First Alert Weather Day: Tracking severe storms

a First Alert weather day has been issued on Friday and Saturday for possible strong to severe thunderstorms those storms already getting cooking across parts of Southern Kentucky but this should be a low-end event we're expecting the storms to produce some damaging wind that's Winds of 60 miles an hour or greater and some very heavy downpours that could result in some isolated flooding now through morning we're talking about folks there in Southern Kentucky the northwest corner of Middle Tennessee expanding to include all of M Tennessee throughout the day now it's not going to be an all day stormy day or anything like that we're going to find these storms scattered across the Midstate and that's going to be the case again on Saturday I do think Friday has our best chance of seeing those strong to severe storms so we just ask that you stay weather aware and we'll keep you updated on WS MV4
