Right now, Chris sources tell us that this all started with a fight and crime scene. Texts are still on scene here processing this crime scene which stretches for an apartment down the hallway of the eighth floor and into an elevator and folks who live on that floor and in this building are still not being allowed up into their homes at this point. Here's what the scene looked like a little bit earlier today and here's what our sources are telling us happened. This all started, as I said with a fight between two adults and a 16 year old. To the sources tell us our was skipping today. Police responded with tactical units, we saw them coming out of the building as they left the scene and understanding just how seriously they took this situation because they were carrying shields and a battering ram as they left this building and the police are taking the situation so seriously. You can only imagine how scary it was for some of the folks who were inside their homes when they heard this happened. Some of the witnesses told us they heard nearly two dozen gunshots. They say it was terrifying. I was laying in my bed on the eighth floor and I heard gunshots, a lot of gunshots and then I heard screaming and screeching. I, I can't, I can't even talk like my anxiety is extremely high and I'm, I'm just, I'm just praying that not a lot of people were injured. Sources say the three people who were injured are all expected to survive, including that Dallas ISD student who was a Conrad high student skipping school today. The district says he's expected to make a full recovery as for suspects. Our sources say that police aren't sure if any of the three injured are suspects or if they need to be looking for 1/4 person who may have been involved in the shooting in a busy section of downtown. We send it back to you. All right. Thank you very much.
