My name is Ezra Frech. This is my high jump gold medal right here and this is the 100m. I expected to win the high jump. That was always something I expected to do but to win the 100m totally shocked me. I was prepared that I could medal. I knew I could do it, but it's different when it happens in the moment. It's different when there's 70,000 people and you win the most competitive final in T63 history, and I'm just so happy right now. Focusing on the high jump after winning the 100m the night before was so hard because I won. My phone... All these messages, I had to turn the notifications off. It was unbelievable because I was so happy. It was such a high but I thought in my head I can't get complacent. I had the job to do still, and so for me it was learning to go over that, recognise that I still had to be hungry, aggressive and go win the high jump. My confidence, it really just comes from preparation. It comes from the late nights, the early mornings, the sacrifices, the recovery, the sleep, the training, the nutrition, the visualization, the meditation. Everything I put into this is what makes me so confident to say, I'm going to win gold, I'm going to win gold because I know that nobody's outworking me. The Games coming to LA in 2028 is so special. My hometown, my home city. I can't wait to be in the Coliseum. Hopefully we have that stadium packed out, the general population so bought into the Paralympics, and I just look forward to seeing the impact that's going to have on the way our country, the United States views people with disabilities. We've got four years now for the Games to come to my hometown, Los Angeles in 2028, and you guys will see me with another gold one right here. Three golds, LA28, as a guarantee.
