it was a Sunday I'd had a game that morning I still had on my pads I wanted to ride the bike I wanted to race we're racing me and my uh my classmate and um I didn't stop at the stop sign my lady she was um rushing to work she's going about 55 and I got blindsided um and I and I got hit and I almost lost my life that day scars all of it like over my body my stomach my arms but I was in a coma for about 2 weeks the doctor told me I would never play football again I didn't understand I didn't know I was so scared um it was a tough Journey back but it didn't stop me
