long time about how tough it is what a bad position they're in with that horrendous situation uh that they inherited from btoo um a situation which I think a lot of people think larta made worse longterm by pulling his levers yeah but on the pitch so far three wins in three most recently a two1 win uh away to Rio the kids that have been thrown in there uh have done the job they had three 17 year olds I think starting at the weekend Dan Olo looked fantastic on his debut um some people doubt over Hy flick but he's getting it done it's all good right at least on the pitch yeah still out yeah no no I mean so far so good three games three wins um not always fully convincing but clearly per moments you could see what they were trying to do you could see that physically they already on good form you can see the intensity in possession out of possession we were waiting for Dano to finally make his debut to finally being registered they were able to do that thanks to or because of I'm not sure which one to use the Christensen injury and the the duration of it so that means that for now certainly not for the whole season but for now Daniel Mo can play and he did play really well when he came on for the last 30 minute or R like you said on Tuesday night with hitting the crossb and then scoring the win a lovely lovely move left foot first touch left foot finish and an angle as well after lal's pass so really good and yet I think you could expect them to get better when players like D young or Gabi are coming back well I not for sure Gabby I never want to see peran Tes again in this team but I guess he won't play now that Dan Mo can play right please reassure me I think you'll need to see feron Torres simply it's a numbers game juwels they don't have that many senior players uh obviously with VTO Ro uh with that situation somebody's going to have to play center forward when uh uh when lewandowski's out leandi also had a good goal scoring start to the season I thought he was a bit unlucky with having his goal disallowed uh last night I mean the correct decision because he did uh step on the guy's foot but it was completely unintentional uh so no so I don't think you're out of the words with feron Torres um but sorry I no I said a bit disappointed but I mean it's okay if he plays down again I just I just think that front four of levandowski olmo lamin and Rafia or gavi when he comes back if you have a Midfield two of pedri and and the young is prob fine for me and then fan Torres can play you know in the Copa R against the third division team or something yeah and obviously AR Hope to come back as well thank you for for for the the feror look I like F I like his intensity I actually think his directness at least philosophically and his work rate fit what hzi flick wants to do so I think we disagree a little bit there I think he's going to be more a part of the rotation although probably not as a starter um we're gonna break down Barcelona further on the gabin jwes podcast uh and also talk about uh that sad injury for for the youngster Mark Bernard who who' been doing so well looks like it's an ACL he's gon to be out a long time but I gotta get your thoughts I did not think I when I saw Hames at the cop America I saw okay it's great last toah I'm not going to see this guy again unless he surfaces at the club World Cup or something but no he's back at La Liga signing for Rio yes that excite you yeah of course it is I mean I I mean we saw R against against Barcelona on Tuesday night they play good football it's the the ground is a small ground but it's great the atmosphere is great and if they get the Hames of the cup America like you said the deliveries on set pieces everything they brought to Colombia and this R team is not as good as col colia obviously it's not the same but if you get James in that kind of form it's the r mentality you know with him he's very talented it's just about mentality and how much he wants to be there he wants to work for the team and and how much he wants to train Gabby because that's that was always a problem with him training but if he's there of course he's added value he cost them nothing because he's almost playing there for free so it's a great signing I I I don't think it's just about how Hardy wants to work I think it's about Hardy can't work Hames Rodriguez to me is the example of the guy who is not a natural athlete um he does one thing exceptionally well which is strike a ball uh and there's value in that there's value in set pieces you do have to adjust
