hi everyone I have really exciting news for you all so exenta has started hiring and the hiring is in bulk and if you want to go for support roles if you're not aware of what support role is support role is a very basic role in it sector wherein you have to perform manual tasks daily or task daily so it's a set of tasks that you are assigned and you are going to perform it regularly so it's not a very technical Rule and sometimes uh you get application support custom support and different different kind of support roles so anyone can perform support roles these are the easiest role to go for an it when you're just starting out and you know nothing about the platforms and you are not aware of the Technologies so you can generally go for support roles so just to enter into it later you can choose your technology later you can upgrade yourself but to enter into it you can choose the support role and just you will landage J there because the chances of getting selected are really really high not many people who are just as pressure know about the these kind of roles so they are not aware and the chances of getting you hired is very very high on these roles so yeah uh let's go back to the topic so exenter has started this hiring and what I have seen yesterday is they have added around 1,00 jobs for custom support role so if you're wondering how to enter into it or if you're not sure of uh many platforms not sure of the Technologies to go for to just enter into it I would say go for this Ro this is for fresher as well as as someone who has one years one year of experience it's a great thing for them because obviously the hiring is in bulk and uh if you look at the number of applicant applying to these kind of jobs those are really really less so before moving ahead I would say if you have a friend who is working in exenter please search for a uh exenter role that you are looking for the similar role that I'm going to show you into my computer screen so search for some role uh get their job ID and try to ask for a referral from your friend or someone who is in your network on LinkedIn uh so try to ask from them to refer you and yeah so let's go into my computer screen to see how you can uh apply for these rules and what are the criteria of you getting selected into these roles so basically uh one more thing that I want to say before moving ahead is that these roles does not require much knowledge of the tools so if you know how to like use Excel how to document things how to like uh how to use any kind of software if you're just a geek for softwares for example if you use uh applications in your phone and how quickly you adapt to those applications so these kind of things that they are going to uh like uh think about while recruiting someone so I'm not sure they are very uh technical role so obviously you uh have have faith in yourself you can get selected into these so yeah let's get go back to the computer screen and see what are the exact my YouTube channel name so yeah uh I hope you create a good YouTube uh sorry LinkedIn profile and you all have to know how to search job on linkins so here I'm on the job section of LinkedIn and this software could also be downloaded on your phone if you're if you don't have laptop do not get worried about it and here you can see Accenture added 243 new jobs so I searched this one uh just uh an hour prior and they have just started 243 new jobs so just imagine how many jobs are getting created by Accenture and people are still not aware of these job applications so please look into this one so let me just go and search Accenture okay now there are so many job titles business analyst and blah blah blah so many so how can you find out jobs for yourself yes you can go for business analyst rule but if you if you would see they have have a minimum 3 years of experience required so I would not tell you to go for business analy role then let's search for experience level we'll go for entry level jobs okay then again they have 10,000 job applications posted on LinkedIn 10,000 is a lot and let's search for past month and in the past month only they have posted 4,331 new jobs so we are not going for past month because we are just looking for the jobs that are just up got updated so this is this is the jobs that we are going to look for because the chances of getting placed in uh these new jobs is really really high so I'm going to tell you about the roles that are specific for a fresher so this is the role that you can see customer service new associate okay so now when you see this job customer service new associate they have 0 to one years of experience and any graduation anyone can get this job so why shouldn't you try for this one right so you can apply to this job there are only seven applicants for this job post so once you click here they will redirect you to the Accenture career portal there you have to fill in all the details I'm not going to go onto that uh because it's a very timec consuming process but once you're uh are on the career page if you fill out all the details you will get get uh uh uh a email saying that you have successfully applied for this job and yes their HR or uh someone from their team will contact you directly so I have one thing uh more to say that apply only those jobs that are solely for you because the chances of getting the interview calls is very very high into the Accenture jobs so please be mindful of what kind of roles you are applying let's look at another job so this requires 3 to 5 years of experience we are not going to go for these kind of rules now let's look at customer service associate so this is this one is also something uh something for someone who has a very less experience 1 to 3 years of experience by exenter so they do not require a lot of things from you okay support roles and responsibilities let's read out support client existing client relationship by responding to client queries and requests promptly and effectively working with clients on queries and sorry client expectation are met okay so these are like Pro somewhere related to providing a solution to a client so that is not a very technical Ro but yes if that requires uh technical knowledge they will give you KT or knowledge transfers to how to work on these ad hoc client queries and how to work on the cases so I hope you get my point and I hope you go for these kind of rules these kind of rules are present very like vastly very uh so so many jobs are created for these rules so do not miss this out because yes this is for the the fresher and I know a lot of people are very confused how to start their career into it so if you are just willing to enter into it I would say this is this is the role that you can go for completely and also the pay is very great by Accenture not like other service based company exenter pays more than those of the market average so you should think about it again you see a lot
