this is how the new Champions League format work there are four pots consisting of nine teams so 36 teams in total the pots are decided by the UEFA Club coefficient which are based off results of clubs competing in The Last 5 Years in the Champions League so the best performed teams go pop one and the worst go pop four each team will be drawn against eight different opponents two from each of the four pots and each team in those eight games play Four home and four away the 36 teams in the competition are evolved in the league ladder where after the eight game positions 1 to8 qualify Strang the round of 16 teams position 9 to 24 face each other in The Knockout playoff to decide who will be the remaining eight in the round of 16 and the teams position 25 to 36 are eliminated from the competition then from the round of the 16 it is just as normal all legs Home and Away apart from the final where it's a one-legged game so let me know your thoughts of the new format down in the comments
