[Music] I like to be educated all right apparently B will had people scared yesterday he suffered a foot injury in practice they were doing a scrimmage and he suffered the foot injury and it had people afraid very afraid my P and um obviously you know he's probably they best player overall um they had a scrimmage and you got to understand they got to practice they got a scrimmage they got a hit you know that's just what it is they got to get it in you can't you know go through training camp you know you know just chilling you know I heard Aon Rogers make a a point saying that some people believe training can't get the body ready some people believe it wears down the body no it it only helps you can't just go out there and start playing football and you ain't in football condition and those of us who play football we know the difference I mean you can come into you know camping great in great condition but you ain't in football condition hitting the sled condition you know doing down and backs bear craws hitting your body get prepared by hitting like when a when a bodybuilder lift he lifting to be prepared for a competition without lifting how is he going to compete at a high level in the competition excuse me and the same thing in training camp so you got to you got to do those you know you can't just do 7 on SS t-shirts and can t-shirts and helmets you can't do that you got to hit you know remember the Oklahoma drills remember the bully in the ring they outlawed that though remember the alley you know doing all the karaoke and the bear craws you know I heard they got some [ __ ] called football suicides doing the 15 whatever the 15s and you know hitting you know even the shooting your hands drill you know what I'm saying even the individual pass rush and blocking drills and running and catching drills all all that stuff you need that you need that and people say well I train on my own when you train on your own it's it's hard to mimic the pace of a of an NFL or college football practice it's hard to mimic that it's hard to mimic it you know what I'm saying so that's people that's what people kind of got to understand is that there's no supplement for training camp but being there now you got some guys that you know that did a great job of preserving their body to they come to mind that miss cam was Aaron Donald he just a different animal and em and Smith when he missed for the Cowboys but when zek Elliot came back he wasn't the same the same the same player neither he lost his prime by sitting out Le'Veon Bale he set out for a year never got it back you go to the NBA Ben Simmons set out never got it back in inactivity is to K the retirement you know at least when you rehabing an injury you know you rehabing it you you know you following somebody else schedule you Drilling and all that type of stuff and whatever but for Pena will you know they got to practice hard so you getting into the real game you know it ain't that hard it's fun I remember uh you know there a boxer by the name of Tim Bradley and you know he was training whatever he said the training is the hard part training camp is the hard part the fight is the fun part and that's the same thing in football training camp is hard a lot of these these these teams move their team away from the facility they go off like Remember the Titans to a to a college to a dormatory they live there they train there they do some mail bonding they do some some some team building drills and all that stuff and you know now we a team so with him hurting his foot I mean it is what it is now it's this hardening when you hear some injuries where guys get injured later in the week you know he got injured on Friday we heard that with the Lions he got injured on Thursday you like what the hell they doing Thursday or Friday before before a game you know what I'm saying you think about if you you you play Sunday more than likely you probably got Monday off Tuesday y'all probably you know you know still recovering y'all doing meetings Wednesday Thursday probably your two hardest practice days Friday is probably a semi you know semi practice Saturday is the walk through and and that's it you know and that's it and when you hear somebody get injured on Friday or you know he injured on Thursday you know like damn you know they shouldn't even be practicing that hard especially in in the in the meat of the Season or down the stretch run especially especially but you know his foot injury he said he good um anytime you dealing with a man that big foot foot injury scare you especially in the NBA them thing scary but he say he good he say he a one but yall like him you know what they practicing even in the position to get a foot injury I mean foot injury can happen man like you know can somebody step on your foot you can put un stress in your foot somebody can roll on your foot and luckily for them you know he's a staple of the team he know what he got to do he want of them in shape Big Fellas just just buil how you want to office Lin if you bu so he can take some time off you know they got this week which we at the end of this week already and then they got next week so they got they got a week and a half before they even get ready for the rounds so they got two and 1/2 weeks or two and two weeks and a quarter you know before they get ready for the rounds so it ain't to me it ain't that bad a lot of guys that that need that rest that's healing from injuries Le pora uh Skipper uh Gibbs DJ a reader so a lot of those guys you know what I'm saying they they got they got you know over two weeks to kind of rest up and get ready before the season starts so um that's the good thing about having that bumper week in between the regular season and the season that's a great thing about having that bumper week so yeah he good you know as of right now he said he good and every probably used do MRI just for the sake of doing the MRI on them so um you know so
