today at uh monoa we went to check out the intramural football games at the Clarence TC Ching Athletics complex these games are hosted by the intramural sports program here at monoa and give students an opportunity to get active involved and connected to one another through teamwork and competition I had the chance to speak with football player Carson Boyd and ask him how he felt about the game there's an easy mercy rule today and I think that uh it's a great great organization that we're playing for here and uh it's always a beautiful day in uh in the Rainbow Country baby the games were exciting to watch as everyone was having fun and giving it their all I asked student and player Mason Miller what his favorite part about playing football is uh I've grown up my whole life playing football so honestly it's pretty nice to just get back out there feel like I'm a kid again the students team up with each other and compete under the bright lights on our main football field here at monoa the championship game is this Tuesday March 5th at 7 pm I asked Carson how he liked playing on the same field as the Rainbow Warrior football team and here's what he had to say um it feels great I love the turf you know you could feel the atmosphere under the bright lights Bright Lights bigger city Baby Rainbow Warriors um a we love you you know we have the fans obviously the atmosphere is great and uh you know you just love the culture out here let's do it the interal sports program hosts multiple sports leagues so go check out their page on the student life and development website to get involved this is Bowden Pace with Cleo news have a great day and Goos
