at breaking news the justice department was just ordered by federal court to respond answer the lawsuit filed for Ashley babbit's estate and her family the $30 million wrongful death lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch they now have to answer the lawsuits claims within 30 days uh for wrongful death assault and battery negligence Etc I know Ashley's family is pleased that the case is now proceeding and of course Judicial Watch is on to be able to do the heavy lifting to get Justice and accountability for Ashley she should never have been shot that day by a Capital Hill Police Officer her shooting was unjustified her killing was inexcusable uh justice can't come quickly enough for Ashley and her family
