i think my time at loyola really helped prepare me for this and it's four years that i truly wouldn't trade for the world i loved being an ncaa athlete for four years and i think i learned so much about you know teamwork and working together and it's all these different things that i i was taught that i bring to being part of the national team that i bring to meet so it was a wonderful experience i wouldn't trade it for the world and i think that teamwork aspect has really helped me in this situation because you know obviously coming out here to the olympic and paralympic training center being with you know anywhere from 10 to 14 other athletes and really learning how to lean on them and how to ask for help because you know this is a new situation that we're in we've never faced this sort of thing before and being able to help others as well
