hey y'all listen I had to um hop out of bed grab my camera throw a little lip gloss on y'all to talk about myel organic so apparently she posted Miss Monique the CEO of mayo got online and posted this video this long video on Instagram because apparently I didn't know that they were under investigation and found Guilty by um uh the California government that they violated proposition what was it called 65 which um means that your companies are supposed to disclose if there's any cancer causing ingredients in their products and apparently mayel was found to be in violation of this so she hops on the gram and post this long video defending her products versus defending being accused or found guilty of not disclosing that you have cancer causing ingredients in your products so I'm sitting here confused and y'all I Tred to watch her ramblings like twice and it was very clear that she was reading from a prompter everything she was saying she was reading off of a screen or some teleprompter and um not once did she address being found guilty by California so I'm Like You Ed this time you wasted people's time to finally address CU y'all remember how radio silent she was about the claims not just from Tik Tok but from a lot of people about her products taking their hair out so she took this time out to say that her products are made from the best ingredients organic ingredients that they that she and the company you know really values people's um hair and they would never purposely use things um that will harm the customers and that there's millions of customers who used their products and they love them and they didn't have any issues and um um but me and my family still use them and she took the the rosemary oil which is the main one that people said has been taking their hair out and she you know put some on her hair the comments y'all if y'all go to the shade room and read the comments they are killing me they are killing her like they are dragging her um for not addressing anything there was somebody who said I just bought a whole bunch of my old products I'm throwing them away now because she didn't even address the issue at hand she took all this time wasted all this time talking about all the complaints girl these complaints have been happening since last year if not before and you just now are addressing them because now the news is out that you were found in violation for not disclosing that there are cancer causing ingredients in your products make it make sense so it's hard for me to and y'all know what my daughter my oldest daughter just bought like three or four things from myel and I was like why would you do that girl I did whole YouTube videos goes to show you she not watching her mama's content like she should like I could have told her we could have had a whole discussion I'd be like girl you know if you want to buy it buy it at your own risk but this is what's happening this is what people are saying about the products um now she's scared to use them and I'm like I mean you you spent the money I don't know if she still has the receipts to take them back but you know um I just and a lot of people were like I'm not wasting my time re um listen listening to her talk about a whole bunch of nothing and y'all basically she just talked in circles she never and I say talked in circles because she never addressed the headline which is they found you in violation they found you in violation like address that but she instead took the time to try to reassure people that they use quality products that they use you know they don't use any harmful products um or ingredients in their products and I'm like you're you you you're doing damage control one comment that really kind of hit the nail on the head for me somebody said yeah you're still the CEO proor and gamble agree to keep you on and let you have this little role to still be handson because when stuff like this happen they're going to use you as a scapegoat they're going to push you in front of the camera to try to do damage control and that's exactly what's happening like you the scapegoat you're up here taking ownership like y'all she's taking full ownership of everything and saying that she still very much hands on with everything that goes on with uh the products and um The Branding and the creation she swears up and down she's doubling down that the formula hasn't changed and yet here you are in the midst of another Scandal and proor and gamble say yeah you get out in front of this and uh make make it a make a video explain it all you be the scapegoat you take the blame and that's basically what she's doing I'm like this is so crazy this is so messed up and you know again she talked about how she needed to sell her company in order to scale up so she could do more things and reach other um places with her products that she would have never been able to do and I'm like I you know and somebody else commented this is the problem with black companies why can't it be for us by us and um and you know like build it yourself y'all I don't know I don't know what to say I I on the one hand I get the business side but on the other hand we've seen as time and time again the minute you sell the minute a a blackowned company a black company that created hair products skin products anything that was specifically for black people once it's sold to a white company a bit corporation like Proctor and Gamble or L'Oreal is never the same for us never ever ever and there's no denying that there's nobody who can dispute that I don't care how many times people say the formula didn't change the formula didn't change we didn't do anything to the formula I do not believe it because the proof is in the pudding we're the consumers and we're the ones that's still buying this stuff and we see the difference we feel the difference our hair tells the story and there's still people in the comments who were trying to say that you know no your hair is coming out because you don't know how to take care of your hair you don't wash your hair enough you're you're not using the products properly and that's why your hair is falling out you had issues before you use the uh mayel products and you're just you're you're falsely blaming myel and you already had hair issues I'm like no no no where there's smoke there's fire you can keep uh blaming people and saying that they're the cause of their hair falling out and especially when it's the same few products nobody said the entire myel product line took out that hair people specifically pointed out the shampoo I think the conditioner and the rosary hair oil those are like the main things that people pointed out they have whole product lines with more things than that so nobody said oh their entire product line took out my hair no they were very specific things so I don't think you can dismiss that and just say you're not doing it right you're not washing your hair enough like really that's where we're going to go with this people you know black women don't wash their hair enough don't do that but I just wanted to hop on y'all and I cannot believe this is still going on like The Saga and the drama continues and this is not something little like this is huge like the state of California found you guilty of having cancer causing ingredients in your products and not only that that you didn't you didn't properly like list them or label them or make it known that's not good that's not a good look for myel that's not a good look at all and if I'm Mis uh stating or quoting you know I'll clean up later or y'all hop in the comments and um correct me but I read it and that's pretty much the gist of what they're saying of what myel is in violation of that they did not list these cancer causing ingredients that are found in their products that's huge y'all and there's a lot of people that's like really pissed and you know they're throwing out the products and somebody said if anybody starts a class action I'm signing up and that's the thing this might be the match that starts it that lights up that class action y'all this might just do it mark my words somebody out there is going to start that class action lawsuit now that this is out that they've been found in violation that they didn't make it known that there's ingredients in their products that cause cancer somebody's going to start that class action y'all if they didn't do it today somebody out there is going to do it y'all watch and it's going to be a lot of people jumping on it so I guess we all just going to stay tuned if you saw the video tell me your thoughts cuz it was a long one I'm like girl I'm it was like eight slice of her talking about nothing just talking up her brand and trying to do damage control and she never addressed the issue um with being found in violation with uh proposition is it 65 California law she never addressed that she just spent all that time trying to talk up and take up for her brand and pretty much say that all the the tick tock accusations and other accusations are false okay girl y'all chime in bye-bye
