Well, a heat wave has moved into a sweltering second day across much of the Midwest and parts of the Mid Atlantic bringing triple digit temperatures to many areas. Yeah, from here in South Texas last week right now, up to Ohio, Illinois, Pennsylvania. In fact, students there are being dismissed early in Chicago. The animals at the Lincoln Park Zoo are having a hard time keeping cool, getting the water on themselves and in themselves. The Coy Stringer Institute recommends schools have athletes get acclimated to the heat before practicing in full uniform and take mandatory water breaks and have a cooling tub to treat overheated players
