hey I'm Riley batt Australian wheelchair rugby player uh my five steps to get involved in sport will be one join a club or a community to rock up and just have fun um three would just be to find sort of make a goal and see where you're at so if you want to be just a recreational player or an elite player I guess four enjoy your friends and the I guess the camaraderie of sport and five would be um yeah just keep fit keep active and that's what it's all about sport brings so much to people in life yes it's a part of Fitness you know it's not only physically you know it's good for you but it's also mentally good for your sport you know getting out there getting those endorphins going not only that as well joining a community making friends you know traveling that's what it's all about so make sure you get out there have some fun join a team doesn't have to be competitive just have fun
