just a y'all hang on just a second okay I I just need to check on something oh my gosh things will go right one day anyway so here we are the uh Hurricane's taking on FAMU today I have not as of now as of now I have not seen any type of depth chart starting lineup for tonight for Miami uh I'm assuming and presuming that it's going to be what we saw last week uh I I do have that available here we go so basically uh QB what's up dude all right so this again this is just from from last week's game against Florida but as of now we're just going to go with this as the depth chart okay I don't know why I still had you up there Cuban I'm sorry okay all right so apparently uh offensive line will be Rivers Rodriguez Carpenter Cooper maloa now again uh again I I don't know what's going to happen because again it's FAMU I don't know what the game plan is uh I don't know if Cam's going to get the start or Ayo I don't know uh Martinez will be probably rb1 with Fletcher number two what's up Phil the swag uh of course cam Ward to be starting quarterback I'm sure the wide receivers will be the same that we saw last week uh defense should be interesting because with Bane being out you know does that give uh Austin a chance uh or do they put uh mesidor over there and put moton at uh tackle we don't know we'll see we'll see and then of course you know Porter Jr Kiko the sath uh Demari Brown Mee Jaden and uh Richards with feder I mean that's that's what we're expecting and I'm sure there's going to probably be a combination of all of this uh man I don't uh oh I don't I don't know what is going on with me today I guess it all started I was sitting there watching the uh that Texas Michigan game and then I kind of I I was kind of taking a little interest in that Arkansas Oklahoma State game because the fact fact that the fact that Arkansas was just embarrassing the hell out of Oklahoma State in that first half and then next thing I know fraking Oklahoma State come back they tied it up I didn't get a chance to see who won but uh and then and then uh just a second Cuban and then uh I saw where Syracuse took care of uh Georgia Tech and Pittsburgh came back and beat beat uh Cincinnati that was pretty ah what you say Cuban how you doing this afternoon buddy man I'm watching this South Carolina game and this dillian Stewart guy is the best freshman I ever seen in my life okay all right uh they literally triple team the guy and he still got to the quarterback and they're you know they're they still this guy's true freshman he's like a skinny dude and he's just getting to the quarterback I'm like this guy's a he's an alien yeah two baddies playing for South Carolina and uh not Dame is losing so you know okay there's Sunshine all over the world because norre Dame is losing to Norther Ando yeah yeah and uh you know Auburn is losing hopefully it misses 61 yard field goal so the SEC you know the secc and all that stupid stuff that was pretty good Cuban yeah that was that was pretty good that was pretty so we just need we need Florida who is it we need Florida to lose to Sanford today and then you know yeah the world will be right world hunger will end you know everything will be right in Florida and Notre Dame loses today it's always a good day when they lose always a good day uh so so talking about this this uh starting lineup for Maya I mean I can bring it back up here but uh what what do you think what do you think is going to happen uh Cuban do we do you just what do you think gonna go on with this start lineup and this this uh depth chart today I would um I would consider benching um cam War like I said before um I I just I I to be honest I think I would respect Mario if you see a lot of U well I have respect for him I have more respect for him if you would see a lot of um players that are not playing today due to um um um off the- field issues that you know that were suspended they were supposed to be suspended for game one but now they're suspended for a game too against these weaker teams but um you know I just I I hope no injuries and I hope you just see a lot of new new kids you know um because remember you have four games to play so choose these four games wisely which are going to be um FAMU you know because you have FAMU Ball State and that's probably that's you know you everybody else is g to be pretty difficult there is no more cupcakes CU true as you see Georgia Tech lost to Syracuse and you know UCF is playing um Bama today so you know this is probably like your last cupcake so you know one your first of your last cupcak so just enjoy you know play the young guys while you can oh I agree I agree and speaking of young guys hey R the what's up you brought them blueprints with you today buddy I got a bon looking pretty good so far and you know Katie there's if you know if you're listening or whatever it's okay it's okay it's no big deal nobody's gonna shame you nobody's gonna make fun of you at least anyway ah so my my what we were talking about hu is I asked the question to cubin on his thoughts on what would he like to see happen with the amount basically how long do the starter stay in you know what kind of you know what do you what kind of Subs do you do in other words how long do you keep the starters out there let the young guys play etc etc well I guess I I think we're gonna find out who's in Mario dog house this game yeah same thing Mario seems to have a dog house every year well let me ask y'all this question uh I'm sure everybody by now is aware of the young guy the guys that were walking off the field and saying hello to the to the recruits that were visiting for Florida and old girl was telling them Shut Up Get Away shut up get away you know these are my toys not yours but uh I mean do you think do do you think that would have any bearing on anything no no I think I think Mario actually liked that um oh he probably encouraged yeah he probably encouraged them yeah I think Mario encouraged them to do that so no I think it's the opposite and and and and and and honestly there there are recruits at all the games for all the teams at any time and I'm sure this is not the first time an opposing team players have done that kind of stuff but uh I just thought it was funny but yeah we're going to find out we're going to find out uh now I was listening this it's like everybody in their brother it's that time of year folks everybody in their brother are putting out their shows and content it's good stuff out there and I try to I try to keep up with them but uh sometimes it's difficult but I did kind of I was listening to a little bit of to coach Hayes this morning and he brought up a good point about you know instead of taking like the whole first team out kind of sprinkle some new guys in not a bad idea but I just keep thinking about you know first keep everybody healthy um try to avoid any injuries but also try to give some of these these these second teamers and stuff the depth chart get them some experience now because like you said Cuban and it's a great point you basically have tonight and next week before you start hitting the the uh conference schedule and uh it's going to be a lot easier to do it tonight and next week as opposed to to trying to put him in against whoever I'm not saying that the younger guys couldn't do it but you don't want to be in that position you know what I mean but uh I was looking at the weather and uh it looks very very familiar to where I'm at uh according to the weather channel it's like uh 90° heat index of about 103 with about 60% humidity with a nice little 12 m m hour wind that just seems like a regular old September Day to me uh and that's what I couldn't understand last week last week they were all all the Talking Heads were were referring to how hot it was you know and this and that and you know if if if the guys from Miami can't handle a little Florida heat that as right you know at this point in the season then there's issues but still um so yeah I uh take a look at the uh I want I want to take a look at the uh depth chart the starters for for for FAMU again and I believe oh shoot was it that cob guy is their their leading receiver I think I think it's that car but anyway again like I talked about the other night the one thing that really got my attention was the uh their offensive line you know you got the right tackle and a left tackle they showing them a 67 well well the the left tackle is only 295 but still uh should be interesting you know know cuz you know let's not forget this this fam U team hey Ralph come back for more uh I think I think uh if if if famu's offensive line can can kind of help the the offense I think that'll give him a chance I I still I still think that fam you probably going to get about 10 points they may get uh they may get 13 um but we're going to see I mean because uh I know it's been a long time but FAMU put 17 up on the O2 team I'm just putting it out there uh and of course like I said Miami is 10 and one uh they you know Miami lost the first meeting up in Tallahassee back in 79 but uh yeah I think you know if if we want to talk about keys to the game or whatever is Miami just needs to come out start off like a house of fire don't don't come in there and just kind of [ __ ] foot around and play down to the the competition get out there go down the field and score shut them down go down the field and score just just kind of do whatever and then you know try not to do anything dumb and get hurt uh don't be careless I would not be surprised really wouldn't be surprised if we see a couple of hundred yard rushers tonight now whether that be Martinez Fletcher Johnson whoever combination whatever ah so B I'm I'm real I'm hoping to see I really would like to see Emory get out there and play at least two quarters you know I want to see our entire second stream I remember yall say you want to see sprinkle I just want how good they'll hold up well well I'm not I was just bringing up what coach hay said now me personally if if it was me I would again I would let the starters have that first quarter maybe a little bit of the second quarter and that's it you're out y'all go sit out and then it's just gonna be straight up second team third team and we're going to see how much how much improved the second and third team is since the Ruckers lost you know I just I just it just it's it's like I said it's this is a it's an excellent opportunity for both [Music] injuries and an excellent opportunity for the the younger guys to get some play in time so what what what do y'all think what do y'all think needs to happen for Miami to be successful um no injuries now it's pretty much it no injuries yeah um I think to be successful really like because fam this ain't the same fam team as last year no no they very they struggled to win this year so we should be able to smash these boys like but after looking at some of these scores right now know the Dame is losing uh T Lane W for a fumble they were going down to take the lead um why is Notre d a top job I I never understood that I mean everybody struggl but why is Notre Dame considered a premier job you can't get players over there oh that's that's just all part of the Nar talk about that they got Catholic money yeah but they can't get good we need to go get that damn dude from South Carolina the Dylan Stewart I don't know have you seen him play yet studio uh man that dude is um Dylan Stewart he's like jabil's Preppers but better I got you yeah they had he literally had a triple team on him and he got through all them who he play for now South Carolina oh we were in it we were number two I think in recruiting him we like two or three but U South Carolina paid that money so let me ask y'all this did y'all watch any of that uh SMU game last night I saw it yeah I disappointed I wasn't yeah it's one of those things like there had Stone as a starter yes they benched him I don't know why I don't know why I watched last year I watched Stone last year he a lot better than that guy playing uh yesterday no they Ben Stone cuz Stone was just horrible I don't know what's wrong with him I don't know if it if it's a in because I saw him last year as well but whatever he's doing this year is horrible um he just can't complete a pass he's I don't know he's turnover proof but that stone dude wasn't you know wasn't working right but it's good to see that somebody's using um Smith correctly yeah but it still Pro Mario correct by letting them go that he let about 10 players go and we was like oh oh look what we're losing in the portal yeah I mean ask this question here then would you rather have Knighton than any other of our running backs right now would you rather have keesan Smith than any one of our receivers right now I would say no I would rather have nigh I would have you know I would rather have n which running back you trading for nigh um Chris Johnson um yeah if you could if you could if you could do a freshman or a new guy for a guy that's been here for three or four years yeah I guess so we ain't seen Chris Johnson and that's why I need to see him today but I don't know if I'mma trade him I mean but you saw you saw you saw hunt though right oh man you saw Elijah Roberts though right oh yeah those dudes that they were still on this team will be a problem I don't know they play BYU and BYU kind of push you going to go from one side to say their trashes then saying they play by BYU is a pretty like with us last year if your quarterback sucks you have no chance at all you know just good luck so I I hear you what you said Studio about these other players but if you you know we I I think we had a good quote unquote roster last year but we had TVD as a quarterback right and exactly matter even you could take last year's roster which receiver are you gonna trade for smus over Miami brown brown I don't like brown I I watched that game no last year last year we didn't have brown we had kobby young who's catching touchdowns for Georgia right now yeah High Beast I mean it there's team I would trade for a Miami player right now well again what if again this is just what if and to what Cuban was saying what if we had this cam Ward last year instead of TVD in other words the only difference from last year is you get rid of TVD and insert cam Ward and you keep the same team from last year we already know we already know the answer to that we know TVD on that game stretch killed us you know I mean one of the things about TVD is you know he he he would throw into double and triple coverage but still even even right now I think honestly you could probably switch people out and as good as as good as uh Xavier is i' Take Kobe young over extra Xavier and that's not a disrespect to Xavier Xavier is a hell of a receiver but let's remember he got a lot of targets he was you see what I'm saying you know why he gets a lot of targets he's always open is no the his IQ is above most receivers I hav seen in a while he know like like for real Kobe young let me ask you a question since you say you're okay I love Kobe I hated he left but if it were third and seven third and eight who would you be more confident in getting that third down Kobe or Xavier rreo rreo well I would have to go with Restrepo because that's mostly what we've seen okay that's a but game overover but again this this this question is so many variables in it because you know last year they never utilize the tight end okay this year just in the Florida game the tight end stats for just the Florida game damn year matched the whole 2023 total for the tight end room last year so imagine this South Coast with that what you just said the Titan got all those yards and stle still had seven for 10 and something yards right right but you also had Horton catching the ball you know uh oh Cuban start but uh yeah as of right now from what I'm seeing and again it's only the second week of September some teams have only played one game some people have already played two games but you know it to me the ACC is wide open man I don't I don't see that dominant team uh now I know Clemson Clemson is playing Appalachia is that yeah Appalachia State at home yeah oh there it is I had to scroll down even further yeah they're playing tonight now I tell you what's going to be I like I'm I'm really curious about the NC State Tennessee game that's going to be a real good game no Colorado versus um no as far as as far as ACC goes as far I should have I should have PR uh preface that by saying ACC but uh oh yeah and the Colorado Nebraska Dam game that's that's definitely that that's gon to be a good one too uh but as far as ACC goes I never understood this whole conference you know like I see people you know like LSU fans Georgia fans and B the you know rooting for the SEC I don't give a damn about no damn conference I only care about a program what's I mean you live in um what's his whole Love Fest with this conference thing Jordan like what what's what is this thing that's yeah because I think oh no I was just say say that's the way we're real I gonna bring it political but either a Democrat Republican you you know you're rooting for your state rooting for the south or the north of East Coast West Coast I think what it all boils down what it all I'm just I'm just speculating Kane for life what's up what's up uh I'm just this is just editorial editorial for those who know no I think it all stems from the bowl season in which to justify your team's greatness if you will or how good your team is it's all based on how the conference does and it's it's like you know if you're having kind of a subpar your team is having a subpar season well well the conference is strong you know or in our instance like with Miami uh Miami does good oh well the ACC is weak and it is it's all it it it it's you know they use that conference thing to justify their team that's all and and to Cuban's point I agree 100% I I I I don't get rat's ass about what the ACCC does I just kind of like to see what teams that we we're going to be facing later on just kind of see how they're doing like Cal and alurn okay uh I mean Cal traveled all the way to Auburn across country and right now they're up 14 to seven so I'm like and we got to go all the way over there to play them now again I'm not I'm not saying Miami gonna lose okay but uh it is just kind of something to look at yeah you'll never see me root for Florida State Clemson North Carolina against any team I don't care I hope they lose every single game I don't care I don't care playing against the Mak or or FCS team I don't give a damn lose every damn game I don't get I don't but I saw YouTube video oh um you know because Texas now is in the SEC and I'm like they're not really the SEC you know I'm like is better than the Big 10 I'm the conference stuff goes I I really don't watch it to root for or against anybody I just watch it just to kind of see you know uh because you know I'm G be honest with y'all I don't have the wherefor all and all the knowledge that are Trucking chubz a Shad etc etc on all these other teams because I really I really don't care about the other team you know ah okay uh we got somebody trying to come in but you gotta get your uh you're G to have to get your uh Mike and cam connected okay well why we're waiting on that but yeah like what I when I talk about you know okay so Louisville has beating Jacksonville State 35 to 14 uh I'm just kind of looking at that as okay you know what kind of what kind of monster is myami going to have to tackle when they play Lou you know what kind of team are they they may have uh but I'm telling you right now that Cal Auburn game is pretty impressive for California to travel across the country at Auburn you know but again again uh it's the it's the second game of the season okay and we really don't know that much right now now with Texas and Michigan I do know Florida State sucks oh well yeah we know that they they've already proven that matter of fact I think Boston College just scored another rushing touchdown from the 35 but you know like with with with say like Texas and Michigan you know Texas looked pretty darn good against Michigan they really did but then again how much of a drop off has Michigan had you know I don't know but Michigan doesn't that they don't have a quarterback again I go back to if you don't have a quarterback you're going have some problems oh most definitely most definitely I mean we look at us last again I say it again look at us last year we didn't have a quarterback you don't have a quarterback because they have their defense there's a lot of guys that are predicted to go you know top you know first round top three rounds but if your defense sucks no if your quarterback sucks you you got problems so I got a question we're gonna probably end the show with this question and we can pick it up in the post game but uh the the talk about about is a mobile quarterback better to have in this day and age over a pocket passer and let me give you just an example let me let me give you an example of what I'm talking about in y'all's opinion is it more advantageous to have a cam Ward or a kend dorsy well that's a loaded question right because you gotta think you gotta which line are you giving me are you giving me Georgia's offensive line or you're giving me just random you know offensive line that's what I wanted to hear because that's my mentality because you know most of Miami's quarterbacks have been having to run for their life okay to where a mobile quarterback has kind of been the necessity because uh I mean a mobile quarterback in other words a quarterback that can do the pocket passing can do all the quarterback stuff and also hit you with the legs and the running can move around uh yeah I mean that's just that's just more uh vegetables in the stew but and that that's why I want to see tonight I want to see Emery because you know emy's more of a pocket passer conventional quarterback in my opinion that's why I want to see how he does in this offense because let's face it boys and girls that's that's what we're going to see next year I don't think so I think we're going to get another quarterback in O poral Shard you really think so yeah and I'll go after that BC quarterback ASAP that little guy there he's a problem all right what's the purpose of of what's the purpose of you know developing a quarterback now because you just you know they gota develop somewhere not quarterback it doesn't matter quarterback quarterback just go get you know go get to a quarterback every year develop everything else but quarterback you go get him up from the portal somewhere you don't want to depend on that every year Cuban why not cuz one of them years they may not decide to come to your you school that's you got a point there and and I think well if you got the money you're good to go I mean I think both of y'all are right everybody one got money Cuban huh you see the South Carolina dude you just said they paid the money right yep okay then so we ain't the only one that could pay the money that again we're going I know we're about to end I said in the last video get you better support Mario give him all the money that he wants and requests that's why that's why I am big on make sure you give him anything and everything he wants give him all the money because we cannot go backwards just you know give that man the money but developing a quarterback in today's college football is very difficult I I'm I'm with the traditional developer quarterback but it's very difficult in this in this uh platform right I mean yeah you can go and buy you a team if you really wanted to but you know they gotta develop somewhere in order for you to to buy them yeah you know exactly and also and also in that you got to get a top tier quarterbacks we haven't recruited a top tier quarterback yet right all these guys that we have in and you know that we need to develop our three stars because if you look at Texas right you have Arch Manning a fivar the guy behind him is a five star Bama has you know five star same thing with Georgia we got a bunch of three stars right maybe four star so yeah if you're going to develop one you you need to have it a roster a bullpen going back to the what the Jord scene you need to have a bullpen and I don't think you have that type of Bullpen and you know and again we can touch on this later because we're about 10 minutes away uh final thoughts final predictions final whatever I'm gonna let hu go first he's been kind of quiet um I just want to see my second and third stream I hope they can hold up the paint um keep you know you know how be trying to keep a shut out intact I hope I hope we in that position to try to keep a shut out intact and see if they can hold up the paint um other than that you know this is a game that I'mma just be looking at I don't know domination cuz if fans score more than 20 my I'm be concerned about the defense if yeah if oh yeah yeah I'm be concerned um but it that it depends on if it's just like third stream and they getting it laate then I like all right I third stream need a little work whatever you know so this this this this game I'm G be watching primarily how Mario uses those players so we can get an idea who's trying to R shirt who not and uh that's primarily it you know see how good the death really is that's it all right kein U my prediction is I need Katie back in the show if we lose one game I'm walking my ass to Jacksonville and gonna find this guy named Studio huru the guru right because I put my my I put my life savings your life savings s uh Jorge's life saving on on the undefeated season because of what he told me in the last show so he says Hey Vegas is with us so you know I'm going with with what studio said and if we lose one game this season I am walking to uh Jacksonville Florida this this this just walk you can't do that man because we we can lose a game and still win the ntion studio don't don't don't go back Studio he hey man like hey history recording I could Replay that video If you talking about with us if I go 11 to1 and win a National I'm good with that I hear you n outside of that no myig my biggest thing we need to be I just want healthy just get out this game healthy no injuries and you know let the score be the score but just be healthy that's because these are the these are the dumb games that we get injured in and it's so I don't want to lose a a Fletcher or a or you know or excuse me take I don't want to lose a key player playing this game because you know it's just stupid stuff so just let's get out healthy I don't give a damn about the score just just win and and leave healthy oh and and and I Echo they're able put some of these some of these young guys in there as much as possible uh of course I don't want any anybody I don't care if it's cam Ward or the the hter the the yeah the walk- on you guys in there let them get a little playing time again like I said you have four games and this could be one of them I'd love I would love to see uh hell let let Emery get a couple quarters let pfin by whatever but yeah this game is about staying healthy and getting experience in my opinion and you know I kind of like what Shard said I I I said I'm go about 58 to 10 uh I just I just hope to see some good quality minutes for this step chart and uh I'm curious to see what kind of play call that we do is it going to be vanilla or are we going to see the same type and uh yeah so we're going to
