talk about Tales of two halves a lot but this was kind of the exact definition of that boy what what happened at halftime that woke this offense up yeah no know coach Wallace did a great job of really huning playing together coming out there fast um and I don't know it was great uh you know it took some time to jail and um you know I think it's going to turn out to be good for us so what did Coach R say at half time it's all about coming out together uh firing off the ball playing fast um being physical uh so yeah just really being together was a big message yeah you got a little something oh do I I don't know someone to out a bunch of turf I think you got it probably it was there you go how about the tight ends today in the success I was so proud of the uh the tight ends and the whole the whole group um everyone that played I thought really blocked well and um when the ball came our away you know we protected the ball got plot for yards and really proud of Addison and Zach they did a great job L were you nervous at all today you haven't played in a long time were you nervous at all uh a little bit um you know coming like before uh on the bus uh in or in the hotel and see Rapids I was a little more nervous than I usually am but once I got here kind of all the nerves went away I thought the first play would be a little bit more nerve-wracking but um it's just football at the end of the day and uh you know the nerves went away soon L Hy fans starting to learn about Reese vandery boy what what a game that guy guy had today yeah super excited for Rees uh he he's he's come in here put his head down and really worked um you know he's super quiet you don't really hear him talk a lot but he is uh always working he he always shows up on film and practice and uh you know he he obviously showed up today how about Kate in the second half what are he was able to do yeah super excited for Kade uh he's uh come a long way um obviously last year with you know the injury and um you know I'm just I'm just super excited for him and uh the way he's done what changed for you guys after half time you know really just coming out there playing together was a big thing for us uh yeah just you know obviously the the first half um you know we wasn't our best but uh you know that's it's a new offense we we're trying to get better as we go and you know always showed that coming out of the second half and really a credit to uh you know the coaches and making us stay together this has to give you some confidence for next we yeah absolutely um you know right now we're really just trying to enjoy this one you know it's they're they're a good football team um and uh you know they they really uh gave us gave us their best and um you know we got to give our respects to them so right now we're just going to enjoy this one and uh you know we'll think about next week tomorrow did you see a difference guys get rolling offense can be contagious was it contagious out there one thing start of roll in every yeah absolutely it definitely can um you know there was a different type of energy um you know in that second half and uh you know it it was cool to to be out there and be able to provide that little bit do you feel like you guys proved something today I mean there was a lot said of the offense last year but in the second half today seems like you guys really showed what you're capable of yeah we're you know it absolutely um it all it all comes down to just coming out there and and executing the game plan um you know there there were times we kill ourselves a lot I I mean I um had the illegal Motion in the first half and on a Cade's really good run and you know I kind of killed killed the momentum there and um you know just trying to find different ways to help out and we we we're killing ourselves a lot in the first half and um you know as long as we get on the same page uh it's good did you see a difference in sort of the way that Kate mamir was carrying himself between the first half and second half when he really started to uh turn things up um no not really uh he you know he's he's just going out there and um you know going to go out there and lead us that's the biggest thing he he didn't really change much from the first to the second um things started to click and uh he uh you know he did obviously did a great job um super proud of him and uh you know we're just going to keep it going for him like slow start a little bit and then it up yeah I mean I I think it would be better to ask him that um he did you know I think that he he did well obviously as as as Camp goes on coming off of an injury didn't do spring Bowl um you know he haven't played football in you know over a year so it's tough it takes time to get going and absolutely I think you what about for you you haven't played football in almost a year and you know the last time you were on the field it was pretty bad in your memory I'm sure uh but to go out there and get six catches uh you know I didn't know if it was you or ree that got the second one but I know but how did it feel just to get back out there and get going it was great it was an amazing feeling um you know obviously coming up over here I felt like there was a lot of emotions just being out there and uh playing again uh you know my mom was emotional I'd say and it was just it was just really cool and uh really glad to to be back out here on the field with them it's a lot better than watching um and it's fun so yeah iel I felt great out there um you know obviously things are going to keep going as I go and feel like in the Run game I need to get my pads down and that'll all that'll all keep going you realiz in Fall Camp I mean he he really showed up um played really well uh I said earlier he's just super quiet but he always shows up on the field making plays and um you know I feel like I've only heard him talk like I don't know four or five times and I might have talked to him the most I ever have today but um you know I'm super excited for him and he's going to keep going on that touchdown that re scored the first one uh it looked like both you and he were open so just sort of walk us through how that play developed and what you were saying yeah um I mean it I either way I was just trying to get someone open someone to score um you know I I was kind of blocking and then releasing a little bit and um you know Reese was running the over and uh I wasn't sure who Kate Kate was looking out this way I was like I think I'm open but I saw throw it and I was like I looked and he was wide and touch thanks in the first in the first half it just seemed to be real uh
