[Music] hi everybody welcome back to my channel welcome to another grocery haul in this grocery haul you're going to see items from Harris teer from Food Lion and from Le let's start right here with Harris Teeter in the background you're going to hear my wa dishwasher just ignore that okay so with Harris teer I picked up this cantaloupe this was marked down $3 it ended up being 99 I bought these strawberries they were buy 1 get one free two $2.99 $1.99 for the onions I picked up this antiseptic mouth rinse this was $449 a pack of napkins they were 1.76 this vegetable medley was marked down $2 this was 99 this was probably my Best Buy This was um these are whole White mushrooms this was marked down $3 so each pack was 49 cents a piece on the evic deal the Bounty was on sale for $7.99 I'm sorry $6.49 the regular weekly price sale price is $7.99 but evic was $6.49 then also on evic was the Smithfield bacon this was a good price as well each pack was $3 47 and you could do the deal four times so I got the thick Cherrywood thick cut Cherrywood two of those and I got two of the center cut I always love Harris Teeter brand chips they were on sale for $1.99 the bread this is my favorite Nature's Own perfectly crafted that's my ice machine disregard that too the bread was uh on sale for $247 so I bought uh sliced buns uh hamburger buns and hot dog buns the Ritz crackers were on sale for three $3 two for $6 this was just a fun item to buy I've been buying Little Debbie cakes and so this was something I had never seen the Unicorn sparkling strawberry these were for $269 on sale I needed my Starbucks cafe Verona and my French roast the French roast I drink at home on the weekends in the cafe Verona I drink at work so I was out of that then on the evic as well cream of chicken with herbs the condensed Campbell soups were 97 cents per can and so I decided on buying those four kind um never had the cream of chicken with herbs before so I'm looking forward to that there was a deal on wings so as you can see I bought this small pack for $461 I think this would be a good dinner for my husband and I um I normally cut the wings up into pieces and have them that way and with this pack we won't have to have any leftover so that's a good thing I also picked up These Wings they were marked down this pack was $2.15 this pack was $224 and they are o flavor so looking forward to that so yes that's everything from Harris teer for $95 now moving on to Food Lion at Food Lion I spent a total of $16.47 for this few items first item was the cheese this was on sale for $3.99 regular $5.29 and then on the cents rack were these gingerbread cookies for $1.32 I'm going to take those to school for my students I picked up the chili cheese chips here or corn chips these were buy one get one free I forgot the regular price but I know they were BOGO the plates are on sale for a do for $22.50 um I like these because they're women owned it's a women-owned company and they're plant-based we don't use a lot of paper plates but I like the size of these for my husband and I and um especially for those late nights when we get home and just want to you know not do dishes and things like that after work so paper plates it is um I needed a small thing of bleach this was $22.79 and then thinking ahead to summer I picked up these ant this ant gel bait because we sometimes have ant Pro an ant problem in the summertime um we have our yard sprayed but sometimes those little critters uh get into certain places so pick that up at a good deal for $244 all right this is everything now for before we move to littele I realized that I did not show you these two items from Harris Teeter so I picked up these air fryer ready crispy Wings I've never tried them so I'm looking forward to that I picked up the roasted flavor they also had them in lemon pepper and and hot and spicy so I chose the roasted this they were $7.99 the stum were buy one get one free so this was the 14 staks at $1.99 and then half of that so what's that $65.99 yes so that is everything now Leo this is littele at littele I spent a total of $22 .75 here's what I picked up I picked up the spinach let's see the spinach was 1.98 yep and then I picked up these bananas the bananas were 70 cents two bags of apples to take to work or take to school for my students they um they normally want a snack later in the afternoon so because they have early lunches so um I have a few takers every single day so last week I ran out just in time and that was only because we had a snow day so this week I decided to pick up two bags for them um I picked up two limes they were 38 cents a piece I picked up the bell peppers here I was completely out they were on sale for $248 Roma tomatoes we go through a bag of these every week um I paid .99 that's the needle standard price on the bag of tomatoes which is good and then I picked up a bag of avocados let's see the avocados were $238 per pack then I also picked up paper towel in this haul I had already gone to Harris terer and got the Bounty but at Leo these um the sixpack roll was $3.99 so a good amount less than a dollar per roll so I ended up picking up two of those at $3.99 that was an excellent price all right this is everything from Leo I am going to show you not a meal from the haul but this time I'm going to show you a meal that's in the meal plan and so stay tuned for that and also I will be sharing my meal plan with you all right everybody keep watching here is the dinner we're having tonight I prepared the air fried thighs it has salt pepper garlic turmeric a little bit of onion powder and deal the ALF poo is homemade I topped it with the mushrooms these are also the vegetables that I prepared I drizzled a little bit of Honey over it they're delicious and then some bread with homemade preserves here is our menu for the week on Monday air fried chicken thighs plus alfredo pasta and veggie Tuesday leftovers Wednesday crab cakes Thursday roasted Wings Friday Burgers and Fries Saturday eat out Sunday a pot of chicken chili I hope you grab some ideas and that this makes your mouth water with that I'll see
