[Music] I'm Erica Olen I'm Brooklyn dunan welcome back to season two episode 4 this week we have our staff interviews with Mr ttin I'm here with Mr tantine can you tell us a little about yourself yeah so uh well my name is Mr turntin I'm here teaching shop at cber uh I guess we can roll on to the next how long have you been working in this field so this is actually I'm a first year teacher I uh have just started here this is my first job at a college um where did you graduate and when so I graduated from aoka uh graduated high school from aoka and then last May I graduated from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater how are you liking cert so far I'm enjoying it I'm really liking it a lot uh I'm liking all of you guys I mean it's it's a really great atmosphere really really great time to work here and get to get to teach all of you guys what's your favorite part about the day uh my favorite part about the day is getting to be out here uh out in the shop uh get to teach kids how to weld and uh really just how to build stuff and how to use their hands to be to be uh more productive members of society it's just it's just a really good part of the day well thank you have a nice day awesome thank you thank you Mr tantine now we have an interview with nurse Hy okay so I'm here with nurse hesterly so tell us a little bit about yourself well um I was a school teacher for about six years at Kingston and I decided I wanted to be a nurse so I went back to school became a nurse been a nurse for 38 years I was a traveling nurse all over the United States I was a health administrator up in New York I worked at Jewish Camp one time and um then I came here to calart well I ran a hospice and did a bunch of other stuff for nursing but I came here when they did not have a nurse they hadd never had one and I set it all up and I stayed here for seven years and then I retired with uh I was at the age and I had enough years between teaching and nursing so I retired from here and then I came back almost every other year there wouldd be a different nurse so they need me back here and I came back and then then I've been away now for about four years so I came back again because I needed a nurse awesome how long have you been a nurse 38 years when did you graduate and where I graduated from Grayson County nursing school and it was in N let's see stop say 1986 wow how are you liking cover so far oh I love calber cber my kids all went to school here they all graduated here they all went off to college yeah this is a great school great school for kids what's your favorite part of the day um probably after I've given out all the medication and I can sit there and get my paperwork done that makes me feel better good um is there anything else you would like to share with us um no just I have a lot of kids grandkids and great grandkids thank you thank you Nurse Hesley on the 4th through the 11th starting Wednesday the 4th academics will play Milburn at Milburn at 4M also on the 4th FFA will have a meet shooting meet in Shaunie Thursday the 5th is the Brian County freef Fair that is Thursday through Saturday then baseball has a game at Kera at 4:30 varsity and junior varsity they also have the cber junior high tournament then softball has a game versus turnour and Valiant at 4:00 ver in its Varsity on the Friday the 6th basball will play at Murray State College with the new Lima at 5:00 pm that will be varsity and junior varsity also on the six softball will play at Turner at 4:30 this is Junior High varsity and junior varsity then Saturday the 7th cross country has a meet at OBU and they're going to leave at 5:45 a.m. and it's just High School on the 13th there will be progress reports so make sure you're watching your grades on the 10th the asbat will be here for the 11th grade at 9:30 parent teacher conference is on the 11th and also fall break is the 14th through the 18th this week's birthdays we have Lisa contourist on the eth Kim Roland on the 7eventh and Michelle Stone on the 4th we have an interview with Erica Mitchell about cost country we're here with Erica Mitchell from cost country will you tell us a little about yourself hi my name is Erica Mitchell and I'm a freshman in high school what all are you involved in I'm involved in softball cross country basketball fcca FCA FCCLA and student council tell us about how the season is going uh the season's going pretty good but we're just having a little trouble getting a team for cross country so it'll be good if yall join how do you prepare yourself before you run a race I like listening to music thank you Erica that's all for for this week thank you for watching spot you later playing not playing it's a me yeah baseball then a b the Bas that was aggressive
