[Laughter] the early days in football in Minnesota I was what they call a double striper which was if I ever touched the ball the whistle was blown dead because I was the biggest player on the field so it was unique I mean I always dreamed of making it to the NFL but I kind of probably realized that that college was definitely a possibility in ninth grade and uh you like things that you're good at I guess eventually and then the University of Arkansas was the only school to recruit me to play center what most people don't realize is the center kind of directs a lot of the plays whether it's run or pass uh you're kind of directing the traffic and helping all your other guys telling them what they need to do we're not going to get much of the glory we're not going to get much of the recognition but if we keep our QB upright he's going to be confident he's going to play well and that's kind of how how we take pride in things my recovery routine is pretty vigorous hot tub cold tub stretching massages then making sure you really get your protein up your muscles need protein to to function and to do their best and milk is definitely a huge part of it especially chocolate milk I guess my mindset was always just work the hardest and try to be the best I can be and that's kind of always how my mentality has been [Music]
