the Rainbow Warriors will open the season tomorrow against Delaware State there should be plenty of scoring tomorrow as Braden shager faces one of the worst defenses in all of college football Delaware State won just one game last year so it's no surprise the Hornets are 38-point underdogs against the bows how we prepare is is what we have control of and and that's what that's what matters right in uh college football man the margin of error is so small and uh and and you got to be prepared and to uh to win these games and so every game is going to be T just chemistry with my quarterbacks chemistry with the team understanding uh my my role you know uh adding value on special teams just I just feel like more comfortable I mean it's just a confidence thing like I got some playing time last year and it really uh made me realize like I can I can do this at this level you know so really it's just trying to take the next step for me and just just being consistent one of the leaders on the defensive side of the the ball is free safety Peter manuma this week he was voted one of the captains of the team and he can't wait to get the season underway team is is very ready um you know there's there's a mature mindset around this team and we have leaders that that you know um show show show the right path to all the young guys and allow us to prepare in the right ways and uh we don't want all all these months that we worked hard to go to waste so I feel like this team is ready to go and everybody see Club Saturday in recent years uh has not fared well in season openers dropping their last three in a row kickoff is set for 6:00
