he got the rookie mini invite from the Jets it was the only team that invited him and his goal was just to be himself learn as much as he possibly could and he has taken advantage of the opportunity so far Give It Up to Davis and the rookie has got some weak preseason in practice Davis remains in there on a second and one pitch it to him good cut back by Davis to get the first down show out of one tackler and he is dropped that West Coast system is something that translates Nathaniel hacket system that's why probably jet brought him in because of that familiarity Davis another strong run last week they've been working him at right tackle this week just cross training and making sure that he's ready for either if the need was ever there and he played outstanding last week and here again gets his hands inside this is this is the tough part for me I'm not necessarily sure that's a long aggressive play there with his hands inside so now second and 17 soft toss is caught by yaboa and then the Panthers could maybe convert this third down third and 12 for the Jets deep drop Peasley out of the pocket on the Move tries to tuck and run and that wasn't going to work on Jamie Robinson get out brilin Allen is in there to open up this drive first and 10 from the 45 for New York again Allen Falls forward and picks up two look at Eric Watts man he got uh Leonard Taylor man all these guys man coming along man and just um buying to ice scheme buying to the the uh the standard man so it's amazing so yeah I talked to you bro yeah you talk about the standard being the standard what is the standard for the Jets on defense the standard is the execution man Dominate and be consistent every single down so how was Aaron Rogers on the other side help Hawaii along with Chris Glazer out of Virginia short toss handled by Allen chugs his way towards the sideline and is drop recruited to Wisconsin as a safety SL linebacker give it to Allen carries couple tacklers with him to the 3 for eventually that's the position that he played and played it exceptionally well Peasley gets out of trouble and Peasley darts for the first down grabbing at that right leg a bit as Shaw Smith about working with Aaron you don't get a lot of reps I am four to six reps a day probably so to come out here you got to be prepared deflected incomplete TJ Smith's to play you don't get to see you have to see it in your mind it's a quick three-step drop throw step and throw right there the defensive lineman uh really didn't pass rush it's his demeanor it's always the same touchdown pass intercept doesn't matter something to Aspire to as a QB the catch by brownley that's draft class always a source of Pride who you come into the lead with third down and four it's Allen close to the line but not quite there come back into the back field but split out right now 10th play of the drive Peasley operates out of the gun trying to convert on fourth and one Peasley looks slings it first down catch made by Corley does a nice job tracking the football again all Slants on the inside just follow the quarterback put it on them get the easy catch they split them out nice job there pulling it in Peasley when we asked him about you know feel so pretty good timing for Peasley well Aaron wasn't practicing he said and he got the call he's like hey guess right you're up so he he got a lot more snaps than he thought and it was into the end zone Allen remains in there give it to him Allen trying to dish out some punishment and Carries short back here him Morgan Moses a lot of great additions up front exciting times to be an offensive lineman for the Jets they need a yard they get that and then some with brayan Allen on the field everything I mean fashanu has done a great job really being a sponge and you can see some of his pass sets are very similar to the way Tyron Smith pass sets and and that's a good sign for the Jets for the young in the NFL second down and 10 after
