good though but sometimes I feel like some those shows get political I don't know maybe because they like to make fun of the politics even the skits too even most of the skits are political you know the doctor she was like5 yeah 75 so almost 100 lb in what six months six or seven months six seven months last time I went to the doctor she was like damn bro you're OB Beast no [ __ ] doc told you that I hope your doc tells you that I said thanks Doc I I that I'll take it as a compliment you're like a woman you remind me of a woman that's what women do you know cuz back in the days they used to think like obesity well not obes being fat means wealth that was like kings and kns and [ __ ] yeah it was because you would have Farmers out there starving and you would have the king in there who Hest you want to lose weight quick you do keto or Carn die you lose weight quick guarantee you I guarant I [ __ ] plateaued and I got in that [ __ ] and I started dropping weight like that bro you can get Plateau when you lift weights too all it takes discipline dude don't sit here and say oh you want to do carnivore but I don't feel like it then you don't feel like it you're actually just lazy and you don't want to discipline yourself you know you comes down to that the end of the day let me tell you yesterday you know you got chicken wings right and it was around 7 p.m. I was like man this smells good I took the first ring I was like [ __ ] I start smashing left or right see cuz I know you damn well because here's the thing I know you so well it's discipline right so that's what it is see I didn't I felt like guilty as hell because I was like yeah that means cuz you know your brain is telling you like hey [ __ ] face right so that's that's a real problem yeah but chicken wings are fine but it depends you know these kind dip in a bunch of just like I said what are you eating with it that's the big thing people don't think about that if I eat if I eat like sometimes what I do is I eat like five eggs six eggs and then like five little wings that's no problem so you could eat fried wings no not not fried Fri five I said my bad five yeah five but you know wings are usually fried no no I don't eat them fried I get them baked oh okay so you bake oh okay so it depends on if they're fried or baked fried yeah yeah right right I mean they're baked [ __ ] right that's why them tenders that's why them tendies looked so sad last week like straight pork chops I was like bro what is that he's like chicken ters we're at uh Buffalo Wild Wing and chicken tenders they usually she's like hey guess what the dude texted me back cuz like she's like cuz you know most girls will give a fake number right so she she tried to get she tried to give him she said that she was trying to give him his her fake number like a fake number but she accidentally gave him his her real number and then he texted her later on that night or the day whatever and she he texted her he was like Hey and then two hours already he text again double texted oh what a cringe and then he was like Hey I see you all the time at work I see you all the time that's that's creepy as he doesn't work there right no he doesn't work there what does that mean I see all the time what does that mean she me text she show me she like hey guess what the dud from yesterday sent me I'm like this is why we have this podcast it's one of the main reasons because of [ __ ] like this and you may not do it yourself or you may do and you may not notice it because girls aren't going to come up to you and say hey dude you're [ __ ] weird at least most of them aren't so guys like this probably think what he texted that that woman that interaction was okay that was fine you're a customer you don't work with her why would you say something that disgusting and creepy like that right yeah of course she's not going to want to talk to you and and let's just say a girl comes up to us and says Hi um can I have your number I be like what the [ __ ] get out of here weirdo I mean for us men we we find a woman's um like a woman's nervousness or whatever it is that you know it's it's not it's not weird when it comes to a girl doing it but when it comes to a guy yes you're supposed to be masculine you're supposed to be you know you're supposed to have a good frame it turns off cuz CU I this guy in confident dude he shows that you're [ __ ] weak as [ __ ] exactly how how you going how you going to have sex with her you go off to her for number seconds like random so many words he even said like I'm turned out by that that was just some random that's a random woman that you work with that that's random exactly right this [ __ ] happens all the time though you probably just don't hear about it because you guys don't go out anywhere do [ __ ] or hang out with because probably married at at [ __ ] 18 years old sta ically they say it takes seven minutes 7 Seconds to for a person to know what like how confident or whatever like seven 7 seconds is really your impression yeah well especially with women they they look at that [ __ ] like you know smell the fear like stinking out of you it's like even got to text your back gent she's just some random girl doing her job and you come out of nowhere I could tell he was working up to it he was probably from a distance just like right let's do this said I see you all the time so so he was preparing for weeks man you go you don't go to a store all the time so he was preparing for weeks yeah he fun especially the girl don't recognize you like you know talk to that's the first time talking to her and you say oh yeah I see you all the time like that's creepy dude it's strange now see if you're a regular right no because some small talk and you get it to laugh blah blah she just come she going to remember you right then you can go in for that and it'll be easier on you and her to get the phone yeah because there's already some Rapport that's that was built but being this this Rando she don't know who uh he is and you go in there and then you you do that and then you text her uh what he said yeah a girl's going to be dry she's dry not with text messages either she's dry down there gentlemen clo and thoughts gentlemen yes yeah like Grand Canyon clo and thoughts don't do what that guy did that's [ __ ] weird and creepy and she should make a police report on him too remember it's not always what you say it's also how you say it too she she going to she going back to work showing the girlfriends at work and making fun of the dude you know like that's why dudes a lot of dudes get discouraged from Talking a women or asking a women because they think that oh she's going to go tell her girlfriends they're all going to point and laugh and in some cases yes but honestly those women aren't [ __ ] but hold on I feel like there's one good thing about this interaction they actually actually did it like yeah right you know like actually that's what I said I respect him for actually going to do it right I don't believe in caching rarely if he does it okay since he did it I hope he I hope the guy tell himself all right I proba I probably [ __ ] up this hopefully I get better the next time and next time next time right but that's what a lot of dudes don't realize we're we're human beings we're all going to make mistakes but what you take away from that mistake should be a lesson learned so okay you got rejected don't think oh you're you're ugly or you're this or you're that because somebody rejected you that you liked there's plenty of women in the world you go out there ask out another one she going to say yes or no go ask the other one she might say yes or no listen I'm I take it like this you might get a five
