reason why they have they decided to sue naviant is because of the fact that a lot of people had advocated and applied for income base repayment packages but instead of being put on income base repayment packages instead they were put on forbearance which means that they were still getting charged interest they were still those fees and fees and fees are ping up right so because of that there was a lawsuit that was settled for a 120 million with an m one 120 million with a M that went out I hope y'all hear me y'all heard me did did y'all hear what I said $120 million fine is what they at a 100 million a day is going to go to the impacted individuals that requested an income based repayment plan but was not provided one what so I know you sitting there going how do I know how do I know how do I know if it's me uh don't mind them kids in the back y'all know that I be working real hard and my kids be having fun okay so just don't worry about that if y'all hear that just act like y'all didn't hear it okay so if you were impacted by this because naviant was your serer and if for some reason you had that where they put you on a deferment when you should have been on an income base repayment plan you don't have to fill out a form you don't have to call Snoopy you do not have to tell Uncle Sam and them give me my money okay no you ain't got to do that they're going to automatically give it back to you okay now I like to tell y'all I trust but what does she do she verifies okay and when I say you verify I really really really really really mean that y'all need to take the time and go in to see where who has my service who has my loan who am I expected to pay back and if I'm currently on an income based repayment plan am I am I deferment what am I on am I still in Co relief you shouldn't be but for real guys right now we are looking at individuals that student loans are going to start being due come some people are getting October 2nd some people have September 30th so if you do not know where to go to find out if you have to repay back your student loans stop sleeping on it go to student a.gov click the button and find out who is your serer and who you have to pay and when are they looking to pay you back because if you go into student a.gov and you saw that you were with naviant if naviant was on your um your credit report then you might be do some cheddar some gu some cheers okay and I like to tell y'all where to get the money from where to go and find it how to get your credit up right so I don't want you guys to sleep on this opportunity so with this legislation with this with this fine with them being called to the carpet and this is not the first time that they done play with us played up in our faces my mama used to say you ain't gonna play in my face okay but now they're no longer in the future allowed to service any government student loans period they cannot service any loans going forward so with that being said
