hey good evening everybody and welcome to this ctfo Zoom event my name is Adam Levy from Canton Connecticut tonight glad you could join us here on Tuesday Night Live we do it every Tuesday Night Live at 8:00 pm eastern time so glad you could all be here a lot of stuff happening uh everybody hopefully had a great Labor Day weekend some of us were were working through the weekend and getting things done cuz let's face it this is the time of the year this is the season in for our industry where people start to get really serious about their business the holidays are over the summer months starts to get cooler and uh not so many vacations and things like that for most folks and uh it's time to get down to business and uh these are some of the best months to uh ramp up your business and there's quite a few people getting started early we're excited about that and uh we do have to congratulate a few folks that have been doing some great stuff um and I'm going to start with Joel Joel Bloom who just recently went to 5K so excited uh to have Joel on and you know Joel is somebody that I've had the pleasure of working with now for it's just been about maybe two months I think it's been Joel right it's about about two months now yeah exactly to the day I think well fantastic well congratulations on uh on hitting that 5K getting that extra bonus and also you know you you've got a great team of people with you that are uh that are really having a lot of fun you've got uh Jerry and Sandy who will talk to in a minute uh they just went 1K and uh and they're they're just tearing it up I believe uh on Saturday they they enrolled five people on Saturday alone uh taking them over the top of 1K taking you over the top of 5K uh and that's how it's done it's a team it takes a team to move forward in our business hey I see Allison has just joined us Allison berer uh 10K last week or so that she qualified as and that's just really exciting to have her on the call as well and um I think uh we're going to start with you Joel because uh you know you're somebody that um uh you know is has just been working day and day on this I remember uh just a few days ago over the weekend I got some text for you we're doing some math and and you hit the 5K level and I'm just uh I'm just so proud to to be working with you and it's just amazing uh the accomplishments that you have so tell me a little bit about um you know what your thoughts are about where your business is headed from 5K on and and maybe you can uh bring on Jerry and Sandy and and ask them you know what inspired them sure so really it's all team effort like you said to begin with and um I was actually building a shed this week in when Sandy was calling me saying uh she was having uh these uh computer problems it wasn't really the signup problems she had that all figured out it was just uh get getting everybody lined up and getting them in and and it all went really actually fairly well if I would have been at my computer instead of out by the shed I would have been doing real well but um yeah it's all a team effort and the more people that you tell about it the bigger your team is the more everybody grows and you're not going to stop there you want a bigger share of that $5,000 so you'll just keep on enrolling does that make sense have you made the check out yet not yet the the contest period goes to October 88th so you have between now and October 8th to do as much sales volume as you can with those three five 10 however new people you need at least three to qualify to be part of that uh and to get some of those shares in that pool and again that's going from September 1st if you enrolled anybody from September 1st all the way through October 8th you get to participate in that pool providing there's at least 500 in new sales volume that's pretty easy if you're doing vital for life right we're talking uh you know quite a bit of sales volume there if if that's what everybody's getting uh while we're talking about vital for life too that has been extended to the end of September so September 30th I promise you this it's the last time it's going to be extended okay so just know this you your team it's just amazing the results that you're getting uh and I know you've got new people that have been customers that are now saying hey I need to and also become an associate um isn't that the way it's supposed to work Allison that's the only way it's supposed to work no I know in your mind that's for sure I see you have somebody in toe you want to introduce them this is Abner this is uh my husband who never really likes to show his face but I'm like you got to come over and hear Jerry and sy's testimony um because it's just it sticks out you know I build my business off testimonies so the more testimonies we can get in our Facebook group that we can share and see for everybody else the better because stories sell facts tell I mean we can tell everybody all day long how great glutathion is I mean it's not new it's been around or exposed for the last 40 50 years that's why all the studies but the more testimonies we have that's how I built my business for for forever and when you're starting to share other people's stories they just get locked in they don't they don't want to know what this chemical does or this herb does or what this does they want to know how it helped you heal um that's all I keep telling people like I struggled with sleep um I'll be 45 on Friday and I was battling insomnia for for several years four years or more and it was like and you know I know you've you've seen a lot of different companies in the industry um you know you've been very successful uh in network marketing uh made a really strong sixf figure income for many many years um tell us what is it about ctfo and um the leadership or or or the product line that that really has you dug in here and excited about what what the future holds well right there the future I think I think that's it and it's the leadership of the company um meeting with Stu meeting with Kevin meeting with David um that solidified it for me I mean Adam and I knew each other on Facebook we didn't know each other um so it wasn't even just having our conversation but it was just try these products and that's literally how I've always built even when I you know when I had this success that I had um but in comparison it's the field here actually works um they listen to the field I mean like the corporate staff listens to the field I'm not on the Advisory Board I know they have one which I think is really cool um and then when I finally reached out to Joel about this which I know you guys all know him really well like he and I didn't know each other he reached out to me last year about he saw one of my stories on Facebook um yes Joel's on Facebook every now and then but uh he saw me post on Facebook and and he reached out and that product was a flop they lied about the ingredients and how it was made and it was it was a it was a downside but and I apologized to him he's like this was horrible leadership and I've never experienced such um poor human skills literally boiling it down and so I told Adam I said I have this guy that I think you guys you would really click really well with and I'm just gonna you know reach out to him and then Joel reached out to Adam after I talked to Joel and he's like yeah I want to have a call with you and so it's just a literally like it was because of Adam's connection with Joel that grew the team I have obviously not helped a whole lot with Joel after he came on board um because I'm not the the knowt all Adam's been here for eight or nine years or whatever so like I take myself out of the equation I share it with Adam I'm like you know more than I do so and Joel knows that he knows that that Adam's gonna have the qu there the answers to the questions because he knows way more so um so that's what I like for me you had to find what works for you as far as building like what makes this company different is that you have people in corporate that are available to be used that's not very well known to be honest with you it's not very easy for somebody to get in contact with the CEO or the vice president or the formulator and they are honest and then two if you want to do three-way phone calls the oldfashioned way you have people that do that um because today's day and age uh for me building on social media they want it you know let's do a text message let's do you know what can you show me for tools they're very un personal so I feel like we have all aspects here um the idea of wanting to grow is huge so I like that I like that they made it through even though they didn't hit this massive momentum yet they still made it through they still were in profit so like when you look at it in a business standpoint uh there's so much potential for growth but yet you know people are happy with where they're at so I just see the potential more so and I always pay attention to what God prompts me to do I was struggling with certain things and there's a fly in here love that time of year um and then if you listen to what you're prompted to do and just go with it I mean that's just kind of how it rolled for us so well it's uh it's it's rolling extremely well and uh you know trust is is what I hear uh from you you know trusting uh leadership and ownership of a company is so important um and uh and you certainly you know know you have access and that's not something that everybody realizes that they have or or or does have in most situations and so to be able to be plugged in like that um I think it makes all the difference in the world and uh it just makes you feel part of the family um part of the inner the Inner Circle uh if you will and U and you're definitely that and you know we're we're just uh we're very excited about the future as well Alison with you and we know that you guys are going to do go and do amazing things here and you you you mentioned uh you know social media you do a lot of stuff on social media um and you know you just speak your truth on there and I think that being authentic the way you have been uh that's what has attracted so many people and if you want to kind of take a lesson from Allison's uh Playbook you know it's her authenticity uh you know her being real about everything that she's doing and uh her lifestyle or you know uh having horses and doing all the things on on the farm that you do um it's just it's great to be a part of that and you did mention you know that we uh we kind of knew each other on Facebook and uh you had reached out to me early on and it was such a great message you know I've been in this industry fulltime for Now 37 years which is quite a bit longer than than most folks but um you know when somebody reaches out to me in a message and I I'm impressed with the message I'm like wow uh this guy's got her her act together I need to know more uh and need to know more about her and so we you know you know went back and forth a little bit and and just kind of kept in touch over the years you know and again it had an organic um nature to it as you mentioned uh you know the people that are attracted to you it's organically it's not forced and uh it makes all the difference in the world so be authentic is what my advice to everybody is uh if you want to take a lesson from from Allison that's I think one of the things that you'll find if you follow her and uh and people will want to be part of your team and uh and that's something that uh I think is pretty amazing so Alison anyway congratulations on 10K any final parting thoughts that you'd like to uh share with everybody yeah I want to say CBD is not dead I actually had a couple people recently reached out to me and said I saw you talked about CBD again and I'm like I did and I think we have a pretty great one although although if you're a trucker like he's a trucker he can't use it so there is THC in it um just know that but if somebody is struggling with um so what is CBD like I could give you a whole spout on it because that is where my repertoire was but it helps people who have uh high anxiety um it basically balances out your body puts it in homeostasis so don't feel like that's even Dead uh CBD is massively important we have a technology that gets it into your body and you absorb it so much quicker so um yes it's in a oil you give a little bit uh it's extremely affordable but people are still looking for it so don't outweigh that and I would say also with us What attracted us to these products is this Simplicity you don't have to mix anything you spray it in your mouth and you go you can carry it with you um I actually gave it to my dog the other day because it wasn't feeling well um so I was like noticed that it didn't take long for her to hop out of her issue I think she ate something she was easy to give and the absorbency if people don't understand when it comes to absorbance absorbency is that even a word close enough close enough we know what you mean that's a factor like it is a huge Factor because like you I mean I mean to understand that most people that like take a vitamin right like I have my vitamin sitting right here but like um it's the the absorb absorbability of that product is probably not even 20% you're flushing it down the toy I know steu talks about that but that is so huge I never took vitamins I'm an herbalist and the reason I never took vitamins I'm like you're literally not absorbing them that's why your PE is fluorescent yellow because you're just flushing them down the toilet so I was never one to take vitamins because is people like oh you got to take vitamin D and E and well it matters on the source of the vitamin where the vitamin is coming from is it a food source or is it a chemical compound I know I talk fast but this is why when I saw this I was like this is different we're using the right form of vitamin B12 we're using the right form of vitamin C we're using the right form of vitamin D and so it's so simple um but on the other side of it like the magnos scene if you don't know about that again people sell juices um I knew a company that did and you would have to swallow probably four bottles or at least two bottles a day to actually get the benefit of the magnes um glutathione but the 60 trace minerals um we're not our soils depleted in minerals so for me it was the Simplicity of getting your stuff that your body needs so easily I can put a couple drops of so CBD saved our cruise by the way my son the first night had motion sickness and he was in the bathroom you know expelling his stuff and he even had Dramamine that day and and he was still in the bathroom and it was like not stopping for him and I had given him a tual drama I mean hoping it would work nope he ended up in the bathroom I'm like I don't know
