now we don't see any definite Mass but uh if you follow the pancreatic duct you can see that there is abrupt cut off of the main pancreatic duct in the head region and um now if you look at it with eyo faith you might even see a a very vague IL defined low density area occupying the pancreatic head it might be difficult for you to actually see it but if you just you know focus on the pancreatic duct and exactly where it starts uh to disappear this is where it has abrupt cut off so this apparance in the presence of main pancreatic ductal dilation is highly concerning for cancer [Music]
