good morning and welcome to grounds Fest 2024 we are Machinery Nation we run a YouTube channel where we compare and review many different machines from Power Tools all the way up to agricultural Vehicles now today we are doing Live Events across the day we are at grounds Fest 2024 we've done a video on the show last year and it was their very first show and they' done an awesome job of organizing an amazing show and I could you not it goes for miles and miles there is so much here but this year is very different for us because we are putting on a live event this is actually our stand that I am stood on right now you see our Banners at the back it says Machinery Nation live and grounds Fest all the way through there how cool is that it just feels like it is something just seeing that Banner there in four years of doing YouTube and now we're doing a live event I'm pretty proud really pretty proud but we've got some entertaining to do today safe entertaining I'll be honest we've got Toro loaders because we're going to be doing some loader demonstrations later on um putting the toos up against a Ditch Witch where Josh and I will be competing in a safe way against each other we've got chainel demonstration so we have got cross cutting we've got sneeding we have got cutting a this here right this we got to cut you might SE on American places you got to cut Slither off the top without that pint falling off and it is only water but not American they like to do it with beer don't think we're going to get away with that here with the health and safety and then this one here on the end is where we're going to bore through the Timber and the balloon on the outside is filled with powder so hopefully you get a puff of colorful dust a bit of a gender reveal maybe I don't know don't know what red and green means but I'm sure it does these days and we're also doing rideon demonstrations comparing Zero Turns versus front deck and we got ster and we got grasshopper back there and ego is just gone to be CED as well cuz we' got battery versus petrol um how can I put it we're going to be doing a assault course not an assault course uh controll demonstration on ride on mowers so I don't know how much chance I'm going to get to do stuff through this video with regards to talking to the camera Alex is going to be filming everything that we're doing so you're going to see a good display of what we're doing hopefully get a chance to have a look around the show as well but I don't think we're going to get chance look at this look even got MN written on the end of our logs so yeah well Happy Well pleased it's taken a fair bit of setting up massive thanks to grounds Fest for entrusting us to do this with them apparently they're already booking us for next year and I said hang on let's get this year out of the way first because I don't even know if I want to do it so I am nervous as anything because today it's not just doing a front camera it is doing it in front of live people there's no retakes there's no trying to get all that right we have just got to go for it so right let's crack on chainsaws first ego versus Milwaukee demonstration where we will be comparing a front de Ste mowa vers a zero turn by grasshopper tag Toro and Machinery Nation on your post and we we and you will get a free t-shirt it's very stylish it's very nice I think you'll like it we we we we we you see the versatility of a front deck AR machine they're going around trees you imagine the line of apple trees up through there like that in an orchard to be able to get in and around the nice thing about a front deck machine compared to the zero turn is with the deck on the front you can go in underneath the trees a lot lot easier than you can with a zero turn equivalent oh you hit a cone hit a cone one of 10 points now have I left them wide enough that's the question so whereas you keep your tree beside your deck when you're going around with a front deck machine he'll keep the back wheel against the tree when it goes around with a zero [Applause] turn see how quick the ego is it is in sport mode so there three different modes um sensitivity of the drive Motors up through here that'll do and bearing in mind with these mowers you can actually cut pretty much flat out in probably about 4 in of grass and you're going to try and jump it we won't tell grasshopper I promise [Music] one it is now 2: p.m. good afternoon everybody we are just about to show you a live display on track loaded work what you call utility loaders so you can there you go to well there one thing to be said with that crapp bucket you are doing logs you can draw right into the log pile pick it right up go there we go he's trying to make the course harder when I go around yeah got there James right into the DP he's going to drop the log off then going to jump back on next SE this is just showing you the these products there's range get we say so you get like or scrapes so if one comes off J's going to get off the machine put it back on the pet and then go again it's just that first one again first one oh you see if you watch our videos James always makes the rules and Josh always breaks them it's always in his favor see that the ditch witch's track base is a lot longer than what the Toros is it's got a larger a longer footprint on the ground around he's going for it now he's on the smaller machine little bit more Nimble easier in around the corners there we go be tipic oh versus petrol petrol versus petrol and battery versus battery we got the new Milwaukee dual battery chainsaw we got an ego Cs x5000 and we got the MSA 300 which is the most powerful battery chain that those Brands produce these are absolutely amazing they really do come into their own hello ladies and gentlemen and welcome to grounds Fest 2024 we are Machinery nation and we'll be putting on Live Events throughout the whole day we had chainsaws at 10:00 we'll have ride on mowers at 12:00 and we will have track loaders at 2:00 p.m. so make sure you come across at those times and check us out me and James are sporting the brand new Toro Machinery Nation live we are very happy with the amount of people that have come to watch us it's been mad I just thought there'd be like two or three people on the barriers and other people walking past just what we're doing but we had probably 60 or 70 and even more at some point watching us Josh AR we we have had a good couple of days it's been mad really weird but yeah we have been giving away these beautiful Toro and Machinery Nation collaboration t-shirts and massive thanks to Toro for sorting us out those t-shirts for this event we've really enjoyed using the dingo we've had the grasshopper we've had the ego we have had a stiger we've had Milwaukee chainsaws we have had steel chainsaws we we had ego chainsaws so a massive thanks to all the manufacturers for supporting our first Machinery Nation live now I say first because we might be doing some more of those Josh hopefully fingers crossed because it's gone that well that I think we've got the opportunity or possibility to do more stuff so if you're a manufactur want to get involved with Machinery Nation live or whatever it might be called when we decide what we're doing and yeah just just it's just been
