all metaphysical but has transferred to a 14th Amendment citizen the 14th Amendment citizen has to pay a gift tax because the heir is dead the 14th Amendment citizen genocided them along with the uh after March 8th 1965 and within 10e period ending in with the date of transfer loss United States citizenship now this is about expatriation okay so this one doesn't count we just uh let's involve ourselves with number one and two and go to the next page and up the top little be 251b certain residents of possessions considered uni considered citizens of the United States and if you will see in number C or letter C certain residents have possessions considered nonresidents not citizens of the United States I want you to know there is absolutely very little difference between the two of those up the word possession of the United States and your birth in that possession and from what I know of the buck act this is all a possession of the United States so I'm a non-resident not a United States citizen according to this definition pursuant to the buck Act and the wordings of both of these are so convoluted as to make you wonder what in the heck is going on yeah where did the bear go in a buckwheat so if you're using non-resident alien and you're declaring yourself to be a you could be a Frenchman because I do not find this particular wording anywhere else and it does say anywhere else where in this title not this not sections but in this title I find it nowhere else except under gifts and Estates so if under a state law I'm a non-resident not United States citizen does that make me a non-resident alien under some other section I don't think so I don't think I'm a non-resident alien I may be a non-resident not a United States citizen but I don't think I'm a non-resident had to find out her mother and I found out her brother so my mother's Uncle married into the gpes in uh Tennessee and I'm like why does that name sound so familiar so when I started tuning into to you I just I think that it was more of um Divine like for me to keep going keep going I started to dig deeper into my um the last names and I I traced some of my family's lineage and it just like I said it made sense that it was more of these are our names um there was more of nobility than us being slaves and that whole narrative right and you just kind of you know open up my eyes I just want to say thank you it's just kind of hard to put in perspective um when you have a lot of different YouTubers preaching different things I I played my share on the Tyreek train and you know all I seen it as entertaining yet informative to a certain extent but then once my soul starts saying wait something do make sense see and then what I learned from that experience it keep it just keeps me going so traveling to more than like 30 states in America so I understand like um when you mentioned the Washington uh thing recently I went up to Lake Arrowhead in h Cali and I stopped at one of the little uh Bluffs and I read one of the like you know um it's like uh kind of when you're telling history like a little PL the coine or something like that yes oh um so like there's specific part of the Bluffs coming out of Lake Arrowhead down through San Bernardino and it talks about Washington and how the Mason found this land and and I was like how is this correlation like but I'm thinking because you were saying how Washington State um or all of like the coast maybe that all was Washington California part of under Washington like why would why would Washington be in California this C having this
