leiv we're in the capital let me go this way we're in the capital of The Well of Western Ukraine and although it's the capital of Western Ukraine it's only the I believe the seventh largest city so oh man look like oh we're going to have to do this over hold on guys oh man my plan was to go straight but it's okay we'll take a right but as I was saying we are in the capital of Western Ukraine and it's only the seventh largest city which is very interesting because if I had to guess from what I understand and from what I've read it seemed like this city is probably the most touristy at least when it comes to foreign tourists I could be wrong maybe it's Kiev you know cuz Kev is the capital the largest but it might be uh laviv and if you're wondering why it's because of everything you see straight ahead let me make this left and we'll continue talking oh let me go go this way hold on and like I was saying obviously we're the Polish border so Poland and Ukraine share some history obviously with Austria Hungary and of course let me not say this too loud but uh Germany and uh the Soviet Union because of World War II now one of the things that makes this place special is that during World War II uh it wasn't as bombed and damaged compared to the other compared to other cities so what you see the street oh no it's okay thank you so what you so what you see uh are buildings that are pretty much authentic whereas other places they were bombed and they had to be restored and we're going to explore a little bit more walking down that busy Street here goes the Ukrainian Flags right up there goes the tram oh look at this for the record it's a Saturday it's very busy look like they have field trips going on I see uh groups of children everywhere it's super busy and so here goes the vibe right now in Western Ukraine and laviv remember we're on the western side so from what I was told from a local it's super safe whereas uh maybe on the Eastern side uh not so much so just keep that in mind you got photographers straight ahead let me go right yes a very picturesque City and also I think it's a maybe a University City that's why uh a lot of Youth I noticed a lot of Youth let me go to the middle once they're done yeah there's a a lot of Youth oh it's okay thanks for okay photographers everywhere you just can shoot with me oh you got photographers professional because the sun is shining directly on the camera but straight ahead is a very popular spot here so we're going to check it out once the uh once this cop passes by it's usually super busy but right now I think we're early so let's uh get in here and check it out I've seen this logo before walking around in K I thought it was a a broth though I was walking past I was like let me skip it but I guess it's a a drink okay goes right here I got a paper cut I'll give you Cherry Cherry hi seats so be careful okay and to P 116 try it oh man there's a table perfect oh man this is this is perfect me glass and but I went with the paper cup my plan is to head up there to check out the views I have to walk around and get a ticket I got to go to the fourth floor I think this is why the legs of the Ukraine well I'm not going to say that just people like climbing stairs here I guess just bought the ticket and obviously more stairs the Ukrainian style we're almost at the top though oh no we're not oh no we're not look at this oh they're playing games oh man look man I know I I know I sweat a lot I promise you though it's not me this time it's oh man guys look at this look at that right there oh oh that was loud oh man that's loud that's too loud here's what we came for UNESCO world heritage site I think one of the main reasons is because of what I spoke about earlier how they didn't face many uh this area didn't face a lot of damage so what you see is what you get right there authenticity let's uh we're going to be up here for a while I got to dry off oh man look at it I think the Polish border is about few hours away maybe what 2 hours away hour and a halfway and then uh grab the view from this side oh guys I don't know if you guys can hear but everyone's huffing and puffing I thought it was just me but everyone's helping and ping yes this is a it's a workout guys SM it's a it's a workout we got people here with a workout tire and and backpacks with the water uh like the the water uh bags inside it's a it's serious if you come to the town hall we prepared the work out all right we're back outside guys been here already let me uh let me go to the right real quick tip do it but if you're a expert on Europe let me know if uh these buildings remind you of maybe another city I've heard craile Poland that krackow Poland is supposed to be similar to this area [Music] taking pigs with the families that's what it's all about and despite the conflict going on people are still trying to find a way to live I might go back to those uh those guys playing the music man
