Dunn now finds an additional spurt of energy and launches himself out the front. Dunn manages to break the world record. The fast finish from Bandeira was outside the top 2 at the 150 mark. Krainyk faded completely but held on for the Bronze Medal. Dunn can celebrate another gold 200 freestyle gold. A mixed 4X100 metre gold and moment for Dunn who has gold again in the 200IM. Dunn went out with the very strong fly, went into the backstroke and by this time he had already established enough of a lead, that even though Krainyk passed him in the breaststroke because Dunn had enough left in the tank that he could come home in a very strong freestyle finish and powered his way to the new world record.
