quarterback do you think that that's the case if so why I'll let you take your time um I'll start with a Kavon question um i' I've seen him look great at times but at the end it doesn't matter like if it what stays constant is he only has one pass rush move and it's a bull rush and it's not like he's Kus Campbell who's like 68 3 whatever pounds that g bull rush every single time he's 6'4 20 you know 50 260 pounds like he's athletic but you you need some speed rush moves you need some hand fighting you need like you need something some sort of plan some sort of package um and then going to the Malik neighbors pick I mean Malik neighbors is going to be a phenomenal player um and I agre I agree with The Pick of taking him at six over like taking JJ McCarthy or penx but we should have just sent the house and got Drake May um losers sit on their ass WI winners go up and get their guy you know it's not I mean and I know the Panthers did it for Bryce young but Drake May looked like a better Prospect than Bryce young I think anyone it's in hindsight I think anyone can say that I think you know you know [ __ ] the value [ __ ] oh we're at six they're only at three we can't trade this much it doesn't matter dude um I think their offer was like a first next year and obviously six for the third overall pick and then want to do it it doesn't matter dude send the [ __ ] house if it takes two more first do it if it takes the first this year obviously but your first next year and your second this year second do it it doesn't matter like I think that's a decision that's going to get Brian dble and Joe Shane fired um it sucks to say it but we're we're in year three of this and it's not getting any better um in fact it's only getting it's only going down um so it's been one week it's been one week and I'm already looking at quarterback prospect for next year I'm already looking at Executives to be our next GM I'm already looking at head coaches or coordinators to be our next head coach um I i' I've been saying so far give me give me the Bucks assistant GM give me Liam con if the Bucks offense keeps up and give me Quin ERS um it's a lot there a lot of football to be played for you know that to be happened but this is my immediate reaction I'm I'm done with dble I'm done with Joe Shane I'm done with it like everything needs to come down I'm done like it has to I was gon to ask you two more questions I'll let you wrap it up before we pass it over to Brandon and Brandon I got plenty of questions for you over there with the Bears um but my my first question was obviously you nailed it on the head like do you think Joe Shane's mistake of letting saquin leave possibly instead of investing in priority areas instead of those glamour picks with like a new wide receiver you think that was a mistake should they have gotten rid of Daniel Jones despite the cap hit just just get that [ __ ] out of the [ __ ] building before the season starts should they have done that did he make crucial erors this offseason is my first question no I think he did make the right decisions this off season I think um paying a running back I know it's seon he just bed the [ __ ] out for the Eagles but I think paying a running back in our situation was not a smart decision I think paying his safety was not a smart decision I think they invested the correct way we got to see the results which is which comes down to coaching but no I think his mistake is an easy one it's signing Daniel Jones to that contract um that that's what it's going to come down to um the moment he was signed it what was being said was oh we can get out of it in two years if you're saying that minutes after he signed it's not a good deal like it doesn't matter like you you know what happened that offseason Trevor so we signed Daniel Jones to a four-year $160 million deal in that same offseason the Bucks signed Baker Medfield to a Oney year $8 million deal I would have much rather signed Baker for that than signed Daniel Jones and d and Baker Mayfield after breaking out last year is still making less money than than Daniel Jones annually um I'm sorry again so fired up it's just it's just like he they they let I don't know like that but like they let Daniel Jones agent like walk all over them literally they they should the Joe Shane should have said we are not going over this amount of money and if if you don't if you don't like that bye there's the door we're gonna find somebody else they got finessed like like shout out to the shout out to the agents shout like they get get get the most money like get your bag but as a team like they got finessed and it's a fireball offense like I said I'm done with this regime already we had the F we had the fun year one in the regime with the playoff win but it the the draft picks are not panning out um the signing the free agency moves are not panning out Daniel Jones uh he should be getting better he's only getting worse um it's it's I think it's WS I I just it's done and and my last question is going to be at what point do we see Tommy DeVito or Drew lock step out there I mean maybe not Drew lock but Tommy DeVito is a younger player why not you know give him some Stripes as a backup quarterback that could potentially Mentor your your first round rookie next year in in whatever way he can I'm not saying he's going to be some kind of huge influence on a first round pick but he has some experience yeah exactly do what would you agree with that that move would that be like a step in the right direction in this situation but dude if you're asking me I say Ben Daniel Jones now right now he should not start another game for the Giants he shouldn't he was terrible last week like he plays Washington this week so he's probably gonna throw for like four touchdowns he always does and they're gonna start him again next week against the the Browns he's gonna [ __ ] the bed but you don't gain anything from starting Daniel Jones you you you're only losing like there's no there's nothing there there confidence a shot it's like watching Zack Wilson it's like watching David Carr it's it's it's like watching Carson Wentz on his last couple like years of the Eagles it's done like he can't start a game he can't throw the ball he's scared to throw the ball like so if you're asking me he shouldn't start this game but he will but if he puts up anywhere close to what he did last week against the Vikings week three he so St or Drew lock has to come in and like it he has to it doesn't matter or Sign tanah Hill or something bring in somebody I would respect that sign in if they brought in a guy like tan Hill that's a who's not much better at this point but Jones he said he's only going to a perfect situation so that's coming to us yeah thanes but um Brandon I'll let you go ahead and take it away with the Bears week one recap give us your your thoughts your your breakdown of the game against the Titans uh what did you like what did you dislike I'll let you take him here well yeah obviously I think looking at the game you can kind of tell what there is the like and what there is is not to like um so I'm not really going to go into too much of that because the defenses look good obviously the offense stuttered out but I think obviously the main talks should to be about that offense and Taylor Williams and whatnot and how bad it looked and at the same time why would you expect anything not probably not that bad but you're not expecting him to really go out there and Light It Up for four touchard as you being a bears friend Brandon and how you were h on Justin Fields I love how you just said that I it's like finally like Bears f are starting to realize like it takes time you know what I'm saying I love that you said that well like it's not that I like I know you're not saying me personally but I always knew things take time I'm always the biggest guy about how impatient people are in the league now whether it's quarterbacks or head coaches or anything like that but it's just and then obviously everything's different now because the situation in the team that is put around Caleb compared to what's been put around fields and chabis and guys in the past it's going Elevate those expectations plus him being the Prospect and the number one overall pick he was highman Trophy winner blah blah blah um but the way I looked at it this was best case scenario fact obviously we won the game our defense looked top three Jaylen Johnson was the highest rated quarterback in all the football this week had zero yards allowed and his zero pass rating allowed you look at the chart he's right there at the top right all by himself Tariq wen's like right there close second and then everybody else is like all the way down here um absolutely locked down TJ Edwards had like 14 tackles Demarcus Walker had a strip sack um against his former team had like three quarterback hurries derell Taylor we just traded from Seattle for six round pick had two sacks one title for a loss and a force fumble um absolutely bald out on the other side of montz sweat then Tyreek Stevenson um I like to see the grow from him he gave up that touchdown um to a conru early on in the game he had other few a phenomenal catch that was can't mad at that yeah um but for him to come back and capitalize on will Lev's mistake and get that pick six um just goes to show the mental growth that he's taken from year one to two um but yeah like I said this is best case scenario from not only getting the win and how the defense looked but Caleb Williams did not lose us the game Justin Fields would have lost us the game Mitchell trabis would have lost us the game 100% to say that I'm wearing a Justin Fields Jersey right now he was my player he still is one of my favorite players but he would have found a way to lose us this game Caleb Williams did not make any other than him trying to scramble around and make a college USC play and losing 19 yards on a sack that's learning that's going to happen and that's him D into the NFL game and the NFL speed and okay I can't do this [ __ ] in NFL obviously other than that he had no turnovers he had a lot of balls batted at the line probably like four to be honest so that's something we're going to have to um work out he was just nervous you could tell he was nervous from the very first snap and say he doesn't blame you can't blame him like as calm as he looked in the preseason he said he was nervous or um not nervous and he doesn't get nervous that it's a lot different when week one comes out at home starting in front of Soldier Field those fans Jeffrey Simmons rushing you yeah and tandre sweat bald out too he was no he was no slouch in this game but and I said the one thing I want to see from Caleb this year in this team is how they respond to adversity and how they get through it and I'd rather have them face it right out of the gate week one rather than week 10 when we're playing our first tough team in the backers or the ners and we're cruising on a seven and one start because of how lackluster our easy schedule is and we get punched in the mouth and then downhill Spiral goes on from there I'd rather see this week one right now get out the way see how we respond we have a tough ass matchup Sunday Night Football in Houston against the Texans so that's where all eyes are going to be on and seeing how the offense responds in that but like I said the big stories obviously Caleb Williams and the offense and whatnot but the first number one overall pick as a quarterback to get the win in their first start since 2002 since 2002 quarterbacks are 114 and one since then and Caleb is that one I'm going to look out who that quarterback was I believe David Carr really it is David Carr I believe David Carr um twice you mentioned him now and then there has been only three teams to ever win a game when trailing 17 points and to finish with less than 150 yards of total offense the Bears became the third team they became the third team this past Sunday and they were also the second team backed in 2006 against the Cardinals we are who they thought they were from the head coach of the Cardinals that game when Deon Hester had two punt returns as rookie year and the defense had a pick six we beat them coming down from 17 nothing not an offensive touchdown so the Bears are now two of the three teams to ever do that in NFL history come back from 17 points and have less than 150 offensive yards and no touchdowns that's such a bear St I love it but like like you said earlier Trevor you said it perfectly imagine what this offense and what this team will look like when this offense starts click in when Caleb starts click in with the way the defense and the Special Teams played because it's going to be like a team that we have never seen in Chicago truly you know what the Bears like from an outside perspective they have they have an aura about them they do like they really do and there's there hasn't been that before there has they like I I feel like a buzz about them they haven't had this buzz in a long time and and like even guys like Kevin berer coming in this off season as a still a top player at his position and a leader he there's a clip in him in the locker room afterwards talking about hey look there's going to be dimes where the offense needs to pick it up for the defense and the defense needs to pick it up for the offense that's what makes this is this is the team game this is what makes us the team in this Sport and this is what's going to take us to the next level this is the culture that we have here [ __ ] different now he said that he said shit's different now here we're setting that so there's there's nothing to you can you know fall into the headlines and the clickbait of an offense not looking good but there's really nothing to come out of this game feeling like negative big picture if you're a Bears fan and I think you guys have the right veterans in place like bued like like Keenan like it's just you like the Bears how how did poles and Shane get hired at the same time and you guys are where you are we are where we are Ryan Cooper cup after the game you're one of those ones um that's a huge compliment I mean especially after he just torched the defense uh 14 catches was crazy um but the fact that I mean terion Arnold real quick I just want to talk about him he his coverage was sticky uh the two penalties on him you can clean that up I mean you can coach that out first game was a rookie Corner that'll yeah I like the physicality you know he was you know he was there uh Meek Robertson panned out in week one looked really good uh Andis rakestraw saw nickel a little bit Carlton Davis had a really rough game um that one touchdown pass to Cooper cup he slipped up in the motion in the back the Back Field trying to track Cooper cup and it's like this is your home stadium dude you've been training here like come on bro you can't it should be them slipping not like I understand the speed of the game's crazy but that that was a big play um a running game looked crazy David Montgomery looked crazy the surgical overtime right down one throw out of nine plays uh crazyb right there that's that's David Montgomery right there the Beast of of Detroit now and I know that hurts Brandon to say but if they had him now it'd be a little scary with Caleb Williams it's a what if game we're playing but I'm really I'm really glad we were able to pull out of that overtime Victory and that was a perfect Monday night game for week one but real quick I want to ask you guys um if there's any games that stood out to you any teams you guys want to talk about before we jump into our predictions and I'm sure Brandon will have our week two schedule lined up with the over under that way you know at the end of the episode you can kind of get the gambling aspect of it too see what uh see see where the money can possibly be made but Logan I'll let you take it away any team or game or matchup that you thought was inter interesting or worthy talking I kind of touched up on the ones I like the most um the Bucks of course you know I guess said they looked phenomenal Liam con the offense looked phenomenal and then the two that you know really stood out to me the most is the bills and is the Cardinal to I kind of touched up on already just you know both competitive teams very fun game to watch um I think the caros might be my favorite team to watch this year Cardinal and bears excuse me my favorite teams to watch this year um and the the bills like I said I have Josh Allen in two fantasy leagues so just watching him do what he does which is fun to watch so I kind of already touched up on them so I'll throw matchups out there for I'll throw two matchups out there and I'll let you guys both take it away the Texans and the Colts obviously the Texans won 29 to 27 but Brandon what were your thoughts on that game give us a little bit of a breakdown on your perspective uh anything that stood out to you uh in a major sense yeah two things for me was uh one Joe Mixon and his ability to just dominate The Run game with the Texans and how involved he was um and I'm going to be looking to see how they continue that throughout the season he might be a sneaky league and rusher in the League this year um obviously NCO Collins still solidified himself as a number one downfield threat Stefan is a Red Zone guy then Dell is that just Swiss Army nice so they're going to be as Elite as Elite as ever um then Anthony Richardson obviously showed off his Cannon of an arm Jonathan Taylor kind of Silent they're just going to have to find a way to get into their own still doesn't have have that many refs with the ones and live game action so um you can just tell um was this Richardson and Taylor's first game together I believe so I think he was might had one game I'm not sure yeah he was was out it might be even with um Michael Pitman Josh DS ad Mitchell Alec Pierce was a stud in this game he caught all the long balls from AR but it's going to take some time for them to figure it out but close divisional game between the two teams that will finish the top in this division than I'm predicting um I I didn't think the Colts would pull this one out um after like the first quarter or so and just heading into the game I'm just freshing myself up on the Texans some more I just I didn't think that and just reminding myself like I was just saying about the the experience that AR has with these guys and the Reps it's just going to take some more time for them to come into their own but like I was saying earlier if they can get to week 10 with five wins six wins at the most they rattle off those last five six games they're a 10- win team still that was AR's 18th start since high school that's insane that's insane so just another number to keep in mind he is going to be raw as [ __ ] give him two three years like and we could see like a backto back MVP CRA that's a crazy stat B is like 80 Stars that's where you're like do you go the physical route or do you go the experience route on the draft and like either War could pay off but trajectory and ceiling wise AR the next Cam Newton bro and I saw this video about Cam Newton earlier about him like guess he was talking to some therapist on his podcast and he's like I'm I'm afraid that it's over and he's like what does your mind tell you and he's like it ain't never over and then it flashed like a montage of him just going insane on the field like he was a beast bro C sh know for no reason but um next matchup actually I kind of hold on we're gonna P we're gonna do two more matchups the second matchup is going to be uh what are you guys thoughts Logan real quick on the commanders versus the Buccaneers game I know we talked about it um briefly um what were your thoughts on the game yeah I mean I just I love the Bucks offense I thought it functioned very well Chris Godwin's back um you know Lo he looked a step slow last year Mike Evans didn't miss a beat probably had one of the best catches I'll ever see down the left sideline for a touchdown that was an amazing catch Baker Mayfield play like at an MVP level that game Commander defense with Dan Quinn looked like swiss cheese um Jaden Daniels you know it wasn't perfect but the running was good but Dan Dan Quinn said today he ran 16 times that's a little too much they want to throw the ball a littleit more which what you drafted him for he's a quarterback he wanted to throw the ball not run it um H I just I don't know I just I I I I hope the bucks and keep it up and be consistent with his offense because then it's going to mean that hopefully we get Liam con who's the head coach next year um commanders though I think it's gonna be a rough year for them we know it um the roster is not quite there yet Austin Eckler surprisingly had some good snaps um Brian Robinson don't don't really know how he did I know tan M cor did nothing um but yeah I mean I'm just worried about next week Dan Quinn against Daniel Jones we know how that works so who knows but no you I the like the Bucks also have a good aura about them um that's the team be contending in the NFC for sure um pivoting to the last matchup and Brandon I'll let you take this answer away here briefly what were your thoughts on the Jets versus the ners game Monday Night Football uh I'll let you take it away and then we'll pivot into our predictions and we'll for the sake of time we'll make sure that we kind of speed through that for you guys we don't want to make sure it's not uh too long but Brandon take it away yeah just very very underwhelming for just a matchup as a whole you know Aaron Rogers coming back home playing the ners his hometown team you know in front of his F family just in that thinking he was going to play spoiler knocked him off but didn't really happen like I said it had some glimpses in there that 12pl drive capped off with the breeze Hall touchdown look good Garrett Wilson was getting involved and showing that he's truly an elite receiver in this league and I can't wait to see that combination really flourish throughout the rest of the season because um that's just something that we were truly robbed of last year um just as football fans and then one thing I'm I'm GNA have to clown Wilson on was the sleeves I don't know why he was wearing those long ass Payton man a lot of players were like this week I noticed a lot of different players were SOS too yeah so I don't know if there's just like a jersey malfunction going on and the equipment staff or what but not a good look but that's just me being [ __ ] also Chris mcaffrey out for week two he has Achilles T I know yet but it was like trending towards but yeah out I wasn't able to pick him up off the wire in time but that [ __ ] me in fantasy but yeah he he show he bought out but that's not something you want to really ride on to be consistent because we've seen this before where our running backs come into relief in this ners backfield and ners pop off for a game or so then either they unfortunately get hurt too or they just die off and the committee comes in and someone else pops off and they're going to be iic and explosive no matter what there's a guy behind um Jordan Mason Isaac gendo I think I said his name rookie out of Louisville wide receiver turn running back runs a 43340 um just completely fits Shanahan's scheme and play calling out of the back field and just playing um as a pass Catcher And that has that speed that can just take the top off a defense so he's another sneaky guy that can come in and play that Elijah Mitchell type of role in that in that run game that we seen in the past but Niners get the win they show they're still a top team in the NFC the team to beat for sure um then yeah just very underwhelming from the Jets you touched it on it earlier solid is going to be the problem and he'll be gone but I mean even long term like two years from now when Rogers is gone like what's the plan for this team you know they're just going to be stuck in purgatory pretty much I'm worried of but hopefully they get the right guy in there it'd be funny if something like bill bich came to the New York Jets and coaching that division they draft like Carson backer or some type of guy like that going forward I don't know if they'd have a pick that high but couple years from now they get Arch Manning or some [ __ ] like that heading to the Jets never know poor guy um I'll let you go ahead and we'll start with our week two predictions uh we'll kind of power through this for the sake of time guys but um go ahead Brandon take it away yeah Thursday Night Football divisional matchup in Miami the bills are coming to South Beach Miami's given two and a half or getting the two and a half yeah giving the two and a half points 48 and a half is the total over under in this game give me the bills in a in a in a road win here pulling off the upset I think they're going to win a close one I think the over is going to hit this is a high scoring game I'm gonna rock with Josh Allen and the bills with another Superman performance what do you think LS you know I I do want to say the bills but my Gus just tell me Miami is going to sneak this one away um you know they're at home Tyreek Hill is the Buffalo Bill killer so much I want to say Josh Young I I mentioned already Twi like two three times I was my fantasy quarterback in two leagues I'm gonna go with the dolphins I know hn has the injury but it's the Dolphins same system as the Niners next man up mentality running game doesn't matter so I'm gonna go with the dolphins I'm also gonna go with the dolphins at home nice okay moving on to the first game of Sunday my lock of the week the Las Vegas Raiders are heading in the MNT Bank Stadium playing the Baltimore Ravens they are going to be pissed off boy um nine and a half Point favorites the Ravens are 41 and a half lowy yeah 41 and a half is the over under is yeah the over under for total points give me the Braven give me the spread nine and a half easily give me the under in this game though I think this is like 20 to three yeah that's a sweep I'm right there with you I do want to say before we move on real quick as I could lowkey seeing this be like a yeah like 23 more of a greedy slower game but probably the Ravens just you know chew the clock out second half really facts yeah this is going to be an interesting one in Duvall Jacksonville playing host to the Cleveland Browns Jacksonville only three-point favorites here Vegas is Riding High On That Browns defense um obviously nit chub is still out over under 41 and a half give me the BR give me the Jaguars here I'm sorry in a close home Victory I think they even win this by a touchdown maybe I just think that offense on the Browns is just so bad and the Jaguars don't have a bad defense by any means so um I don't like I don't like the point spread give me the under in that one as well I'm gonna I'm gonna take the Jags as well as long as Deshawn Watson's starting I I can't I can't take the Browns in any game they have a great defense as usual but they can't play without a quarterback so you know your exact words are my exact words clean sleep go to Jags let's get some good games in here uh not this you might Trevor going to have fun with this one the New York jets are heading to Tennessee playing the Titans on the road both 0 and one both kind of embarrassing losses in their own fashion um the Jets are three and a half Point favorites the uh total is at 40 and a half I like the over in this game to be honest with you I think both of these offens are going to be able to come out scoring um both these defenses obviously the defense against the Bears um with the Titans looked a lot better than the defense with the Jets looked against the ners but I think both defenses are kind of comparable in the way that they can get beat and both these both these offenses have some speed and dynamic players to them will Lis has a cannon Aaron Rogers can pick the defense apart I think this is a sneaky pick for the over I think the Jets win though on the road to get their bounce back first win with Aaron roggers at the helm I don't like the spread though that's that's a weird one for me but give me the Jets I'm going to take the Titans at home actually uh I just I think the Jets are going to continue to Tumble until someone gets fired that's my prediction for this team yeah I to see the Titans winning this game you know Callahan getting that first win but I think Roger finds his footing here no pun intended but I think he knocks off a little bit of the rust and just I think it'll be a lows scoring game 1710 20 to 17 something like that but I'm GNA go with the Jets here for sure yep uh looks like we might have another Clean Sweep here the San Francisco 49ers are heading into Minnesota playing the Vikings um Vikings are Sixpoint home Dodge the total for this one's 45 and a half I don't like the total but I like the spread give me the ners minus six in this game s Revenge game I I actually that's my prediction bro I'm taking the Vikings Bro iy [ __ ] it Sam darnold was a backup there I I they're going to Minnesota um the Vikings are gonna be they're gonna be a sleeper team this year like respectively and I got to be objective as a lions fan like this team with Sam darnold and they have a good quarterback room bro like they have a rookie back there too like they have options so the you know oh that's true but I mean Sam darnold if he stays healthy continues to do what he did I know it was against the Giants I know we talked about that but like if he's able to keep it clean limit it to like one or two mistakes Max a game and he had that one pick um they can go far they have a good defense and an even better coach in Kevin oconnell I hold him to a very high regard but yeah give me the Vikings and a little bit of an upset but uh it's going to be a good game in my opinion hot take Trevor I like it but I'm a go to ners for sure yeah well at least we didn't have another sweep there so shout out to I like it um however this one should more than likely be a sweep the Los Angeles Chargers heading into Carolina taking on the Panthers the Chargers are 6 and a half Point favorites six and a half Point favorites on the road 38 and a half is the line in this game game that seems a little bit low for me you would think it's a lock um give me the over and points and give me the Chargers minus 6 and a half too just like honestly whatever the unders are for you know individual stat parlays for the Panthers just head bum bro this team sucks I I they might pass 200 yards on offense but I could see this being complete domination from the Chargers I mean this is an NFC team that is I mean when you go up against a high high flying high powerered AFC offense and the Chargers despite where they are in the totem pole in the AFC compared to the Panthers they're miles ahead of this team Justin Herbert he's gonna probably throw four or five touchdown passes on this defense so um yeah give me the Chargers and the over because they'll probably score 38 points themselves so uh that that's my take on it I'm gonna go with the Chargers too but I think it's GNA be more the opposite Trevor honestly I think it's gonna be more like they're going to get ahead early and just run the ball they want to run the ball I think they'll be like 14 to zero or some [ __ ] like that probably like 20 carries each for Gus Edwards and who is it JK see I'm g go yeah it's clean sleep there easy pick all right nice this is a this is an interesting one both teams undefeated after week one Seattle Seahawks heading into Foxboro taking on the New England Patriots Seattle are three and a half Point Road favorites total in this game 37 A2 this is one of those low locks to me I think this one is a hammer the under here give me this give me the Seahawks to win though I think I wouldn't be surprised if well before the season started I'd be surprised if the Patriots started out two and0 but given what's happened now the way both these teams look week one I I can say I wouldn't be surprised if they're two and0 but give me the Seahawks um I'm not touching the spread but I'm touching the under um yeah I'm going to take um against my better judgment I'm going to take the Patriots I think they'll start out hot I think they're playing for their coach right now Jovi pret has confidence they believe in him uh even if any of those reports or like quotes are true coming out of their camp like J Mayo actually does respect jacobe pret even though he's you know that bridge guy but he's playing at a winning level so I'm going to take the Patriots in this I think they're developing some kind of culture there MH H you know I want to say the Seahawks they have the much better roster but my gut just tell me Patriots I don't know why I don't know why but I'm g go Patriots feels weird yeah this would be this would be a good win for both teams though both coaches starting off two and0 like true yeah but uh yeah two first year coaches too that's crazy moving on to the next one this is a very interesting match up one o'clock game this is rare for the Cowboys but the Cowboys playing host to the New Orleans Saints in week two Cowboys are 6 and 1 Half Point favorites over under 45 A2 give me give me the Saints to cover the spread wow I got the Cowboys winning I thought Saints are gonna win I was like Saints cover the spread Cowboys winning and I like the over in this team too I could see this definitely being a close game but I'm I'm gonna take the Cowboys I'm go Cowboys as well I think the saints come back down to earth after playing against a UFL team last last week but against a real team now one of the best one of the best teams maybe the no Trump maybe the best all right then we got uh your boys the gmen heading in watch taking on the commanders commanders are one and a half Point home favorites 43 and a half is the total give me the under give me the Giants in this game get a road win yes sir um give me the commanders no offense Logan I just I think Jaden Daniels is going to have a really good game um and I think this will be a good game for the the commander defense to actually have some kind of like competition to play against and they'll have a test but they'll probably dominate Daniel Jones bro he sucks bro I'm so sorry so I'm gonna go with my boys of course um but I I think Dan will have a decent game because he always he's like but he's like seven and one against the some [ __ ] like that like seven- one nine and one some [ __ ] like that against the commanders I don't know why I don't know why it's the one team like he just always beats but um I think Jay Neil is going to run all over us all over us um fun fact Isaiah Simmons played zero snaps last week so take what you want with that but yeah bet the under uh this might be a 12 to n um some [ __ ] like that like 12 to n we're scoring four field goals because we're not scoring touchdowns but yeah give me the giant another good one here the Tampa Bay Buccaneers is in playoff rematch heading to forward field taking on the Lions the lions are a touchdown favorite at my game of the week right here the uh total in this game is 51 and a half give me the Lions to win the spread is a little bit too much for me of touch I agree um give me the under in this game too I also agree I I'm obviously gonna take the Lions but I could definitely see an upset happening uh and it's not even an upset this is they both made the same M they both made the playoffs had a Deep Run match up divisional matchup which was also a [ __ ] great game and it's awesome to see that they had these matchups for the Lions kind of right off Rip but no I could see this being very close and I could definitely see this being over 51 points I could definitely like I could see it being like 31 to like 28 or something crazy like type [ __ ] so I'll pass it over to you Logan H this one's tough for me it really is but the lions are at home that crowds going to be rocking ging the Lions for sure um but I do think it's going to be like I just said before game of the week probably close game so but yeah give me lons for sure interesting game coming up next in Lambo field the culture coming to town taking on the Packers no Jordan love of course Indie three-point Road favorites 40 and a half point total in this game ah give me the over in this game give me the Colts to win on the road covering that three point spread I think they by a touchdown I'm right there with you honestly I agree um I'm going to go with the Colts you know I like the Packers but Malik Willis I gotta see it first before I ever pick them to win a game I haven't seen it we haven't seen him have the capability of throwing a football period I can't choose that so give me the Colts yep pretty pretty easy to go there um this is another this is a division matchup here another another sneaky good game of the week here both teams winless after week one the Rams heading into Arizona taking on the Cardinals Cardinals are one and a half Point favorites at home really yep 48 and don't sleep on them man I'm telling you cardal are a good team this year 48 and a half is a total give me the Rams to win this give me the Rams a cover plus one and a half give me the over in this game too I think this is a lock for that over I'm gonna take the Cardinals because the Rams had so many injuries in this past game they got to recover and bounce back in that regard uh Matthew Stafford could definitely lead to a win though but I just think when it comes to health of a roster losing like three of your tackles is pretty crazy so I I'm gonna take the the Cardinals going into this game this one's tough for me like the Rams are obviously the better team like on paper at least and just you'd think they're a better team but I don't know man I've been hyping up the Cardinal this whole episode so I'm going with the Cardinals faired with it I like it it's going to be a good game though for sure 4:00 Fox um another four o' game game of the week said nobody ever um give me the another lock for the under in this game the Pittsburgh Steelers heading to Denver God taking on the Broncos just Pittsburgh uh Pittsburgh three-point favorites on the road 36 and a half is the line give me the under give me the Steelers to start out two and0 man only I'm gonna go with the Ste only I'm sorry I was just gonna say only team with the win in AFC North yeah I'm gonna I'm right there with you I'm going to take the Steelers in this I just think their defense TJ watt's probably going to be defensive player of the year this year high likelihood of that happening he's a menace to society give me the Steelers yeah I'm going with the Steelers for sure but what I'm thinking about is just like poor B Knicks man like had a rough performance last we now he's against a Steelers defense like poor B Knicks man but this is what is a point spread in this game 36 and a half under under this might be like a three to zero game three to you know you know what the Broncos had two safties last week it might be three to two yeah you never know but not Steelers for sure yep um then we got the last four o'clock game rematch of the AFC Championship a few years ago doesn't really have the same hype at once did I feel like but I'm still going to be watching it um I still think the Bengals do have a chance so the Bangles coming into Kansas City taking on the Chiefs Chiefs are Sixpoint favorites at home 47 and a half is the total give me the under in this game um give me the Chiefs winning but I think the bals just doing what the Bengals do they keep this close they I think they lose by like a field goal but the Chiefs the Chiefs end up pulling this one out I think the Bengals look better but based on what I saw I think they're going to be annihilated um I'm gonna take the Chiefs at 100% no questions asked on my end no I I agree with you 100% Trevor I think the Chiefs dog walked them from what we saw last week and the Bengals kind of just start slow and I just saw a clip on Twitter a couple minutes ago of Joe burrow kind of like that that injured rist kind of like and and I forgot who it was it might have been Pacman Jones Adam Jones the M I don't know if it was him or not but it was on a McAfee show he was saying he had that same wrist injury and that thing doesn't heal like back what it used to be so I I think I think the Chiefs are to dog walk them like 31 to 10 something like that all right moving on to Sunday Night Football dub bears are heading into Houston taking on the Texans Texans are seven-point favorites at home 45 a half is the line in this game huge game give me give me the Texans in this one I I don't think they win by going against your own team yeah I don't I don't think they win by more than a touchdown though I think this is a close game but I give me the over in this one over 45 and a half I like that I I could see an upset happening for sure I could see something special H you never know cuz like CJ St popped into the scene bro but he was immediate you know what I'm saying Caleb Williams is going to take time yeah but it could be this game I mean he has the capability they have the defense they have the special teams they just have to click on offense and I'm going to take the Texans to be safe but there's a high likelihood that in some of these tough games like the Bears could be you know a sleeper and someone some team you might want to bet on but I'm going to take the Texans in this one especially after that ex insane game against the Colts very exciting game but what do you think Logan I'm also go with the Texans um I think it's going to be one of the performances for the Bears where it's like okay like we're better than some of these teams like the Giants and Panthers but we're not quite there yet you know you know what I'm trying to say like I think it'll be like a comfortable win for the Texans like a 10 maybe 14 point win like yeah like we're we're the better team right now so but I just I want to see I want to see the Bears compete and want to see them show better offense than we saw last week but yeah Texans for sure I'm thinking this is the game where it's like okay you guys were like right I'm thinking like three-point loss and it's like okay there's moments where you're you're right there now show us if you can build off this and keep consistent um I do think before we I do think Caleb is gonna watch a lot of tape this week on what he did wrong last week and try to improve upon that I I think you know we know how people feel about him you know the pain in nails and stuff but he's a good football mind he has a good head on his shoulders so I think he's he's gonna learn he's gonna learn from his mistakes for sure well I think we're gonna have another Clean Sweep here to wrap it up Monday night football match up the Philadelphia Eagles hosting the Atlanta Falcons Prime Time Kirk baby um we saw one o'clock Kirk with oh God I didn't think about that yeah we saw the one o00 Kirk with the new look Falcons now we're going to see The Prime Time Kirk with the new look Falcons against that front seven and that pass rush of the Eagles so Eagles are 6 and a half Point favorites at home 47 and a half is the line give me the over in this game game give me the Eagles comfortable comfortable win here Monday night oh the Eagles are going to dog walk this team um this might be the game that makes the Falcons realize okay penx might be coming in week four or five so um that's what I'm expecting I Raheem Morris could also be on the hot seat after this year too I I don't know like someone's got to be able to get this right they have such a loaded roster but in Philly no no way they win I if they do I'll be shocked um but I think the Eagles are going to die yeah I'm think the Eagles as well but with that Falcons defens I guess this being a game where sequan maybe doesn't have as great I mean it's hard to live to that game he had last week but maybe saquin doesn't explode as much like he did last week maybe jayen Herz you know throws another pick or two um true I think it'll be lower scoring but I think the Eagles win convincingly for sure and that pretty much wraps up our week two predictions um guys we're going to be bringing this to you pretty much every week so these episod
