hello everyone today is going to be epic because i've come to kum khan in wales and in this box is the cheapest mountain bike i could find on amazon it was 160 pounds it's full suspension we're gonna get it built then take it to the top of the mountain and see if it's going to last all the way to the bottom so let's open this box get this thing out and build it now i didn't bring that many tools so hopefully it's a simple build oh my god these forks are just unbelievably skinny oh don't need that all right let's get this thing out and this is in no way a sponsored video i literally just searched for the cheapest bike on amazon and bought it let's see what it looks like the duke must be good with that name clip clip that is so bad cool that you can get a bike for 160. in fact i can't say it's bad yet we haven't even haven't even tried it so let's get all this on i love these old-school headsets they're so easy it's just like a wedge the more you tighten it the wedge gets wider and then it just does up so you don't even need to like do anything look that's it bars on let's get this front wheel on straight away as well it's even got a front disc this is crazy front wheel on the drb forks they're looking very strong aren't they look these are quite good some nice little plastic plastic pedals there look good for tricks they hit you in the shins it's not as painful as a metal one boom pedals on now we just need to put the seat on we'll have that at its lowest setting to keep it out of the way for extreme downhill riding the cheapest mountain bike i could find on amazon is built and ready to be taken to the top of that mountain to shred to the bottom let's get up there so i'm currently pedaling up on this beauty it's riding like a dream so far just gotta make my way to the top burn some calories getting up there let me get straight into that black trail come on let's keep the pedaling going wow after loads of pedaling and a lot of hard work i'm almost at the top what the whole way we're almost at the top of this mountain now after a strenuous climb we're now at the top of this mini mountain and in the distance you actually see england there and the lovely rolling hills of wales surround us we're about to drop in on the drb duke into a black run the ace of spades and we're gonna see if this cheap amazon bike is gonna make it all the way to the bottom so let's just drop straight in and see what happens come on here we go let's get this trail started okay so far so good we got the drone above us yeah this thing's sick whoa huge jump there i'm not gonna be hitting that oh my god what is this oh oh it's so gnarly let's fly down this straight oh the suspension oh oh oh my god the shots are so bad oh it gets more technical oh oh wow wow oh this looks a bit gnarly oh ow that was painful picking my way through these death sections ah this is a nice little breezer zone oh i don't know oh i don't know how much breathing to be done there wow this section looks sketch oh my god airing through that oh wow these forks are the worst flying down here though that's death oh what is this wow that's lady let's get into this black then down here oh no lady oh yeah wow oh my god how oh but it is actually working oh how's it so working so well oh we are coming off wow wow wow oh my god this thing's actually working so well we're just over halfway down now all i've noticed so far is the back wheel is pretty buckled look at that break there that's because the back wheel's got a big buckle in it but other than the suspension not working at all and that buckle it's actually kind of good i mean the suspension does work it's just so soft i think there's obviously just a spring in there no oil that it bottoms out the whole time and just your hands are like ah so much pain the rear one kind of doesn't move it's almost like a slope style bike kind of a perfect setup but really 160 quid and it's still alive just over halfway down a mountain that is ridiculous so we're now going to continue we're going to get into a bit more action all the way down to the bottom there's a super fast trail that way so what we waiting for let's get this thing down there now over at the twerch trail this is so full speed all the way to the bottom can't wait for it come on bike let's do it oh it's pretty quick oh boy around there oh it's so quick wow that is so death how fast i'm going on this thing oh my bars have moved down i'm literally moving the bars as i ride oh that is so deaf louie oh my god that is horrible wow literally brakeless as well no i'm brakeless oh this is horrible oh my god it's all gone loose it's all gone wrong oh my god rock drop oh wait wait wait look look wow oh that was i wondered what was getting bad i mean that's actually ridiculous look that's why i wondered why it was getting bad that's insane wow we've got some serious buckle there right we can't be deterred i was actually riding the whole way and it was doing this that all right oh it's stuck now all right it's fine we'll just push them down carry on we've got a finish we're so close to the car park the challenge of this amazon bike is actually almost completed and weirdly the bike's almost quite good that's super strange let's get it last few turns oh wow oh this is all the back rake doesn't work at all no way that's how buckled it is and it just doesn't work i was pulling the back brake nothing happened bars were folding that is such a good challenge we made it from the top of a mountain on 160 pound bike all bit of a few issues there we go the cheap 160 pound amazon bike did make it down to the bottom of this mountain here in wales i'm actually as surprised as you i thought this thing was gonna fold halfway down we started on a black came all the way down and then ended on a full speed blue or red trail there but that's when all the stuff started happening the bars folded back the back wheel is super buckled but the rest of it is like mind-blowingly good i mean it worked out and the cool thing with this is if you don't have much money you can still get into the world of mountain biking for how long i don't know because i definitely wouldn't want to do another lap on it now this thing is just so fragile like i can see it breaking on another lap but that was such a fun challenge cheap bike challenge from amazon it did survive
