🚨BREAKING Washington Commanders release kicker Cade York after terrible performance week 1!

the Washington commanders have cut kicker Kade York after a terrible performance yesterday he missed two field goals now a lot of you are going to be saying we traded a seventh round pick for Kade York I understand that but listen we get to keep the seventh round pick and cut Kade York so we keep our seventh round pick but we do get to keep or we cut Kade York we kept our seventh round pick get into the video as you heard Kade York has been cut before we play the Giants next week we need to figure out a a kicker um so we're going to be testing out kickers all week long seeing what we have in a kicker um we need to be on the grind for a kicker because we I mean I thought Kade York was going to be the guy I mean I thought he would be the guy for the future I was like okay well you didn't want to trade for a kicker you wanted to sign one um we now have to trade for a kicker because the season's coming up K York is definitely the guy but no no Cleveland Browns are are are very very smart for that um so K YC is gone I mean I mean we will have to see how this affects the team um it won't be won't be very effectful or it will be in a good way um but this has been I mean he has been terrible uh in preseason he was good but I thought he was the guy I thought he was really really the guy I mean I'm just super surprised um but we'll have to see I mean we'll just have to see how you know how he where he goes in the NFL after this because after this sloppy showing it's it's not good um for the guy um so Kade York has been cut I mean after missing two field goals the team knew what they were going to do they knew they were going to cut him this morning and so I'm sorry this afternoon um and who I mean who are we going to find a kicker I don't know I guess we are already looking at new guys I mean I can try to look at the guys we could get um from college football I can uh look at k kickers that are coming up or I can look at kickers that are already available to sign but we're going to need one before the Giants game Sunday so we better find an option um trustway is not an option um definitely not an option he can't kick field goals but um so we are going to need to find an option at kicker um but K orc it's just really surprising because I really thought he was going to be the guy I mean I thought um he was definitely the guy for sure um he's not I guess I mean that that was a quick quick tenure in Washington um you know he was just cut right away um I mean I guess he didn't really lose us the game but I guess I can see why um he was cut I don't get paid a million dollars to be NFL coach but here's my opinion I would have kept him another week and see how he did against the Giants I wouldn't have just cut him right away um but that being said if you did keep him another week you would have to if you wanted to cut him next week after you play the Giants game you would have to let go of that seventh round pick so we went ahead and cut him so we could keep the seventh round pick so I guess this is a Smart Pick um we'll see how good that seventh round pick is in the future um I guess that's a smart smart decision for the commanders um so we'll see uh how this works out I I believe it's a good move um I gave you my opinion what I would have done but you know I don't mind this um and I'm not too mad uh we we just have to really find a kicker this week we are going to have to find a kicker this week and hopefully he's not another Riley Patterson Riley Patterson never found it here in Washington he did not um he did not find anything good uh and here's some other news too Dustin Hopkins is a pro bowler now a pro bowler and it's just it sucks he's a pro rowler and then Joey Sly is on the Patriots he was not too bad but he needed to be let go so I don't mind them letting him go but he needed to be let go yeah so he is with the Patriots now he's doing fine um and then so yeah Joey Sly uh I would have never let him go in the first place but that being said he kind of did need to let go needed to be let go because he was selling the team a lot um in a lot of different ways um but you know I don't I don't mind this um Brandon mcmanis we did have our kicker for the future we had our kicker for the future you know but mcmanis decided to do something that I don't want to talk about um on this channel so we would have had mcmanis but he he threw it away in Washington he threw it away uh he he he would have had probably a good career in was we wouldn't have to worry about the kicker position but he he costed that for us uh because being the way that he is um he he ruined it for us so no no Brandon McManus we can't I mean I wish we could get him back I don't care what he did in the past I wish we could get him back um but yeah Joey Sly Brandon mcmanis they're both gone um Kade York's going so we're going to have to find her a a kicker real quick I mean it's going to be a a a busy week for the commanders now worrying about a kick or two which I don't really like this you know I don't I don't want them to worry about a kick or two um but you know it is what it is we're going to have to worry about a kicker
