this week claiming world leaders are not fans of former president Trump and hope she'll be the next president claiming even that Russia's Vladimir Putin would in her words eat president Trump for lunch and it only took hours for Russia's State operated media to publish and broadcast editorials claiming the vice president was the stronger candidate Putin himself has declined to opine on the US election but he's long been known to be the deao editorial director of the Russian press so why would he want to see the vice president elected remember who Putin is Putin is a uh uh highly trained KGB operative right he's the manipulator in Chief Rebecca coffler spent her career at the US defense intelligence agency analyzing Russia's geopolitical moves as well as constantly updating the profile of Vladimir Putin and the reason why he's right now trying to please the kamla Harris is to kind of like throw a monkey wrench into our election they have a Doctrine called election sabotage and so um they're targeting election in order to create chaos to forment conditions uh for social unrest in America and kamla Harris is falling right into Putin's trap let's talk about that uh this trap that uh you're describing here why why is it a trap and what what is their goal with this trap certainly they can't think that the United States is going to collapse or do they think the United States is going to collapse uh you know the Soviet Union was was a master at trying to conduct these covert coups to try to collapse governments and and have uh new governments rise that were more uh differential to Moscow so are they still playing by that same book absolutely uh Russia has adopted uh Soviet Playbook they still Target us elections and the technology uh the Cyber capabilities have made it a lot easier uh to do what they used to have to do uh B basically on their feet right they had the ground games uh going but now they complement the ground game with the electronic game yes the Russians do believe indeed that United States is on the verge of collapse um why is that they see that our society is so deeply polarized that um the people uh who are Democrats they can't talk to Republicans anymore uh and and neither does the other side people who are family members they are the other throats of they on different sides of the political spectrum and what the Russians are trying to do they're trying to amplify this uh through targeting of the elections on social media and then the second reason why the Russians believe that the US is on the verge of collapse is because uh kamla Harris and the Democrats they are setting the country firmly on the Socialist path that their policies have become so radicalized that they are trying to transform the United States into USSR 2.0 and it is communism and socialism that led the Soviet unions uh to Soviet Union's collapse and they believe that that is what's going to happen in this country because what what does camela want to do it wants you know free health care it wants to control um the prices of Commodities it is accusing uh the companies of rigging prices saing prices I mean this is all communist types of stuff the centralized economy um Visa the market economy and people around Kamala are also on board with this uh Soviet type of socialist Playbook and that's why the Russians think that uh because they know where it leads they think Kamala is bad for the United States but then it becomes good for Russia because Russia used the us as its top security during the presidential debate the other night uh vice president Harris told uh president Trump uh that Putin would eat him for lunch or words to that effect uh you you referenced this uh very specifically in your foxnews.com oped um the her phrase to me was was interesting because president Trump already has served four years in the White House and had many dealings uh with with world leaders especially Vladimir Putin did that happen the first time I mean that that's the uh something that I think needs some some kind of mental resolution here but but as someone from your perspective who obviously pays very close attention to this um who who eats whom for lunch in these in these meetings it's it's exactly the opposite uh it is President Trump who ate Putin for lunch and here is how uh yes you know uh president Trump never you know really disparaged Putin publicly right but Putin is not afraid of words Putin is afraid of action and that's exactly what president Trump did uh president Trump pursued the most robust anti-russia policy since Ronald Reagan uh he has taken several measures that demonstrated to Putin that Trump understands Putin's strategy anti- us strategy which I described in my book Putin's Playbook Russia secret plan to defeat America it has four um five rather different prongs and Trump understood every single one of them and he took action to counter it first Trump stood up us space force which by the way I recently uh have briefed I briefed us space force uh Northern comb command and nored on Russian war fighting strategy why did Trump do that because that counters Russia's Space Warfare strategy the Russians uh have figured out that our biggest vulnerability what they call the achilles' heel is our Reliance on technology and specifically on satellites for every aspect of War fighting from anything from missile warning to navigation command and control you you name it but also we're reliant on it in our daily life all of our applications you know from from Water Management power grid management you know everything runs on satellites and so our financial our financial transactions Financial even some of our like blood supply uh software is is run by accessing satellites it's you name a gas station you know when you when you go pump your gas so uh Putin stood up uh his space was in 2001 so it actually took the United States 18 years it's not until president Trump uh came to power that we estab and we meaning she authorized it she told the Pentagon you have to stand up uh space force to do the same thing to the Russians that the Russians want to do to us and what is that it's targeting United States satellites for either disruption or destruction and uh the Russians developed multiple multiple capabilities to do that and so Trump did that uh established this force and our forces are now developing capabilities and Doctrine to do the same and that put the fear of God into uh Putin and he understood he cannot mess with Trump Rebecca coffler is our guest she is a former Defense intelligence agency analyst she's also a published author and we're talking about why Russian media would Express views that Vladimir Putin would support kamla Harris for president of the United States on the Fox News rundown Evening Edition we'll have more Straight Ahead your oped also mentions and you mentioned here previously just a few moments ago that uh Vladimir Putin is not afraid of words he's afraid of actions um it's interesting to me that Vladimir Putin doesn't really even give any words about American politics he's often asked about these things and he even just the other day he said he wasn't going to watch the debate it's none of his business but then the Russian media starts publishing things or broadcasting things and we do know that Russian media is wholly controlled or just about wholly controlled by the Kremlin and what's I I think we learn more from what their Pro publishing than what Mr Putin would actually say into a microphone himself exactly uh Putin gives orders to to his minions you know such as Dimitri bov Maria is his press secretary or propagandist number one and Maria zahav is the foreign Ministry uh spokeswoman or propagandist number two and so yes Putin is absolutely interested in what's going on in America especially with our elections and then he gets briefed so he tasked the Russian media to basically run these pieces um praising Kam air right uh they praised kamla's performance in the debate they declared her to be the winner and Trump the loser in the debate but why are they doing it they're doing it because they want to portray that she is the one that is good for America but I already described why um the Russians actually think that she's bad for America and she's going to run it into the ground the intelligence Services have concluded and just like we do in the US intelligence Community we do assessments psychological uh and uh physical and character profiles of foreign leaders especially of top us adversaries the Russians do the same so they've done psychological profiles on kamla Harris and they have concluded that she is rapid unintelligent and incompetent and therefore can be easily manipulated and unbalanced so when kamla Harris says you know Putin is you know murderer or this and that to the Russians it's a sign that uh he can get to her that uh she's rattled by him they have assessed Biden to be uh very traditional and predictable and therefore also uh easily manipulatable and we've seen that you know Biden remember how he gave the green light uh to Putin to invade Ukraine by uh mincing words like whether it's going to be an incursion what kind of incursion so and they have assessed that Trump is very difficult to predict and they can't read them and this is why this is what's going on they they're basically trying to please kamla on in public but in reality they uh disrespect her all right Rebecca coffler you're a former Defense intelligence agency analyst you also are an author of Putin's Playbook and the upcoming book as well I believe tell us about that one yes it's called American Bolsheviks the uh persecution of Donald Trump and the sovietization of America and that one is basically about what's going on in my adopted Homeland that came to America from Soviet Russia and what I'm observing now is all the censorship and all the radicalization of the democratic party who is trying to establish total government control in this Society it's giving me flashbacks uh back into Soviet Russia that I fled and so it is warning Americans how the story ends and in truth socialism has been triying many many times in many many places and every single time it failed and it only destroyed the country and I wanted to warn my fellow Americans uh that
